I liked the hotel's location, comfort and warm welcome. We were accepted ahead of the check-in time. The rooms are clean and warm, there is no smell of smoking, there is everything you need (kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, slippers, shampoos and gels, soap and a tooth.brushes with paste), snow-white bed linen and even bathrobes.
Any issues that arose (regarding plumbing) were resolved quickly.
The breakfast is hearty, delicious, in a pleasant atmosphere.
In addition to the restaurant, the hotel has an exchange office with a good exchange rate, a kiosk with very tasty pastries.
There are disadvantages everywhere, these are small things.

One of the advantages: the proximity to the US Embassy (a maximum of 20 minutes at a leisurely pace), it is not very difficult to get there on your own from the airport.
It was freezing in winter, and the room was very warm.
Nice bed.
Reasonable price, breakfast included (breakfast is simple: there is no choice of dishes - porridge, sausage, egg, a couple of pieces of vegetables, cookies. It suits me).
There are attentive administrators, but if you're lucky. I think if you don't have any additional questions or overlaps, everything will be fine.
There is a restaurant at the hotel, the interior is cozy, but I can't say about the prices and food, because I didn't have a chance to have lunch.
There is a cheap and delicious canteen and supermarket within walking distance.
The room was clean, no complaints. It's not super luxurious, but it's quite comfortable.
There is a cooler on the floor.
One of the disadvantages:
when booking via Yandex.If you have lost your reservation and payment, it's better to call and clarify.
I was surprised that the receptionists insisted that they were not cooperating with Yandex. I had to get out my laptop and show them that I could book and pay for the hotel.
I would not call the service customer-oriented and courteous: rather, the attitude is to blame ourselves, we do not cooperate with Yandex, a joint of Yandex, and sort it out with Yandex.
Yandex.support worked quickly, was in touch, resolved the issues.
In the exchange office at the hotel, rubles are changed to tenge only upon arrival.I have my passport, although it's Russian at the exchange across the street.
In general, it's okay to stay overnight, but you need to double-check everything in advance.

From 21.11.23 we stayed at the Corsair Hotel for 4 days. The rooms are clean, there are bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, a kettle.And also a restaurant where you can have a delicious meal. Unfortunately, there are not so many advantages of this hotel. Of the advantages, I can only mention two: a good location and a high-quality mattress. And now about the cons: the staff is serving a sentence there for their salary, and smoking vapes of the administration at the workplace and in the dining room is generally the cherry on the cake; the room smelled of smoking, it got better after the replacement, but I do not advise opening the windows, since customers smoke on the porch and even on the third floor stinks; the shower system it works only in one position - the watering can is mounted in the wall; the TV goes with ripples on all channels, but the remote control does not work; the audibility is first-class, we listened to the performance of the neighbor's arias, well, here "envy in silence."

I liked this hotel: the polite, helpful staff, there is a Georgian restaurant where breakfast is served in the morning and the rest of the time you can just eat, as well as a currency exchange office.
It takes 40 minutes to walk to Baiterek, and 20 minutes to the National Museum.
Amenities and appliances in the room include a kettle, refrigerator, bathrobe, towels, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel.

A good hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. The linen is clean and white. They settled in quickly. The bed on my side was normal, and on the side where my husband slept with a pit. In some rooms, plumbing repairs or updates are required, in our room there is a toilet subtext. I also wanted the shower to have either a curtain on the floor or some kind of wall, or else the shower is leaking. And the garbage can be cleaned daily. Success in development.

I visited the Georgian restaurant "Kutaisi" at this hotel. I have never tasted such delicious khinkali. Thin dough, fresh lamb, excellent broth and cilantro flavor. Once again, I thank the chef for the perfectly cooked dish. The cafe is cozy. The staff was pleased with the friendly attitude and prompt service. When checking into the room, I noticed an annoying hum. The receptionist couldn't explain anything, but reassured that the other rooms were even worse. Frosts came, and it became very cold in the room. The heater didn't help either. The receptionist took pity and transferred me to another room. It was warm and comfortable. The problems started again at the check-out. Although I asked to prepare a report document in advance, it was not there. The receptionist tried to prepare a document for half an hour while a taxi was waiting for me. It was not without mistakes - the document was issued for a smaller amount -I did not immediately notice in a hurry. I am unsuccessfully trying to get the correct receipt.

The hotel is located in the center of old Astana, as I understand it. The embassies of the USA, China, Uzbekistan and the UAE are nearby. There are catering establishments on every corner. There is a Georgian restaurant in the hotel itself. We checked in without any problems ahead of schedule as soon as the room was cleaned. We were in August, kondey was working. It 's noisy to sleep with the window open .Breakfast is included in the room rate. There is a shopping center nearby.

As soon as the hotel was resold, the service became disgusting. The documents for the accommodation were done for two weeks. After that, it turned out that the documents were not drawn up correctly. There is no administration in the hotel during the day. There was water running in the toilet all night, the hose from the watering can in the shower was leaking. I definitely do not recommend using the services of this hotel.
