The waiters are friendly, they highly recommended the dishes. Tbilisi was excellent and very satisfying.

We ordered khinkali on the spot with pickup. We cooked 12 pieces of three types very quickly, in about 15 minutes. I passed the time at the table. The cranberry juice was wonderful. Despite the day off, there were plenty of empty seats. A calm, warm atmosphere. A wonderful place for meetings and leisurely conversations. There was a family with children, a couple of business men, a couple of young people and just companies. Khinkali is very tasty. I liked all three types. Well packed. despite the cold, we got home hot. I really liked the service. A cozy, calm, homely atmosphere. It's great that all types of khinkali can be recognized by their tails. There's no mistaking it. The prices are very modest. We recommend it!

We recently visited this place and were delighted. Pleasant atmosphere and convenient location. The service is 10/10 , fast , the waiters are polite and friendly, they correctly suggested the menu. All the dishes are hot, juicy, and I liked khachapuri the most — you can't find a better one! We will definitely come back more than once . I recommend it to everyone!

But! We waited 8 hinkals for 25 minutes, and during that time (in the absence of a restaurant load), not a single waiter came up to wipe the table... Moreover, we were not sitting in the bins or on the second floor, but under the nose of the administrator of this institution... The child was not offered a single lesson, there is no children's area..Which is definitely a minus for visitors with children. We had fun while waiting as best we could: we tried on a pair and took pictures.
I would like to have a bigger assortment of desserts and seasonal dishes on the menu..

We were a company on Saturday at this institution. The atmosphere is great, the design is great and the food was good, but the service is just awful. The waiter was aggressive from the very beginning and seemed reluctant to take our order. Half of the dishes were not on the menu, which we were informed about only at the time of ordering. Of about 6 desserts, only 1 was available. The wine was warm. When asked if there was any wine from the fridge, they said no, only warm. Half of our orders were forgotten, we had to constantly pull to bring the order. One person was sitting eating, and 5 were watching. The soup arrived an hour after all the main courses. At the same time, they brought it after another reminder and the surprised words of the waiter, saying, "haven't they brought it to you yet?"

We came in a good mood, we thought to have a quiet lunch on a festive day. Nothing foreshadowed that in the end the waitress would offer us to go to another place if something was wrong here. As a last resort, he should have known or said that he would find out and tell us. Then he brought the instruments. One fork was dirty, not just unwashed with traces of food, but with dried food in general. Mushrooms, khachapuri, and drinks arrived quickly, plus. Then a salad for one person and immediately a hot dish. Okay, we're sitting here, and the three of us are eating mushrooms.... The hot stuff got cold while I ate the salad.... One person was lucky enough to have a small gap between potatoes and lula. And then they brought two kebabs... and where are the salads that were first in the order?.Waiter's question: what kind of salads? So our salads weren't ordered in the kitchen. We ate the barbecue until it finally cooled down, and at the end we brought a salad. When asked why this happened, he replied that we were NOT ALONE. You can't say that to the guests, the waitress brought the foam and duplicated that we were not alone and if something doesn't suit, go to another place. Thanks to the chefs, everything was delicious. Please train the waiters better.

I really love this cafe chain, but it was here that everything was not very good.
Khachapuri looked like a bagel in Adjarian style, it didn't look at all like what was on the menu in the photo. The side dish for the barbecue was brought 20 minutes before the barbecue itself and, of course, it had time to cool down. I don't understand why to do that. The shish kebab itself was tasteless, very sweet (in other cafes of the chain there is a normal delicious shish kebab, we ate it more than once). So far, this is the worst place we've been to.

It is quite a decent place, there is a second floor, cozy and cozy.
The service is 4.5 stars, the food is 4. Khinkali is good, hearty, khachapuri is straight skinny, looks voluminous, but in fact there is very little filling.
In general, according to my subjective feelings, this Georgian cuisine restaurant is better than similar khinkalni on Kamennaya Gorka and in Ekspobel.

I recently visited the Khinkalnya restaurant and, unfortunately, was disappointed. I want to point out right away that this place has nothing to do with the Khinkalnya restaurant chain, which I've heard so many positive things about.
The service left much to be desired: the waiters were inattentive and sluggish. I especially remember the moment when the girl next to us tried to explain that one common name does not imply a common loyalty system. It was just shocking! How is this possible in an institution that positions itself as part of a well-known chain?
In general, I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a real khinkali with a high level of service and high-quality dishes.

The building has two floors. The interior and music are pleasant. The number of seats on two floors is quite large. There are places for both those who came in pairs and for companies.
I was there once.
I visited the institution with my daughter.
At the time of the visit, it was not crowded, but almost all the tables were booked (Thursday at about 16:30).
We found a table on the second floor. The waitress brought the menu.
We chose khinkali 2 servings (5 pieces and 3 pieces), cocoa with marshmallows. The waitress said that the cocoa would be without them, since the marshmallows were over. We ordered juice.
We waited for the order for about 15 minutes, after which they brought us 1 serving (5 pieces) of khinkali and juice. We tried khinkali for the first time. It tastes delicious (one in one dumplings). After that, they clarified about the second section. Another waiter checked the order and said that there was only one serving in the order. We paid off and left. After a while, my daughter had indigestion, and even the next day I had a fragrant belch, like from chebureks from the train station.
Both my daughter and I received impressions, I will not say that they were positive.
I won't eat any more khinkali (in this place for sure). It is better, faster, easier and cheaper to buy and eat dumplings.

We visited Khinkalnya as part of the Gastrofest. Disappointed. The dishes are mediocre. The cold meat salad is a little dry. There is a lot of liquid in the beef dish and less tough beef than in the promotional photo. Khinkali is normal, but there is little filling. I liked Khachapuri, but it loses a lot compared to Khachapuri in Georgia. There was no beer, kvass, or coffee in the establishment. It feels like everything was on hold.

I love Georgian cuisine dearly. I visited many Khinkalni in the city. What was somewhat surprising about this one is the sequence of serving dishes. If the wine was brought immediately, then this is a normal trend. Then there were khinkali, then chikhirtma soup, and then badrijani - eggplant rolls. Khinkali, however, did not take a picture. It was very tasty. When I realized, there was only a tail left on the plate :). The staff was very polite and did not keep you waiting. So I recommend it.
