15:36 - The third round at the checkout, an attempt to return the money, because the burgers and potatoes were cold. Only after demanding a refund, the employee offered to redo the hot positions.
15:42 - The employee brought the order to the table. That is, they were redone in 6 minutes, although they could not cook and bring it to the client for half an hour. The burgers and potatoes were hot this time, but that's it: the potatoes are soft, the burger patty is tasteless.
Gentlemen, you position yourself as a "fast food restaurant", but there is nothing fast about it. You have expensive, long time, no respect for customers and not at all the restaurant level.
