I really love spa treatments, and I really enjoyed myself at Lotus Thai Spa! The massage was done by a girl from Thailand — it was not just relaxation, but a two-hour delight. It is clear that the specialist really knows his job and works with his soul. Great respect for the management for bringing real Thai craftsmen is a rarity and a great value for our city. They don't just “work out the hours” here, but really invest in the process. Thank you for such a place in Aktobe! I'll definitely be back.

I've been to this salon twice. Masseuses work out for 5+....But....It is very difficult to relax. There is no question of any relaxation. One of the masseuses had a frequent sound alert on her phone. And it's noisy outside the door. The offices are located next to the entrance. Prices are higher compared to other salons. Perhaps for the professionalism. But the reception, the lobby, and the recreation area leave much to be desired. I was also given stale clothes.
