The unacceptable attitude of the hotel staff towards the client and the admin manager does nothing to fix it and this is strongly reflected in the management of the hotel staff, because they allow themselves to be rude to customers, which is unacceptable! I used to stay in hotels where the owners showed up at the hotel themselves, sometimes they lived periodically, and this is a completely different attitude towards the client. Since the owner is interested in his clients, he asks how their vacation is, he has questions... and this is not for show! I have been working in tourism for more than 15 years and I can immediately see my interested attitude. As for this hotel. - Or at night for up to 3-4 nights every night! There is almost no access to the hotel's territory - it is a building with the letter G with a swimming pool inside, then you will not fall asleep while foreigners are playing dice, cards, etc. in the pool bar and it happens every night!- moreover, it's not the tourists themselves who arrange it, but the bar to make money from beer, but really it's impossible to do this during the day or in the evening, and not at night! and how many times will they drink this beer with chips so that everyone else won't sleep because of them! The hotel management doesn't care about that. I approached the manager on this issue to let him sleep at night, as well as on the issue of rudeness of the reception staff, but nothing was done, everything continued as well. Further, when buying something at the bar (for lunch, dinner) - checks are not given when paying in cash! how can you prove that you have already paid when checking out?! - what a mess that a client spends his precious time on vacation for his own money, proving something to staff who do not want to work. An employee on respawn allows himself to be rude to a client. Sleepless nights instead of sleep and the rest spoiled by the hotel staff despite the clean rooms (guest room credit). The nervous system after such a rest for departure. A ruined vacation for your own considerable money, after which you still need to recover. It is very strange for me that the owner is not interested in his clients. I travel a lot and stay in some places many times, and I really like this region and will come again! but not to this hotel with such an attitude - change the staff and the attitude towards customers! I had a rest in August 2023.
A very comfortable place, there is a safe for storing things. A balcony with a view of the pool in the courtyard and breakfast. The room is clean, the shower is large and the staff is polite.

95% of tourists are foreigners. The staff does not speak Russian, some employees even speak English poorly. In general, the hotel corresponds to the description and photos. Completely solid 4*.

In general, the hotel is small, but very comfortable and cozy for a relaxing holiday. Very nice beach – the hotel has its own sun beds and umbrellas for free.
