Once we visited a fast food restaurant "mak.by "and, unfortunately, we were very unhappy with our experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by a huge crowd of people, which in itself created a sense of chaos. We waited for our order for an hour, which is simply unacceptable for a fast food establishment. Cafes and restaurants, even those that do not position themselves as fast food, usually serve much faster.
When we finally received our order, our frustrations only increased. The quality of the food was below our expectations. The potatoes were not fresh and it seems that they were left over from previous orders; the pita bread was poorly twisted, and as a result, the filling fell out of it. The bun we ordered also turned out to be not tasty and not fresh, which added negative emotions to the overall impression.
In general, "mak.by "he left us with very unpleasant feelings. We were hoping for a quick and high-quality meal, but we were faced with a long wait and low-quality food. It is difficult for us to recommend this place at the moment, and we may think twice before returning here again.

We took an order in the evening for two. There weren't many people. There were almost no people in the hall, and there were 3-4 cooking orders on the table. We waited for our order for more than 40 minutes. When asked why there was no order, they told us to wait 5 minutes, after 10 minutes the order was not delivered to us, we had to come up again and stand over the manager's soul to give the order. This is despite the fact that we had a table service. After the order arrived. The potatoes were not that cold, they looked like they had been standing for half an hour.
At the request of the manager to bring the complaint book, I had to wait another 10 minutes. We were just given a book of complaints, without any accompaniment. Let me remind you that this book contains people's personal information. Such as - address, full name, phone numbers. I don't recommend coming here in the evening.

I used to spend a lot of time in this place , now I rarely visit this area . But it was always good there before , I was there recently , there were no queues during rush hour . There are always enough seats , the order was given within 5 minutes . I would just like to note, I don't know what happened to you, is it a joint in the kitchen or was it still overlooked , but half of the French fries are broken , the taste is specific , perhaps the cycles for filtering and replacing the fryer oil were violated. As for burgers, everything is fine. And the drinks have become very diluted , as if the concentration of the syrup itself for making cola has been reduced.
The hall was relatively clean. And all the tables were cleaned on time as people left .

A couple of weeks ago , I was once again not informed of the potatoes in the combo (for the third time in half a year -that is, out of 6 times that I ate at the mac , 3 of them with a joint ) and I left , and my fart burned down - I dialed on the phone in the receipt : the receptionist picked up the guy Anton. We've settled the issue with him. He offered compensation in the form of poppy products and I agreed, the conflict is over at the moment.
But guys, believe me, I'm defending my rights and borders not only because I can't put up with potatoes that aren't ripe yet, but because I want to make your service better. if this happens to me for the third time out of six in half a year, something is clearly not working as it should. I am a Mirror of your service. But I did not find anyone interested in this .
I like to eat in a mac sometimes!

The management of Mac Buy naturally doesn't care about the negative reviews. But still.
If you want to try really delicious Mac food, then go to Yakub Kolas Square. I was very surprised that the food there was hot and delicious. And they cook it much faster.
As for the point on the Logoi highway, it's just a horror. It's always slow, and the food is barely warm. I always ask for 2 bags of sugar for coffee on the mac drive. They NEVER put 2 , although they pronounce my order .

I've hated McDonald's food and the Mac itself all my life. But sometimes there was no choice, I had to have a snack, once every 3 years.
Why 5 stars? Because when the Mac appeared.by, I decided to come in one day for the sake of interest, there weren't many options. And I was extremely pleased. The food has become more natural, and most importantly, tastier! I always couldn't stand plastic burgers from McDonald's - it was like chewing cardboard with a piece of plasticine in between, that was about the same thing. And now - a natural bun, a meat patty, gorgeous! They can, whenever they want. It was time to remove these plastic nondomacs a long time ago, and open your own, real, well done guys, success and prosperity!

Very unusual. I was driving from St. Petersburg and thought it was something like "Delicious and period", but it turned out that it wasn't. Burgers are unusual, there are chicken nishtyaks like in the KFC, strange "combos"... But the prices. It's just space. Terribly expensive. If I didn't urgently need stable WiFi, I wouldn't have tried anything.

06.12 we went to a restaurant to buy 2 cups of coffee, we had to wait for this unfortunate coffee for about 15 minutes. The staff doesn't give a damn about restaurant orders. We walked around laughing, joking to ourselves. The director/Deputy Director stood and flipped through a magazine and it seemed that she was not interested in what was going on around her at all.
The quality of the coffee... it feels like it's just diluted. We ordered coffee with syrup, but we didn't feel it. I don't know if the employees forgot to add it because of their irresponsibility, or if it brings down the quality of the syrups.
I was not pleased with anything from the word at all.
