Sometimes they trick and spoil the impression of the order (they accidentally confuse and do not report the food, sometimes they trick on purpose and give out the wrong thing). It often happened with missing sauces, spicy burgers when the usual ones were ordered. Sometimes there is a commotion in the kitchen, but no one is on the counter, and the food can stay on the heating rack for 10-15 minutes (in this situation, I expected my unfortunate cheeseburger). In general, it's like this, often the food is overcooked and the meat looks like it takes another 5 minutes to finish cooking and it turns black, of course it doesn't bring pleasure, for the sake of truth, it doesn't happen often, but it's far from a one-time accident.
He pulls out the third star on snot, only because of a pre-existing discount promotion for regular customers, which was eventually canceled, unfortunately, leaving the card as a souvenir;(

But it would be better if we didn't do that....

The food is good. But the quality of service is a nightmare.
Recently I decided to come in, and I was very disappointed.
The simplest possible order (a longer, a chickenburger and 2 potatoes) waited 15 minutes. The potatoes were poured as soon as the order was placed, and all this time they stood cooling down. 1 employee accepts the order, calculates and issues orders. And all without gloves and hand treatment))
The workers seem to be in no hurry at all.
I noticed that it was normal practice not to change gloves there, because the employee first washed the floor, and then, without changing gloves and without treating his hands, went to fry the products.
There was no manager around, only some girl came out for a couple of minutes with a very dissatisfied look, twisted a couple of bags and left.
I am extremely disappointed not only by the long wait, but also by the lack of attention to the elementary norms of hygiene:(
