For the umpteenth time in this place, I notice dirty tables.
This time there are problems with the terminal. The money was withdrawn from the card, but the order number was not issued. It took a long time to figure out what to do. Even the workers said they "don't know how this terminal works." It's not exactly pleasant to stand and wait for problems to be solved in hot weather. I hope the institution will take action and correct all the mistakes.
The resulting food does not correspond as much as possible to what the institution offers in the pictures on the menu. It was as if they didn't put food in bags with them, but just threw it.
Do not come here in the evening, they work until 11 pm, and at 10 all the chairs are turned over, the faces are unhappy. It's dirty, the wrong order was punched, a long wait
A large cockroach on the counter raises questions. They gave the order for a very long time, the order number disappeared immediately, the cashier did not pay attention
It was terrible, they ordered it for 20 minutes, despite the fact that at 12 am on Tuesday, there were practically no people, workers loitered from corner to corner without doing anything, in short, I do not advise!

Everything is always fresh and there are no huge queues, I can definitely recommend it, they have never let me down yet. Especially the wings, they often bring cold ones to the KFS, but everything is super here
If you are lucky, an order may appear on the screen with orders, but it is unlikely. Today, after 9 o'clock in the evening, the staff was just in shock: orders are no longer voiced to the whole hall (there is nothing on the screen), but in the kitchen they were shouting what they needed. The order was waited for 26 minutes — after a working day, it's just ultra-pleasing. There was no compensation in the form of ice cream or something else, of course, although there should be a long wait. Thank you for the spoiled mood
The service is terrible, the wait is long, coming up for an order they can just leave in front of you, if you take the order with you, then often everything just falls into a package.
Upd: thanks for the offer, but I'd rather go to another restaurant than plunge into this sewer again. I don't see the point in detailed proceedings. It is in this restaurant that the same problems have been hanging for years, but no one wants to notice them, let alone talk about a solution. I wish good luck to those people who wander into this place.

Of the minuses: I waited more than 20 minutes for my order. The bun in the burger is not the first freshness. There is clearly not enough additional employee for the position of cleaner. The menu is not very conveniently located. The electronic scoreboard does not work (orders are ready). Otherwise, the usual fast food restaurant.
With a minimum order (ice cream and two cheese), I had to wait 20 minutes and this in the absence of other customers. They were packed disgustingly and carelessly. Don't set foot in here anymore.

Yesterday I visited this place with a friend. The service leaves much to be desired. We received the bytes dried, as if they had been lying in the closet for more than two hours. The original strips were terrible, too salty and too much breading. They replaced bytes for us for 20-25 minutes, which also spoiled the impression.
The employees are good, but the establishment itself and the restaurant chain leave much to be desired. The chicken is even more or less delicious, but everything else. Burgers are dry, rolls also leave much to be desired, especially for their price.
I waited for one burger for 30 minutes. Then my order was removed from the tableau altogether and lost.
The burger is made terribly with almost no meat.
