Nice hotel. I will note exactly the ratio of price and quality.
Yes, there are disadvantages, but the place is beautiful.
Living in a pine forest, the hotel is located between two cities, which are connected by a magnificent promenade passing through the hotel.
What should be noted of the disadvantages:
~ music is too loud, close to the adjacent entertainment area of the neighboring hotel (if you suddenly want to go to bed before 23:40, it may not work)
~ the cleaning of the dishes (brushing away leftovers, the ringing of appliances, the noise of the trolley) takes place right next to you enjoying your breakfast and so on, but it should be noted that the plates are removed almost immediately after you finish, this is very monitored
~ the lack of normal coffee in the main dining area, the coffee machine tastes just instant
~ some places in the hotel require renovation

yes, there are islands in front of us, there is no endless expanse of water, but the picture is no less beautiful
♡ we had a nice room (apart from the maximum proximity to the Orca 's musical carousel - this is inconvenient), clean, the bathroom was renovated
♡ the beach, despite its concrete format, turned out to be comfortable and clean
♡ the food is good, as already noted, not a restaurant, but the choice of dishes three times a day is great, they always found delicious, there were no digestive problems

The staff is mostly friendly
the territory is well-groomed, plants, of which there are a lot - all in greenery, are constantly being studied
♡ walking in both directions from the hotel, the promenade is beautiful
♡ taxi bots (small boats) stop at the marina of the hotel, you can get to Icmeler or Marmaris, which is much more pleasant than a regular taxi
Considering the middle of October, there were a lot of vacationers, we even heard that there was a one hundred percent load.
I think that the hotel is more than decent for its price category.
We would recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent hotel 3-4*
The service is fast and attentive.
The cuisine is delicious, there are not enough fruits, but they are always fresh.
Meat is cooked delicious, always fresh vegetables, greens.
High-quality alcohol, beer lager ephesus, decent dry white and red wine.
Cocktails are simpler.
They are cleaned once a day efficiently.
The territory is not large, but the coniferous tall trees and greenery look great.
The beach is a concrete embankment with sun beds with ladders into the water, a pier with sun beds with ladders into the water. The water is clean, it's a pleasure to swim, there is a slide in the sea in the right corner of the embankment of the hotel - it goes perfectly for adults and children.
The hotel is recommended.

A good hotel for "walking and swimming". The old fund, but the staff try to keep it clean.
We lived in a bungalow on the 1st line, it was quite quiet. Friendly waiters in the restaurant. A good bar near the reception (open from 17h).
Otherwise, it seems like a sin to complain, fantastic location, views, a real park on the territory, seals, the smell of the sea and pine trees.
But in small things it is very annoying:
there are no slippers, tea station, sockets in the rooms!!!
1 key per room (and also the electricity is turning off)
Towels are given to the beach only in the morning, and on bail, and if someone has lost their own, they may well appropriate yours, there was such a contingent)
The smell of sewage periodically
Strange opening hours of the beach bar (everything closes at 16:55, you can't even take tea and water)
There is no bottled water in the morning, and relatively good coffee only from 9:30 on the terrace
The menu is monotonous, not suitable for people on a diet (everything is fried in oil, a lot of spices)
From fruits - melon and apples
Alcoholic beverages - so-so wine, beer, strange cocktails, in general, for vacationers - you need to think about visiting duty free
The disco seems to be the most Russian-speaking on the entire promenade. But there are amateurs)
We saw all these shortcomings in other reviews, we were generally ready for this, but somehow the sediment remained.
