Once we visited a fast food restaurant "mak.by "and, unfortunately, we were very unhappy with our experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by a huge crowd of people, which in itself created a sense of chaos. We waited for our order for an hour, which is simply unacceptable for a fast food establishment. Cafes and restaurants, even those that do not position themselves as fast food, usually serve much faster.
When we finally received our order, our frustrations only increased. The quality of the food was below our expectations. The potatoes were not fresh and it seems that they were left over from previous orders; the pita bread was poorly twisted, and as a result, the filling fell out of it. The bun we ordered also turned out to be not tasty and not fresh, which added negative emotions to the overall impression.
In general, "mak.by "he left us with very unpleasant feelings. We were hoping for a quick and high-quality meal, but we were faced with a long wait and low-quality food. It is difficult for us to recommend this place at the moment, and we may think twice before returning here again.

We waited for our order for more than 40 minutes. When asked why there was no order, they told us to wait 5 minutes, after 10 minutes the order was not delivered to us, we had to come up again and stand over the manager's soul to give the order. This is despite the fact that we had a table service. After the order arrived. The potatoes were not that cold, they looked like they had been standing for half an hour.
At the request of the manager to bring the complaint book, I had to wait another 10 minutes. We were just given a book of complaints, without any accompaniment. I used to spend a lot of time in this place , now I rarely visit this area . But it was always good there before , I was there recently , there were no queues during rush hour . There are always enough seats , the order was given within 5 minutes . I would just like to note, I don't know what happened to you, is it a joint in the kitchen or was it still overlooked , but half of the French fries are broken , the taste is specific , perhaps the cycles for filtering and replacing the fryer oil were violated. As for burgers, everything is fine. And the drinks have become very diluted , as if the concentration of the syrup itself for making cola has been reduced.

06.12 we went to a restaurant to buy 2 cups of coffee, we had to wait for this unfortunate coffee for about 15 minutes. The staff doesn't give a damn about restaurant orders. We walked around laughing, joking to ourselves. The director/Deputy Director stood and flipped through a magazine and it seemed that she was not interested in what was going on around her at all.
The quality of the coffee... it feels like it's just diluted. We ordered coffee with syrup, but we didn't feel it. I don't know if the employees forgot to add it because of their irresponsibility, or if it brings down the quality of the syrups.
I was not pleased with anything from the word at all.
There is one cash register, and the issue, in general, does not take long to wait, but it is still not very convenient.. according to the assortment, the cashier cannot always offer analogues...well, the quality is certainly not the same.. and so it's okay to have a snack
