We went to this hotel in July 2022. The hotel is one of the best we have been to every year for 15 years and only in 5.
I read only good reviews, and before leaving I read the bad ones and was very worried, but... none of them has been confirmed.
They wrote a lot about settling in, for which I was very worried, but I asked the girl for a room not above the ring and not at the zoo, quiet. As a result, they settled in a beautiful room, with a view of the green area and swimming pools in the distance, which I am very happy about and no extra charges. I'll attach a photo from the balcony. In general, the entire staff is friendly and smiling, I have never seen gloomy and tired faces, although the guys are working there seriously.
The first thing that caught my eye was the cleanliness of the territory, then the hotel and the rooms. Everything and everywhere shines with cleanliness. We lived in Korus Word, which we did not regret, the hotel was completely filled, but there were no queues for the elevator, we did not wait, clean, the restaurant is huge and there are always a lot of places in the lobby, musicians play in the evenings, snacks and alcohol were served at the entrance to the restaurant, every evening a festive mood.
The food is great, everything is delicious, the restaurant is decorated with bouquets of vegetables, fruits and watermelons. The food is varied, there was also a fish dinner, when there were crayfish, mussels, a lot of various fish, tuna baked in clay. There are always a lot of sweets, Turkish ones surpass everything. By the way, the breakfasts are also excellent, a variety of cereals, pads, rings, milk, yoghurts, etc. Especially for breakfast, the huge number of pastries is amazing, what is not there, croissants, buns, cheesecakes, pies, etc., everything is fresh. I liked that there was always freshly squeezed orange juice. I really liked the restaurant on the veranda of the main building, on the second floor. In the Lotus restaurant of the main building, I did not like the fact that it is very difficult to find a free table there, and if found, it is either not cleaned, or there are no appliances, and they are closely located, and there are always a lot of empty seats in the word, waiters rustle all the time, tables are cleaned instantly and to perfect cleanliness.
It's worse with alcohol, I couldn't enjoy my favorite Mojito, stupidly sprite with ice, without lemon and mint. The rest of the cocktails also leave much to be desired. Only the beer is good, but there are no nuts or snacks for beer, but, on Tue, Thu and Sat, in the farthest bar by the beach, from 16.00 they give bottled beer and nuts. Beer of 3 types. You have to come to this bar by four, otherwise there won't be any places. And they give one bottle in hand, although you can take it as many times as you want, it's inconvenient because you can't take it with you, and you don't want to queue several times if you're not sitting in a bar.
The pools seem to be clean, but we occupied the sun beds at 8 a.m. and came after breakfast at 9 a.m. If later, you can't find your towels, we watched several times as people searched for their towels, but we had no problems. At sea, there are plenty of free sunbeds on the 3-5 line, we went to the left side. By the way, drinks can only be brought to the sea in paper cups. And they always carry boiled corn for $ 1 at sea, just like in Anapa))
The water park is beyond praise, huge, there are few sun beds, but we did not occupy there, we went either from the pool or from the sea, it is very well located.The water park has a bar, there is always delicious ice cream, balloons and a fruit bar.
There are a lot of paid entertainment and delicious food on the territory, the prices are not puny)
The mini club is large, with a children's, indoor playground, TV, bottled water.
Animation during the day is not very good, evening animation is super. There are many rows of chairs in front of the stage, tables on the sides of the stage. We always came to the beginning of adulthood and always!!! .. we found places, despite the full occupancy of the hotel.
I want to note the store in the ward building (entrance from the street, from the alley to the beach), it is large and prices are cheaper than in the market and shops behind the hotel, and discounts are made, so everything turns out cheap, the main thing is to bargain with a smile)
The room is not big, but cozy, clean. Kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder, sugar. The bathroom is spacious, a shower cabin, soap, gel, shampoos and all sorts of little things in boxes are reported only if the previous ones are removed. Cleaning every day, the floor was washed every day, linen change every 3 days, towels every day. Upon arrival, there was a beach bag on the bed. The maids on the floor constantly, sometimes they did not report coffee, we asked for it, they gave it without problems. In general, we are satisfied with the service, the last time the cleaning in the hotels is not very good, but here they are just young. So the bad reviews about cleaning were also not confirmed.
And another plus of the hotel is that a golf cart takes you to the buildings, but if you are too lazy to go to the beach, to another restaurant, or anywhere else, get on a typewriter and you will be taken for free.
Well, I want to say that the hotel is super, huge, green, lots of shade and entertainment, delicious food. And this is the first hotel you want to return to!
My minus is only for the Mahito and the lack of nuts for beer, but these are small things)

The food is excellent. But the coastline is lame. There are no mattresses on the deck chairs, this is a big minus. There are just a lot of people on the beach.
