I looked from afar, I thought it was a monument to the lotus in general, another version that was voiced by local expats is artichoke.. It turned out to be not a monument, not a lotus, and not an artichoke. Also, from a distance it seemed that the structure was small, but it turned out that its height was 36 meters. Up close, it became clear that this was actually a reinforced concrete 6-storey building, which houses an exhibition of the achievements of the national economy of Khanh Hoa province, art exhibitions, a memorial to those who died in the Vietnam War, religious buildings with altars to Buddha and other characters of the Buddhist pantheon, a lighthouse for ships (above). It was built in 2006 according to the project of Le Thanh Tung. Most importantly, it turned out that the building was built in the form of incense.. What a twist! Nevertheless, the building is original, surrounded by a park, statues, steps, and the sea. It's beautiful, especially at night, when it all glows..
a lot of people gather on this square in the evenings, music sounds everywhere, people walk along the embankment relax there are small attractions shopping kiosks with goods it is very interesting especially to enjoy the evening sea air
