The unacceptable attitude of the hotel staff towards the client and the admin manager does nothing to fix it and this is strongly reflected in the management of the hotel staff, because they allow themselves to be rude to customers, which is unacceptable! I used to stay in hotels where the owners showed up at the hotel themselves, sometimes they lived periodically, and this is a completely different attitude towards the client. Since the owner is interested in his clients, he asks how their vacation is, he has questions... and this is not for show! I have been working in tourism for more than 15 years and I can immediately see my interested attitude. As for this hotel. - Or at night for up to 3-4 nights every night! There is almost no access to the hotel's territory - it is a building with the letter G with a swimming pool inside, then you will not fall asleep while foreigners are playing dice, cards, etc. in the pool bar and it happens every night!- moreover, it's not the tourists themselves who arrange it, but the bar to make money from beer, but really it's impossible to do this during the day or in the evening, and not at night! and how many times will they drink this beer with chips so that everyone else won't sleep because of them! The hotel management doesn't care about that. I approached the manager on this issue to let him sleep at night, as well as on the issue of rudeness of the reception staff, but nothing was done, everything continued as well. Further, when buying something at the bar (for lunch, dinner) - checks are not given when paying in cash! how can you prove that you have already paid when checking out?! - what a mess that a client spends his precious time on vacation for his own money, proving something to staff who do not want to work. An employee on respawn allows himself to be rude to a client. Sleepless nights instead of sleep and the rest spoiled by the hotel staff despite the clean rooms (guest room credit). The nervous system after such a rest for departure. A ruined vacation for your own considerable money, after which you still need to recover. It is very strange for me that the owner is not interested in his clients. I travel a lot and stay in some places many times, and I really like this region and will come again! but not to this hotel with such an attitude - change the staff and the attitude towards customers! I had a rest in August 2023.
A very comfortable place, there is a safe for storing things. A balcony with a view of the pool in the courtyard and breakfast. The room is clean, the shower is large and the staff is polite.

A cozy hotel with a beautiful design. Very polite staff, always ready to help. The restaurant serves delicious food, and there are also many restaurants for every taste within walking distance, so we did not regret that we chose the hotel only for breakfast.
The beach is very beautiful and clean, although it is part of a municipal beach with picnic areas for locals. If you walk a little to the side to these picnic areas, you can see cages with pheasants, parrots and peacocks.
I'm resting in this hotel now. A stylish, modern, I would say boutique hotel. There are 38 rooms in total, very calm, intimate, all relaxing.. no guest will be left unattended, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are no problems with music (as we wrote above), louder-quieter-no problems at all. !! Excellent sound insulation in the rooms. The menu is not for gourmets, but it has already been expanded, and the choice of dishes is about to be more diverse. Meat, poultry, fish, shrimp, vegetables... it tastes good to me. I eat to live, not the other way around. 😅Of course, if you are used to AI, this is not your option, a breakfast hotel. But the original prosecco and decent brut, excellent cocktails not from local swill, but as it should be), and the prices are absolutely acceptable. And an individual approach, if you want local sweets or something else, tell me, they will arrange it. Wi-Fi is available throughout, in the rooms, the signal is excellent. The contingent is British, mostly a few Europeans, mostly couples, several families with children. I haven't met any Russians during my week off.

We bought a tour to this hotel for 10 days at the price of air tickets, as we arrived on a yachting trip. We stayed at the hotel for the first 2 and last two days of the tour. Because of the price, we were set up for a "hole", and were pleasantly surprised. The territory is quite small, but very cozy. The rooms are clean, fresh and overlooking the pool. To the sea and to restaurants/ shopping 10 min walk. There are free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach.

We had a vacation with my wife on June 18, 2021. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The hotel operates under the UAI no child system. That is, there are no screaming children, mini disco, and animation here. But there are beautiful views, the starry sky, the singing of guinea fowl cicadas. There is a wonderful smell from the Mediterranean long coniferous pines. The area is very beautiful. A shuttle runs to the sea according to the schedule. I forgot to say - the hotel has recently changed its name, so it is searched for on Yandex and Google maps and others as Castle Resort & SPA Hotel

1 point is deducted for food. Unfortunately, they cook here for 3, they don't know how to make European coffee, there are no Turkish desserts in the assortment, which is quite strange. It was good that we were in a car and could go to local restaurants. Alcoholic cocktails make excellent👍 It would be better to raise the quality of the dishes to a level and the hotel would justify its 5 stars.
I celebrated my birthday while staying at the hotel, and usually in 5-star hotels they give either champagne, wine, dessert - some kind of small gift, but here they limited themselves to a postcard😞
The hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars, but to be honest, I would not recommend it. If you want to have a quiet lunch or dinner, you will not be allowed to do this - they will turn on the player to the level of complete hearing loss and shuddering liver in the body. Several times I asked to turn down the sound, but to no avail. I don't mind music if it's pleasant, relaxing and without the frankly low frequencies of the blacksmith shop.
