Good afternoon, I would like to leave my feedback. I was at Master Margarita's. I had my bangs cut. Our bangs are more than 5 years old and there is something to compare them with. I wanted a curtain. And they just made an even cut for me. When I said that this was not quite the case, the master corrected the result for me, but nothing changed. To make things worse, I just paid the money and left.

Irina's manicure master is completely unprofessional. After leaving the Raspberry saloon, my daughter called and asked me never to write her down there again. She was in pain, two fingers were cut, and 40% of the procedure was not done. She was booked for a "Restorative" manicure, which includes: treatment, oil, cream, massage, therapeutic coating. The treatment was done, the oil was applied and the cream. The payment was taken 100%. When I asked the administrator why a therapeutic coating was not applied to the nails and a finger and palm massage was not performed (as is done in other salons if massage is indicated in the procedure), she replied that she would call back. They did not call back, but wrote to their daughter's messenger 3 hours later. It took them three hours to write that they would return 1 ruble to me. Later, the director also contacted us by message, who, instead of apologizing and offering to fix the situation, inviting us to finish the procedure, apply a coating, etc., said that applying the cream is a massage, we are not a medical institution, but for not covering, come take 1 ruble. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. I gave him a second chance, but it was completely in vain. Customers are not respected and appreciated.

I also got a manicure coating (it's hard, you can't use it for a pedicure). the length was not removed correctly at all and the nail was artificially narrowed. I had to do a tampon and wait for this shame to grow.

The first time I came across the fact that the master did not say hello and did not say thank you to me-please, perhaps I did not hear, but then why can't I say goodbye to the client. In general, the attitude towards customers is very strange. Regarding the procedure, it is difficult to assess, because it was only necessary to trim the ends of the hair.
Well, yes, as in previous reviews from other clients, I was charged an additional 10 rubles. for density.
Nearby, the door to the room where the masters rest / dine is open, there is a smell and somehow it does not bother anyone.

I was with Master Olesya. The worst staining I've ever had. The hair was overexposed during lightening, as a result of which the tips (and sometimes strands) were burned, the hair was just a washcloth, treated for another three months after coloring. We were persuaded to post a positive review to get a discount. They didn't cut it the way I wanted and explained, but that's the least. She asked me to do it in an hour or two, because there were plans after the barbershop, and I sat for four hours. I didn't want to write a review for a long time, but then my friend went to this salon to the same master. I got the wrong coloring that I wanted (I came to pink, but they made highlights for her and the master called her friend a "freak") the hair was also burned, apparently the master herself does not understand the structure of the hair and the selection of oxides for them.
