The best laboratory! The staff is extremely polite and understanding, they will find an approach to everyone. We took tests with the child several times: the nurses do everything very professionally and as comfortably as possible. I am very pleased that the results often come faster than the stated deadline. Great lab! I'm really afraid to donate blood, but the experience at Helix was great! Very friendly staff and a very professional laboratory assistant Tatiana. I was able to take blood very quickly, even from a vein that is barely visible. After donating blood, I received a treat: candy and coffee as a gift.
I was very pleasantly impressed! I'll be glad to come back again.

I came to the very opening, I was the first in the window. Not only that, they made it out as if it was the first time I came to them(I was serviced back in Synevo and there is one in the database), 5 people were replaced in another window at the same time, and there was no reaction to the request for a urine kit (according to the insurance, they should have given it out, I came with my own pre-purchased one). You will have to spend money and, most importantly, time to purchase a kit.
The price for the above is -2 points.
As it is, the blood was taken from the vein normally, coffee and lozenges were given out as usual, the results came every day.
