In Mac, such a queue would take no more than 10 minutes. They put newcomers at the cash register, during rush hour, who do not know how to do most operations, and just collect a queue. The order collection is not attentive, every time, absolutely every time you return to the issue, and wait until something is changed, according to the type of cold potatoes, or a drink that they have made for a decent time.
There is also a large number of violations that would be discussed in a voice message, long per hour)
In every institution, in every store, there is a payment by card, and an additional payment in cash. If it is missing, the cashier warns about it.
And in such a situation, an inexperienced cashier debited money from the card, and then said that she could not take cash, because some mistake had occurred blah blah blah. The manager came up, she didn't understand anything in the same way, she didn't call anyone on the phone, in the end, the order was canceled, the money was not returned to the card, and I try to go to this "restaurant" as rarely as possible.
