Favorite place in Tashkent: top—level service, food is beyond praise, book pilaf on Thursdays a couple of weeks in advance, order pancakes on weekends,
ramen, dumplings, cheesecakes and choriatiki — you haven't eaten this yet.
Nothing gets worse from year to year, this is an excellent indicator of success!
