The hotel is located in the historical center of Samarkand. The main attractions can be reached on foot, there is a large alley nearby, there is access to the roof, the room is clean, the cleaning was done properly (when cleaning, the window is also wide open in your room). That's all of the advantages.
Cons: there is no elevator, we were accommodated in a room with separate beds, very uncomfortable mattresses, only one set of towels for two people, rather poor breakfasts (there is a very small choice), there is no way to the hotel, we had to walk with suitcases along a rutted road because our minibus could not pass, a passenger car It barely fits. A strong disadvantage is the lack of a watering can in the shower, I don't understand how you can wash properly when you only have a shower on top. Our neighbors also complained that there wasn't enough boiler for everyone - we got up early and washed earlier, apparently there was enough for us, but they washed in the cold. In a shower faucet without 100 grams, you can't figure out how to open it, in fact, only the water temperature is regulated. toilet paper is not renewed, one roll at check-in is enough! "I FORBID YOU TO FUCK" - J. Statham (c).
Staying for 1-2 nights is OK, but, for example, I would not be able to stand here for a week.
Located on a quiet street in the old town. All major attractions are within walking distance.
Friendly Russian-speaking staff, both at the reception and the maids. All issues were resolved promptly.
The room is cozy, but there are a couple of disadvantages: there is no mini fridge, the shower faucet is a bit noisy, and when you turn on the hot water, you need to wait a little while for it to go (boiler). The room was cleaned daily, replenishing bottled water, changing towels, and disposable slippers.
The breakfast is a buffet, without frills, but you will not stay hungry.
I really liked the hotel, I recommend it.
We were a family with a 3-year-old child. We really liked the excellent location - close to several main attractions and the largest market, comfortable rooms with basic amenities, a varied buffet breakfast, a cooler and plenty of bottled water on the ground floor, a roof with partial views of Registan, very caring and lovely staff will prompt and help with everything, beautiful painted walls in the lobby and on each floor.
It's a lovely hotel. We booked and paid from the Island. A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an additional fee. There is everything you need, clean, pleasant breakfasts. But the most valuable thing about this hotel is its staff. Great guys at the reception. Nice woman at breakfast. If desired, you can go out to breathe on the roof. Yes, not all rooms have windows, which is bad. But, for two or three days, this is tolerable, especially since, I repeat, such a wonderful attitude does not allow you to notice any flaws. Actually, there aren't any.
A beautiful oriental-style hotel. The rooms are cozy, located after hiking in the city and it is very pleasant to relax. We got a room with a bathroom, everything worked, there were no problems with hot water. The breakfast is ordinary, without frills, everything you need to eat: scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables, there was enough of everything. Very well located, within walking distance of all the attractions. I recommend the hotel!
I really liked the hotel. It is located in the historical part of the city, two minutes from Registan Square and five minutes from the majestic Bibi Khanim Mosque. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily. A huge bed, more wide than long) Before the trip, when we read the reviews, there was a lot about hard mattresses, which is a feature of Uzbekistan. The mattresses are really hard, in all three hotels where we stayed, but we slept very comfortably, slept well. The breakfasts are excellent. Hot porridge, fried eggs, sausages. There is also always cheese, sausage, sliced vegetables, pancakes, cottage cheese, fruits, watermelon, melon. I recommend it to travelers!
The location is as comfortable as possible, we had a junior suite, and I recommend everyone to take it)) the surcharge is insignificant, with a window facing the street, a private balcony and plenty of space. The shower room is not a fountain, not a watering can, but just a rain shower, there was not a very good pressure, but after the request this issue was resolved.
Many people write about audibility, but it seemed to us on the contrary that there was good sound insulation, at night you could not hear a mule calling for prayer, although there was a mosque nearby. We didn't hear the neighbors either. The breakfasts are good, everything is there, porridges, sandwiches, eggs in two types, yoghurts, croissants, pancakes, cottage cheese, fruits, etc. The hotel is clean and well maintained. You can take unlimited amounts of water. As a result: I really liked it, the reception was very friendly, all the questions were solved by our staff. I recommend
Excellent location, in the very center.
At the reception, the staff was very friendly and helped to resolve issues.
It's nice that there are even umbrellas in the hotel for guests (there was a downpour)
Very cozy room
The breakfasts are hearty, thanks for the rest!
It's a wonderful hotel. Very convenient location. You can walk around all the sights. It's clean. Cozy rooms. Friendly staff. And they'll also give you breakfast. We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!
The perfect location. Kind and helpful staff - we were sent for breakfast on the day of arrival, because we arrived very early. We were settled earlier than the scheduled time. We solved all the issues responsibly. There are two points: the first is that the audibility is strong (but fortunately there were no shouting in the hotel), the second is that some rooms do not have a window facing the street (it is in the hall). A very beautiful hotel inside with an oriental accent. I was satisfied.
I liked the hotel! Convenient location, friendly, courteous staff. Cozy, large rooms, delicious breakfasts. The only negative is the strong smell from the bathroom in the room!
Oriental hospitality! They offered to take you to the airport for free! It's clean and beautiful. It smelled like sewage in places, I read about it in the reviews and it really is. We were lucky, there was no smell in the room.
Nearby are Registan, Shahi Zinda, Siab Bazaar.
Good afternoon! A very pleasant hotel. All the sights are within walking distance, excellent breakfast, comfortable mattress and pillows. Price-quality matches. I recommend
Practically in the center, not far from Registan. The rooms are small and cozy. The disadvantage is the lack of a tea corner in the rooms. The oddity is that the windows in the rooms overlook the hotel lobby.
excessive audibility between the rooms is covered by the beauty of Samarkand, you should not expect a miracle, but it is clean and cozy , neat rooms , beds with good mattresses. For tourist trips more than ..
When we moved in, the electricity did not work for several hours. There was no kettle in the room. There is no private parking near the hotel. One of the advantages is the location. The main attractions are within walking distance.
Very bad. The hot water in the hotel regularly disappeared. The rooms are uncomfortable and cramped, there is no kettle. The choice of food for breakfast is meager, and what there is is not tasty. The bathroom is dirty.
That's great! I recommend. A new, Moroccan-style hotel. Spotlessly clean, cozy. The staff meets your wishes. Everyone is extremely polite and friendly. A wonderful hotel in the city center.
A pleasant, fresh hotel with an interesting layout. A little away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time in the people. Registan is 10 minutes away by foot.
pluses:The location is very convenient - near the Registan, the breakfasts are delicious - buffet, the cook cooks deliciously. CONS: with a small area, the furniture is very dimensional - it is cramped and the most unpleasant thing is that the window in the room opens into the courtyard, which is closed with a transparent roof, it was stuffy at night.

Hello.
We were very satisfied with everything.
The location is great.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
Delicious breakfasts.
The staff is polite and friendly.
Thanks a lot
The hotel is good. It is located in the city center. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious, the beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi is good, very clean, the rooms are spacious, the TV is working.
Very nice family hotel, wonderful hosts, gave us a better room than we booked, very clean, cozy, like at home, convenient location. Near Registan Square. I really liked it, If we go to Samarkand again, then only here. I recommend it, you will not regret it
Great hotel. Very clean and well maintained. All windows look inside, where there is no vegetation. Otherwise, we had a good rest. The choice on the buffet is not very wide, but everything is basic and tastes very good.
A nice clean and cozy hotel in the heart of the historical part of the city. Modern decoration in oriental style.
Polite, attentive staff, good linen and very comfortable beds.
Breakfast is simple, but we had enough) The problems were only with Wi-Fi, it works very poorly…
So if you don't need a decent Internet connection, I can safely recommend it!
Everything is fine, the rooms are standard, clean, tidy, the breakfasts are normal. The location is convenient, all the sights are within walking distance, the staff is polite, there are few people even in season, the price tag is above average, but comfortable.

Great. Parking near the mosque, 20 meters from the entrance to the hotel. The mosque did not make any sounds. You can bargain with the reception about the price. The hotel is quiet. There are breakfasts, but we don't go. The renovation was recent, the plumbing is new. It's sooo close to Registan. 5 minutes walk through the park. 9 out of 10.
The hotel is great! The room is very spacious, which is very convenient when traveling with a small child. The hotel has good facilities, as in hotels in Uzbekistan, the hotel has a good restaurant. The staff is nice! I would definitely stay here again.
One of the best hotels in Samarkand. Convenient location. Almost all the main monuments of Samarkand are within walking distance. Wonderful rooms and friendly staff
The hotel is a house with the center of the historical part of the city - Registan!
Everything is within walking distance!
The mausoleum of Temirlan (Amir Timur)
is something very amazing! Touching the History is worth a trip to Samarkand!
It was very convenient because it is close to Registan Square and the taxi also arrives at the street in front of you!The owner was fluent in Japanese and was very helpful.
A nice place, interestingly made, but the disadvantages are an idiotic shower, few people understand how it works from the first time) the room is small, the bed, although shared, but the mattresses from it move in different directions, the light bulbs in the chandelier were not all lit, the lamp from the courtyard shone in the eyes
Convenient location, the rooms are small. There is a smell of sewage in the bathroom. Breakfast is for three, there are a lot of people-the tables do not have time to clean and replenish the food, it would be better to make breakfast in portions for everyone. The Internet is so-so. But for a couple of nights is a good option because of the location.
The audibility is excellent. They're taking a shower in the next room, you have the full effect of being present. Yes... The shower is uncomfortable, without a watering can, only tropical. The staff is slightly aloof and careless, but this is a common story in the east.
