If you want to order something online here, just to come at a certain time and pick up the order, then you can immediately put this thought aside. Online orders are sometimes canceled for unknown reasons, and if you manage to order, then prepare for the fact that by the appointed time the manager will tell you that their order is not just delayed, but that they do not even know when someone will start preparing your order.
The very quality of the order leaves much to be desired: instead of 6 bytes, they can put 4, and the remaining 2 pieces are just pieces of stuck breading. They constantly put something wrong and confuse orders.
During the actions on Wednesdays, this place is generally strictly forbidden to visit, because the staff does not cope at all and does everything at the worst level, which indicates excellent management by subordinates on the part of the management.

It's just terrible. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 potatoes. The guy at the checkout forgot about the words "hello, goodbye" and in general it seemed that he was forcibly put there. In burgers, the chicken core is in the dough, as if a piece was taken out of some kind of shawarma. I got 2 dice! The meat itself is over-salted. I threw it out before I finished it. Potatoes taste like paper with salt. The napkins seemed even more appetizing. I could have put 0, I definitely would have. The Cfs has become a banal joke. The company does not care about quality or reputation at all.
We ordered an order online beforehand, for a certain time. They came to pick up the order, the staff did not find it, they said to expect 10 minutes, after 20 minutes the order was canceled, the money was returned. Without explaining the reasons for rejecting the order. We ordered again, after 20 minutes the order was not ready, the staff could not find the order again, they called the administrator. The administrator solved the issue for 15 minutes, after which the order went to work. After 10 minutes, the order was issued, as if that was the right thing to do. There were no apologies, and even some of the nuggets were not reported.
As a result, it took me about an hour to wait for the order. I am very unhappy with this institution.
Almost a month ago (19.10) I made an order, upon arrival home I found that the order was not given out completely, I left an appeal, the response time for which is 15 days. After 2 weeks of silence, I called the CC to clarify at what stage the appeal was, they took my phone number again, assured me that the manager would contact me. No one got in touch. The food is just disgusting. Potatoes... it would seem that you can spoil this dish, but no - in this restaurant it is possible to spoil everything and even potatoes. The dishes are served, most often cold.

And even when calling the hotline, complaints do not reach the management. I filed a complaint, they promised to call me back during the day, so no one called back even for 3 days.
The staff sees that you are standing at the counter and does not even approach, just stands with your back and walks past. In the restaurant itself, there is a sign with a phone number if there are any complaints, when you call, they will not even listen to you until the end, and at the end they will also hang up the phone.
In this restaurant, you can be fed only with requests for "minute" waits, cold and disgusting food.

1) There should have been a sprite with vanilla syrup in the order, and a cola of 0.8. As a result, 4 cups were given out: 0.8 is not available, 2 and one sprite were given, but an extremely "smart" employee punched an additional cola and added syrup to it, which should have been in the sprite.
2) the burger killed to death (I'll attach a photo). I ordered a Junior cheeseburger, and as a result I got this something. Half of the ingredients are missing, the bun feels like it has already been chewed before me and in addition it is also burnt, because you can see the fumes at the top.
3) potatoes are just stone. Not only is it cold, and it feels like it is not the first freshness and has been lying for several days, so in addition it is also absolutely tasteless, even with sauce it is impossible to eat.
4) everything in the order was really cold. I was waiting for an order - it's not clear why, because it's not visible that at least something was being prepared here.

In addition to burgers , I took the original basket , which did not have potatoes , took it to take away and noticed only at home . The burgers have a hard bun , dry .It gets worse and worse with each visit
Yesterday I ordered chicken legs to take away. I got home in 10 minutes. As a result, the legs taste terrible. They were either pre-cooked or re-cooked. The meat fell apart as if it was already rotten. And I haven't been out of the bathroom for more than a day. "Thank you"!

I've never been to KFC, the first time we ordered 2 combos for three and made 3 out of 6 burgers, but I went over and asked and they were finished (I had to wait another 10 minutes). The second time we came and ordered a basket, all chicken products are called spicy, but in fact only the wings were sharp. The potatoes are the worst of all the nets (small as straw and one was over-salted), the prices are biting. You can go 1-2 times.
Another flawed point, the KFC has many good establishments, but alas, this does not apply to them. What's wrong with that? Let's start with the fact that the cashier said that there was no way to enter coupons at the checkout, and even told me about the absence of a 3 promotion at the price of 2 (at another point on the same day it was valid), okay, not fatal. Further more, twister and aitwister were barely "alive", as if they had only been slightly warmed up, the potatoes were also barely warm. As a result: absolutely spoiled impressions.

08/12.24 I went in at about 21:40 and made an order with a friend for chicken wings and a spicy burger. When I opened the burger, I immediately noticed something wrong, in short, they deceived me, inside of all that was there were three slices of pickled cucumber, fillet and sauce, the rest was missing. It wouldn't matter if I ordered a burger for 3 rubles, but when you take it for 7 rubles and they throw you a bun and fillet with sauce, well, it's some kind of joke. Kiosks do not work correctly, they knock out errors, the service is terrible, there is a queue and there is no one at the checkout. They cook for a very long time!

I waited for an order of 2 cheeseburgers for 25 minutes, provided that they were initially ready. There is 1 small piece of meat in a cheeseburger, half of the burger is just a bun. The rest of the ingredients were also scarce. It is more expensive to go to this KFS for yourself-it is easier to get to the KFS in the center and get a faster and tastier order.

The service was disappointing. We ordered two spicy shefburgers, put two regular ones, one did not add the bacon that was in the receipt. We collected the order with us, although we asked for it on the spot. In addition, the order was expected for about 30 minutes, no napkins were placed for the order. I would like the administration to control the work of its employees!
