The staff at the reception of the girl is often indifferent to your requests and questions, which is why later I had unpleasant moments. Which towels are included in your subscription and which are not-you will find out after a few visits, depending on who gets to the reception. There was a case when I came with 1 small towel, knowing that I would be given a second one, but I was told that it was not included in my subscription. As a result, either take it for a fee, or go like this. Now I always carry my own with me. It was also by the way with fitness classes. I took a subscription, went quietly to fitness in the evening, until one day they just didn't let me in, saying that it turns out that my subscription includes only classes in the morning. Probably such things should be discussed during the sale, and not after a couple of months of calm use of the service, because it is in the interests of the seller to familiarize the client with all the nuances. Of course, you can't prove anything to anyone that you weren't told anything when you bought it, but the unpleasant residue remained. One of my last conflicts is a half-used and burned-out visiting subscription (be careful, it turns out there are also expiration dates, which guess what? that's right, no one marked them when buying them), as well as coming to fitness in vain. Yes, there may simply be no classes, and not on the website, nor on the door of the hall, but at least where, no one considers it necessary to warn. Which is extremely unpleasant when you run from work from the other side of the city to the only class you have time for. In this case, at the reception I was told "All questions to the coach." At least we got the visit back.
And one of the last problems is poorly closing lockers. They lock well, but they don't open well, so be prepared after a good workout and an invigorating shower to stand in a wet towel at the reception and wait for someone to come to you, and then open the locker with improvised means. I decided to visit the Mandarin sports complex and I want to share my feedback about this place. When we planned to visit Aquaminsk in Serebryanka, we found that there were no empty seats there. However, we decided to try the Mandarin sports complex and were pleasantly surprised.
At the Mandarin, we were offered a wide variety of entertainment and services. We started with a visit to the hammam, where we could relax and enjoy the warmth and tranquility. Then we went to the sauna and sauna, where we were able to completely relax and unwind. After that, we took a dip in the pool and tried the water cannons, which was especially fun and entertaining.

One Jacuzzi is open until 15:00, respectively, there is often a crowd in the remaining one. Well, the baths also work according to the schedule until 15:00 (each on its own day) - keep this in mind when planning a visit to this complex.

There is a cafe right in the aquazone where you can eat ice cream or drink drinks. Including alcohol- which is strange for a sports institution(((
