The hotel is located in the historical center of Samarkand. The main attractions can be reached on foot, there is a large alley nearby, there is access to the roof, the room is clean, the cleaning was done properly (when cleaning, the window is also wide open in your room). That's all of the advantages.
Cons: there is no elevator, we were accommodated in a room with separate beds, very uncomfortable mattresses, only one set of towels for two people, rather poor breakfasts (there is a very small choice), there is no way to the hotel, we had to walk with suitcases along a rutted road because our minibus could not pass, a passenger car It barely fits. A strong disadvantage is the lack of a watering can in the shower, I don't understand how you can wash properly when you only have a shower on top. Our neighbors also complained that there wasn't enough boiler for everyone - we got up early and washed earlier, apparently there was enough for us, but they washed in the cold. In a shower faucet without 100 grams, you can't figure out how to open it, in fact, only the water temperature is regulated. toilet paper is not renewed, one roll at check-in is enough! Staying for 1-2 nights is OK, but, for example, I would not be able to stand here for a week.

Located on a quiet street in the old town. All major attractions are within walking distance.
Friendly Russian-speaking staff, both at the reception and the maids. All issues were resolved promptly.
The room is cozy, but there are a couple of disadvantages: there is no mini fridge, the shower faucet is a bit noisy, and when you turn on the hot water, you need to wait a little while for it to go (boiler). The room was cleaned daily, replenishing bottled water, changing towels, and disposable slippers.
The breakfast is a buffet, without frills, but you will not stay hungry.
I really liked the hotel, I recommend it.

We were a family with a 3-year-old child. We really liked the excellent location - close to several main attractions and the largest market, comfortable rooms with basic amenities, a varied buffet breakfast, a cooler and plenty of bottled water on the ground floor, a roof with partial views of Registan, very caring and lovely staff will prompt and help with everything, beautiful painted walls in the lobby and on each floor.

It's a lovely hotel. We booked and paid from the Island. A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an additional fee. There is everything you need, clean, pleasant breakfasts. But the most valuable thing about this hotel is its staff. Great guys at the reception. Nice woman at breakfast. If desired, you can go out to breathe on the roof. Yes, not all rooms have windows, which is bad. But, for two or three days, this is tolerable, especially since, I repeat, such a wonderful attitude does not allow you to notice any flaws. Actually, there aren't any.

A beautiful oriental-style hotel. The rooms are cozy, located after hiking in the city and it is very pleasant to relax. We got a room with a bathroom, everything worked, there were no problems with hot water. The breakfast is ordinary, without frills, everything you need to eat: scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables, there was enough of everything. Very well located, within walking distance of all the attractions. I recommend the hotel!

I really liked the hotel. It is located in the historical part of the city, two minutes from Registan Square and five minutes from the majestic Bibi Khanim Mosque. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily. A huge bed, more wide than long) Before the trip, when we read the reviews, there was a lot about hard mattresses, which is a feature of Uzbekistan. The mattresses are really hard, in all three hotels where we stayed, but we slept very comfortably, slept well. The breakfasts are excellent. Hot porridge, fried eggs, sausages. There is also always cheese, sausage, sliced vegetables, pancakes, cottage cheese, fruits, watermelon, melon. I recommend it to travelers!

The location is as comfortable as possible, we had a junior suite, and I recommend everyone to take it)) the surcharge is insignificant, with a window facing the street, a private balcony and plenty of space. The shower room is not a fountain, not a watering can, but just a rain shower, there was not a very good pressure, but after the request this issue was resolved.
Many people write about audibility, but it seemed to us on the contrary that there was good sound insulation, at night you could not hear a mule calling for prayer, although there was a mosque nearby. We didn't hear the neighbors either. The breakfasts are good, everything is there, porridges, sandwiches, eggs in two types, yoghurts, croissants, pancakes, cottage cheese, fruits, etc. The hotel is clean and well maintained. You can take unlimited amounts of water. As a result: I really liked it, the reception was very friendly, all the questions were solved by our staff. I recommend

The perfect location. Kind and helpful staff - we were sent for breakfast on the day of arrival, because we arrived very early. We were settled earlier than the scheduled time. We solved all the issues responsibly. There are two points: the first is that the audibility is strong (but fortunately there were no shouting in the hotel), the second is that some rooms do not have a window facing the street (it is in the hall). Oriental hospitality! They offered to take you to the airport for free! It's clean and beautiful. It smelled like sewage in places, I read about it in the reviews and it really is. We were lucky, there was no smell in the room.

Great. Parking near the mosque, 20 meters from the entrance to the hotel. The mosque did not make any sounds. You can bargain with the reception about the price. The hotel is quiet.
