I often stop by for a snack, because I like spicy chicken, but potatoes are not tasty and very often cold. I stopped ordering burgers, because they almost don't add sauce + dry bread.
The service is fast enough, but you have to wait during rush hour.
On the plus side: they cook pretty quickly.
Of the cons: constantly cold food. Often there are no specific items from the menu and you only find out about it when you receive an order, when your nuggets have been replaced with something else.
The electronic scoreboard with the queue of orders is working properly, but there is no point in it. After the order is placed, its number may not appear: it is not in the upcoming or ready-made orders.
We don't come often, but the order was always executed quickly and correctly. But when I decided to order with me, instead of a chocolate-nut milkshake, there was a regular milk one. Nuggets are just fillets dipped in flour and fried. There is no transportation at all (they probably took it home). They were the ones who upset me the most.

I arrived on 11/24/2021 at about 11:30 p.m. at the KFS car I ordered a basket , nuggets and French fries. Not only is the operator deaf, but the oil was so smelly, whether it was burnt or the quality of the oil was such, but with such a terrible smell that there was not even a dog to eat, the whole order was just terribly smelly, but I noticed it all depends on the shift!!! It 's a pity that I threw away the check .
Everything is perfect in the first days they worked there without pace, they were not used to it, and then they began to cope and now they are a hundred times better without a mask, they do not serve without gloves, there is an antiseptic atmosphere, convenient comfort and huge plus it is not in all KFC, but service through the screen is convenient and everything is cool, I do not know what others did not like, but I am super.
Everything is fine, everything is cooked quickly and most importantly, it is very tasty! Coffee is not very good, cappuccino is still so-so, Americano uh)
