For those who are too lazy to read in full:
- it was better before;
- delivery in 6 cases out of 10 will be long;
- there will be questions about filling the order in 8 cases out of 10.
Before deliveries became so popular, I often had a snack here. There have never been any complaints about the quality of the food or the waiting time.
But problems began with the popularization of deliveries.
I will describe purely on my experience of orders in this institution through the Yandex.Food app.
In 6 cases out of 10, the delivery will be long. No, it won't be the fault of the app or the courier, it's just that the restaurant doesn't have time to prepare the order. Instead of the conditional 45 minutes, you often have to wait 80+, simply because the courier stands in front of the institution for another half hour and waits. I understand everything, it's a lot of workload, but in this case, you can start cooking while the courier is on the way. I doubt the food will get cold, and saving half an hour is cool.
In 8 cases out of 10, there will be questions about the content. There are 2 points here. The first one is banal: "Instead of a basket with 18 wings, they put a basket with 12, instead of 6 different sauces they put 3 cheese and 3 tomato sauces, instead of 3 portions of potatoes they put 2." This can easily be attributed to inattention or the banal "Sauces are over, there's nothing you can do." Unpleasant, but not critical. But the second point raises certain questions. There is such a position called Twister Junior, it is smaller, cheaper and, in my opinion, more convenient than usual, so I constantly order it. But lately I've started to notice one oddity, in particular, that instead of Junior, they're slipping an AI Twister here. Purely for scientific purposes, I unfolded it and weighed it. Imagine my surprise when the mass of the finished product turned out to be 50 grams (one third) less than the declared one. It also became clear why this happened, instead of the promised 5 bytes, 3-4 are put there. As a result, an AI-Twister comes out by weight, but it's 1.4 p cheaper than a Junior. This could be attributed to the fact that the technical process has changed and now all the juniors are exactly like this, but then why is incorrect information indicated on the website and in the delivery application? If the technical process has not changed, then the question arises, where does the chicken that was not reported to the order go?
Summing up:
- If you want to eat quickly, then maybe you should think about ordering from another place;
- If you do not want to worry that something will not be reported, order sandwiches (they are, by the way, very nice).
