One of the burgers I ordered was clearly expired (most likely the bun turned sour), when asked to replace it with a fresh one (I took 2 bites), the staff tried to prove that everything was fine and the sauce smelled like that, although I had a longer with the same sauce and everything was fine with it, after a couple of minutes of discussion they still agreed redo it and there was the same problem with the new one. After the first bite, I just went and threw it away, there was no desire to argue again. This is the first time I've encountered a similar problem on the KFS network
We ordered potatoes and medium bytes for the children, we had ordered more than once in other restaurants, we knew the approximate number of bytes. They took the order, there were only 6 small bytes, approached the employee, asked how many things there should be, he did not know, went to ask someone, came and answered, there is not a quantity, but a gram, they are large, so they are few in number. I took the time to go to Santa and weighed it on the scales. 84 grams, but the scales were packed for 14 grams, plus packaging. In any case, the norm of 135 grams was not visible in any way. They came up a second time and asked to weigh the employees, there seemed to be 88 grams on their scales, fortunately the manager noticed this, and in order to avoid conflicts, he simply said to report. But unpleasant feelings remained, if they had initially weighed and reported, there would have been no questions
UPD: time goes by, but nothing really changes, I ordered food through Yandex many times over the past two weeks, in general everything was fine, but not always, the last time they brought bytes that couldn't even be bitten, I don't know how long they lay there, but they were thrown away. Part of the potatoes from the old batch, part from the fresh batch, the fresh ones were not even salted, so all the potatoes on top were tasteless, and from the bottom (old) salty, but sluggish; the burger was packed so that the sauce was all on paper packaging and flowed out on one side, as a result, it is impossible to eat and not smear your hands, which the conclusion is simple - the food is delicious and hot, but only if you are lucky enough to get caught by conscientious workers
There were 3-4 employees, while there was only one apricot in the kitchen, they told me to wait 10 minutes, but I waited all twenty minutes, they also gave me warm potatoes that had been lying all this time, and even before me, I said to change, to which the cashier looked at me as if I I had to choke on boring low-quality potatoes, but I brought a new one, but I did not write off the old one, but put it back to give it to another order later... horror
Actually, the class, I skipped the first two lessons there. I liked everything, we did it quickly (I caught the bus back to school!!) and it was delicious, classmates in computer science appreciated the potatoes and half of the school - coffee. And another classmate took half a burger in one bite. In short, never bring a cfs to school. Meow

They don't report food all the time: what is the delivery of what to take away. We ordered a combo with 4 free sauces - we didn't put any, so we haven't responded to support yet. We took a large order to take away, and when we came home, there were no potatoes in the basket combo (which includes 6 strips and 2 potatoes). The hall is dirty, garbage is overflowing from the trash cans

They called me over twice to tell me that something wasn't ready. Then they said in plain text that they had forgotten to put a pie and they had to wait.Well, maybe we should talk less and work more?Instead of sharp strips, they used regular strips and 1 sharp strip. When they told the staff about this, they didn't even try to resolve the issue and claimed their own. Instead of the normal strips, there were embers and stubs.
The potatoes were salted so much that it was impossible to eat. The burger is cold and dry.
It's just awful.

Their food is "according to the mood", it may be delicious, or it may be all old and not tasty. Today I took a longer with me, but I asked to remove cucumbers and onions from it, as a result, there were cucumbers and onions and + hair in it (a bonus for the campaign). I saw cucumbers and onions, I was not upset, I took them out myself and started eating, but when I saw the hair, I lost all appetite, thank you. They didn't put the napkins down. And this is not the first time, they have some disadvantages every time, considering that I visit them quite often.
It gets worse and worse every time. The order was placed in the info kiosk, there were no other orders at that time, they stirred and began to cook it only after 7 minutes. At that time, only strange visitors were sitting in the hall: homeless people, a group of noisy youngsters, a man who dined with food bought in a store, an alcoholic who constantly looked at us and a young man sleeping on the table (but at least he had food from this institution). The 25-minute wait for the order seemed endless and I wanted to leave all the time. We received the order in a bag, although we pressed "on the spot", there were no napkins in it, and the potatoes turned out not to be salty at all. Several times I came across diluted drinks. I won't come in and spoil my mood anymore.
The worst KFC. Even 1 star is a lot.

The "restaurant" itself is sooo dirty. A bottle of vodka broke in front of a homeless man and no one took it away. Sauces, leftovers and other garbage are everywhere. The trash cans are clogged, tables and seats are not cleaned at all.
Also, in this institution, very often they do not report something to the order. Once we decided to find out this point - we were given a card for a 10% discount and, again, sour potatoes, and a few months later they said that the card was invalid.
Today we ordered 4 "original" legs and potatoes with the child. The order was made quickly. But for some reason the legs were divided into two, I was surprised, but did not attach importance. At home, I realized when the child ate and ran to fill his mouth with water, she got the surprise... Tin;!; Are you adequate at all? Do you see the presence of children and do this?
There is not much to write about the KFS restaurant, because the menu and the quality of cooking (assembly) are about the same in each of the representatives, but specifically in this I would like to note the possibility of ordering from the street, a small area and poor-quality cleaning. Apparently, the lack of staff is affecting. But even despite this place is quite popular among locals and just passing by.
