For the first time, they took the 5050 Big Sanders Burger (spicy) because of the promotion, and despite the fact that it is the most expensive premium item on the burger menu and is positioned as "fantastically large and uniquely delicious", IN FACT : not a hearty, flat burger, with a mediocre taste, where there is not a whole piece of fillet, but only three strips (I attach a photo), covered from above and below with tasteless cheese, a bit of an iceberg, a hint of the presence of tomato instead of the tomato cubes themselves, fortunately the pickled cucumbers were in place and the sauce too. Well-cooked Shefburgers, which cost half as much, surpass the premium product several times in terms of satiety and joy of taste. The expectations of three people for a pleasant and satisfying lunch did not come true at all. It turned out to be expensive and mediocre. We will no longer order them ourselves!

A couple of times I asked for a dish without tomatoes. Once they gave it to me instantly, I asked if you had definitely made a special order so quickly? He answered yes, but he lied and they were. Orders wait at least 20 minutes stably, and there are also no promotional items. It's a night for show, because too, orders wait at least 20 minutes, and they won't take it out, you have to go to the window and ask if you're ready or not, so don't even move away from there.

The staff are rude students ***

I used to like going to this particular restaurant, since it was the closest to home and everything was fine by and large, until I started ordering through Yandex delivery.
There was no limit to joy when this collaboration appeared, but it did not last long.
Every, absolutely EVERY delivery is not complete without some problems. The claim is not against Yandex, but specifically against the KFS.
They always mix up the order, then they don't report something.
The last time I killed him especially, because I no longer have the strength to endure it from time to time.
On 27.11, an order was placed for more than 50 rubles. Half of this order was simply not made and given to the courier. And the money, of course, was taken for the full order (Yandex refunded the difference).
There were repeated positions in the order, from which it was concluded that the kitchen staff are engaged in anything but high-quality service, because it takes a couple of minutes to see how much and what was ordered.
We would teach the staff to work better.
