1. The tables are dirty and not cleaned on time.
2. There is garbage on the floor.
3. There is dirt in the toilet, there are no paper towels - it is uncomfortable to wash your hands with children.
Waiting for an order is a separate story, even with a small attendance, you will wait a long time.
You may get the order mixed up and instead of coffee you will receive a glass of boiling water (they will justify themselves by saying that the order was collected by an intern).
There are no complaints about the quality of the food.

Everything was fine with the basket, everything was fresh and hot, but with cheeseburgers, nuggets and a longer, not everything is so clear - lotteries, then cold, then some, as if not fresh.
There is a smell of grease in the room, and this is more a problem of the layout than the staff.
That's what does not please, these are often overflowing trash cans and untidy tables, perhaps I want too much from the Borisovsky Kfs, but somehow I happened to see a case that the trash is so full that boxes and so on are lying around it, and trays are filled with the same packages, you involuntarily wonder: "how to get to this
P.S. Tables and chairs are not teeming with dirt and grease, sometimes there are either traces of drinks, or crumbs, a trifle, but it's unpleasant, but if you ask them to remove it, they never did.
The staff themselves are mostly friendly, polite and if something happened to the order or something is wrong, they will always help solve the problem, at least they did not help me. The main thing is to communicate with them normally, they are also people and work in an area where it is very difficult when you are rude. Patience and strength to the guys.
