A great place for a family holiday, especially for holidays with small toddlers. Baths, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, warm pool for kids, sun beds, if you are hungry, there is a bar where you can order a snack and take drinks. I consider the warm air in the pool to be a plus, because toddlers do not freeze when leaving the pool.
It is a pity that there is only one such center and it is very far away.

The staff is working, cleaners are constantly walking around with mops for water, cleaning it up. Parking near the entrance is not very spacious, but there is more parking on the side. Everything is clean, heating, water drain, the clock is working well. However, there are often too many people there from 3 to when, maybe to 5, maybe later. There is a cafe in the building (but I have not been there), there is a beauty salon with kind and talkative staff. There is a bar and a bowling alley with 4 or 5 tables and a bowling alley cafe. In front of the pool there is a locker room with lots of lockers, benches, mirrors, trash cans and a toilet with 3 washbasins and in the men's room there are 2 urinals and 1. The pool has a Finnish, Russian, Turkish and salt bath. 2 jacuzzis, one bigger than the other smaller. 6 showers. Large windows. Cafe with tables. There is also a large pool with hydroponics and five lanes, a small (the hottest) pool with backlight and a medium one with backlight.

I have been going to this complex for almost 3 years.
So at first I remember there were no problems with parking (if there is no place at the entrance to the FOK, you can safely go to the guest room, it was almost always empty). But every year there are fewer and fewer places in the guest parking lot. And for the last three months (since about December 2022) there have been none at all. I'm talking about the evening time, from 19:00 to 21:00. There were no serious problems during the day.
Gym:
There is no special question for him. There are a lot of cardio equipment, and in general there is a lot to choose from. Get ready for the fact that there are a lot of people there :)
Aquazone:
somewhere before 21:00, someone always rents two extreme paths of the pool, for example, aqua aerobics or teach kids to swim, and I don't mind of course, but sometimes you just can't get into the other three paths, there's such an anthill, just swim "single file".
And in general, recently there has been an anthill in the complex as a whole, a lot of people. But this is rather a plus for the complex, due to the affordable price, but as a visitor… You may soon have to put an electronic queue for a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool :)
By the way, there are two jacuzzis, in general, 8-10 people each, fans will come in to clean.
There is a children's pool, I can't say anything about it, I've never been there 😜
Salt sauna, I've been there a couple of times, I didn't understand anything :) Not mine in general.
Russian bathhouse, another anthill. I love this bathhouse, but there are questions about it:
Firstly, the contingent, yes, there are different people, noisy companies are annoying, and people who were "born in an elevator". Well, here is rather my problem, if I want silence, I do not need to go to a public bath :)
Secondly: the "automatic" water supply system for stones ... here only if it is obscene. Well, there are kind people who carry bottled water (although this is prohibited) and somehow add to the pleasure of visiting.
If my review is read by the administrators of the complex, please put a "grid" for automatic water supply in the Russian bath, so that the water somehow gets on all the stones and not just at one point as now, thank you!
There is a font, cold, what you need!
Hammam: for lovers of light steam, generally for an amateur.
Finnish: I go there only when I get to air Russian, for an amateur.
Bowling: everything is fine here, I like everything.
Cafe: in general, it's not bad either, they cook delicious and unhealthy food))
In conclusion, I will say this, I like the complex, despite the minor flaws.

Of the disadvantages, I can note:
1. The tiles are very slippery in places. Yesterday, a child fell in the shower. Last year, I also fell between the saunas and cut my hand on the corner of the wall.
2. Sometimes there are too many people.
3. For a one-time visit to the aquazone, in my opinion, it is expensive. If you take a subscription, then it comes out acceptable.

I have never seen such horror! The pool is muddy (from dirt), the floor is washed and the water is not moped into the drain, but pushed into the pool. There are a lot of drunk visitors. The stench of the food in the bar is all over the complex. People come with basins of food that stand on the territory with water. They're sitting in the Jacuzzi with their thermoses. And the saddest picture is parrots. Sorry for the animals. They sit in a small cage, yell all day, do not see the sun, and breathe chlorine air. I do not recommend visiting
