The order was prepared for about 20 minutes at almost zero load. In general, not so long, but I came in the company of a friend and he generally waited for him for more than half an hour. As a result, my conscience did not allow me to eat in front of a hungry man and I waited with him. To say that everything was cold is to say nothing, including from my friend, who took his food immediately after being called to the counter. By the way, this was done in a very original way. The order was not displayed on the scoreboard, and the administrator simply shouted at the whole establishment like Aunt Galya from the local canteen that he would have to come and pick up the order. Not only all this, but in my order there was a chickenburger, which is now on the stock for 2 b.r. Yes, the price is ridiculous, but when, after several bites, you look at the bun in disbelief, and instead of the promised lettuce leaf and sauce there is one sausage, then tears come casually along with overwhelming nostalgia for the aforementioned dining room. I had to settle for just a dry bun with a cutlet and almost unleavened potatoes.

The worst KFC Car I've ever seen. The order panel is either broken, or water has flowed into it, the menu next to it is partially peeled off, some cells are simply missing, either removed or knocked out, it is unclear. At the same time, if you drive up to the order counter, it says "Order here" on the screen, but if you don't guess that you need to drive up to the window!The issue! then you will wait all day until you place an order.
At the same time, over the past year, I do not remember that I did not have to wait for an order from 10 to 20 minutes, and every month the waiting time begins to reach the point of absurdity.
In general, if you are not in the car, it is better to visit another institution, if you try to go inside at your own risk.

With a small loading of the hall, I had to wait for an order for half an hour, and this is also called a fast food restaurant.
The woman who is engaged in the assembly of the order works without gloves, it is not hygienic!
The toilets are dirty, no one wipes the tables, it feels like no one is watching for cleanliness.

I can't say the same about the girls who work there. Again, I don't know if the same one answered in a way that I didn't like or different, it's just that once I only heard a voice from the kitchen dissatisfied with my order. Next time, apparently, you need to get to know each other personally in order to remember specifically who serves how by name.
