We had a rest in June, an excellent hotel, the territory is large, beautiful, clean, everything is conveniently located, the entrance to the sea is ideal (sandy beach and smooth approach) everything is constantly cleaned and everything is monitored. I didn't want to leave, we'll come back again!

We rested at the Resort & SPA from the end of July to the beginning of August (2 weeks). Everything is pretty average. Although it was a large area, we had nothing to do. The variety of food is quite large, but everything is boiled, stewed and monotonous. By the end of the vacation, I no longer felt like going to a restaurant. Breakfast is even worse. They ate only dishes made from eggs. We didn't find anything more interesting for ourselves. The porridge is not delicious there. The crowds in the restaurant were infuriating. The crush is constant. We have never seen imported alcohol. They always gave a local one. The cocktails are pretty mediocre. The bed linen was not changed in the room. Only after repeatedly expressing dissatisfaction at the reception. We cleaned up on the "off...off". Everyone around wants to "***...you". In general, the vacation was 3+ days.

We rested in this hotel 2 times . Only good reviews . The staff is top-notch, the cleaning is 100% quality every day. The safe in the room is free, Wi-Fi is only near the pool and in the hotel itself, although it used to be throughout the territory, even on the beach. The beach is clean. The hotel pulls only 4 stars, and then only pulls at the expense of food: well done, everything is delicious, varied, there is turkey meat, lamb, and of course chicken and beef. The fish is so-so, for an amateur. Vegetables are varied, both grilled and stewed. Turkish sweets are very tasty. Everything else (cakes and pies) is not very, on vegetable cream, different in shape and color, the same taste. The beach is long, the shore is sandy. Sun beds should be occupied until 8.00, then there will be no. The sea is beyond praise, in August the water temperature is above 30 *. The rooms are old and cramped. For two more or less, for three adults it is impossible to turn around. The repair is old, the quality of cleaning is generally 2b. out of 5. They wind swans out of towels, and forget to clean the bathroom. We didn't clean at all for one day, we were obviously tired. Bed linen is rarely changed, 3 times in 10 nights, the former will be straightened and satisfied, and again swans or snakes from towels will be wound on them. The hotel is beautiful, there is a lot of entertainment for children, the water park is large, also a plus. In the evening there is a disco for children and then until 1:00 a.m. for adults, you will not fall asleep in building C even with the windows closed, if there are small children, or you do not need a disco, then building C is HELL for the guests. Everything is not included in the ultra, ice cream, natural juice are paid, there is no good coffee. I will not write about alcohol (quality), I am not an expert, let those who can evaluate write. Very large, several buildings, restaurants both internal and other bars, they pour there from the bottom of your heart, you never ask for more, sometimes they even said enough))) It's hard to tell from the food, there were and ate tastier hotels, but it was all before covid, in general, everything was delicious, no one was poisoned, the assortment is large, but every day is the same, it gets boring. But this is not particularly the point for us, we are satisfied))) The animation is just as gorgeous every night. The staff is polite and helpful absolutely everywhere and even without tips. And of course, what we are going for is the sea, in the middle of September it's just steamed milk there, we couldn't go out from morning to evening from there, the beach is sandy, the bottom is too, after 100 meters along the shore the European hotel there is also very interesting pebbles, in the end we even went there to look at the pebbles, the beach is long and large, but there were not enough three rows of sun loungers, you often look for a place, especially when you are in the number of 5 people. The score is definitely 5 points out of 5, there were no complaints at all during the 10 days of rest.
