The place is just wonderful. The trout literally jumps on the line by itself) While we were walking, our catch was prepared for us. The food is just wonderful, very tasty, the portions are large, the prices are adequate. The cook is a great fellow, the kitchen is 5+. Be sure to try the salad with fried eggplant, it's a real trick. Waitress girls, smart girls, the service is also 5+, especially thanks to Ulyana, who served us. Beautiful, smart, served quickly, polite, will advise you everything, will tell you everything, will help everyone. Thank you very much, you are great!!! The cafe is a must-visit!The friendly and hospitable hosts greeted us, we caught a fish, gave it to the kitchen and made an order. While we were cooking, we went for a walk to the canyon, as soon as we arrived, the table was already set😍 Ordered a salad with crispy eggplant (which we dreamed about and remembered all year), also appreciated khachapuri royally and refreshing lemonade😋 We have been coming here for many years, the cuisine is wonderful, the views are magnificent, the hosts are friendly! We had a company of 7 adults and 1 child, everyone ate their fill and drove back satisfied, happy.
I recommend going after lunch at 14:00-15:00
They didn't charge us for entrance and parking, they only paid for the cafe, the price tag corresponds to the quality, I won't even say that it is very expensive. (We are ready to give all the money for this salad😂)
In general, the impressions are only the best, we will definitely come back again!😍

I really liked the cafe! We visited in August, after a walk through the Hashupse Canyon. We were a hungry company of 7 people and made a big order. The waiter Ulyana (the nicest girl) wrote everything down, said to walk to the small Canyon for now and she would cover everything by our arrival. We arrived 30 minutes later and slowly our dishes began to be brought to us. Everything is fresh, hot, delicious - each dish caused an unreal delight. Eggplant salad, khachapur Boat, lula, esa, fries, pickles-everything is at the highest level! Awesome lemonade. They left happy, well-fed and with a great desire to come back here again!

We visited your trout farm with my family, and I want to say I am delighted with the place
I liked everything ... starting from fishing, I have a childish delight in it, ending with food and a walk
After fishing, they brought the fish to cook, we were advised to cook the fish in their branded way, and yes, it's 10 out of 10 (although I'm not a fan of fish)
We were also lucky with the waitress Snezhana, a very nice girl, she helped us choose the food for the fish, YOUR CRISPY EGGPLANT and KHACHAPURI are SUPER!!! Snezhana respect for the advice

I visited this institution on 08/25/2024 on a clear sunny Sunday. I liked everything - thoughtfulness (you place an order, and then walk along the canyon and admire nature), then our wonderful waitress Ulyana served us our order. Everything was delicious: juicy esa with cheese and egg; the most delicate salad with eggplant; a magnificent, moderately salty khachapuri boat; and a beautiful Caucasian-style island solyanka!
A wonderful place - I recommend it!!!

Today we visited a wonderful place "Trout farm", the place itself is good, but what can you not say about the cafe, which is located on the territory of the farm. Firstly, when we sat down at the table and thought that the waiter would come to us, we were very mistaken, after waiting 10 minutes and watching them pass by us, we ourselves approached them and asked them to take our order.
Secondly, after accepting the order (waiting for the order, the waiter said 30 minutes) , we waited 50 minutes and only then they brought us cold fish soup and after 5-10 minutes lavash, but before that they approached us several times and said that something from our order was missing and let's replace it (okay, but if they came up once, but it wasn't once or twice) we brought hot food, but not the appliances and not the plates (although when we made the order, it was said from the waiter that she would turn our table and we could safely go for a walk) we had to eat with our hands (it's terrible), after another 10 They brought us pizza and one serving of potatoes , although we ordered 3 . Thirdly, we no longer waited and refused the steel that was in the order, without tasting their food, maybe it was delicious, but I can't say that.

While you are waiting for the preparation, you can walk to the picturesque canyon, which is very close. Of the disadvantages, a dead entrance (about a dozen km from the highway) and a strange marketing policy: by and large, this is a cafe in the mountains, but you pay for parking and admission. This is puzzling. I paid 600 rubles just for the entrance and parking.

Chefs don't think about the menu. Only fish is good, but nature is trying here, not the kitchen. The rest is at a minimum: tortillas, grilled vegetables, etc. In fish, pay attention to the degree of roasting: the fish is not fried! There is no service as such. Only the cash register. A lot of drunks. The toilet is a hole in the floor next to the pond.
You can catch fish yourself in the pond. It's like hunting from a helicopter with a machine gun: you don't have time to cast a fishing rod, as the poor fish are fighting for the right to be eaten first. Three seconds - and you, like, well done, caught it
