1) this is probably the worst KFC in the Republic of Belarus
2) when there is an influx of people, orders take a very long time
3) sometimes they do not give fresh food. For example: there was a potato, it felt like it was picked off the floor, it was wooden, it was replaced. A couple of times the taste of the chicken was strange, I immediately threw it away.
4) sometimes you make an order by car, they ask you to drive to the parking lot and then shout all over the street to pick up the order.

Of the advantages, these are blanks, as in all restaurants of this chain, but the quality of service is an incredible shock.
Firstly, the staff works as if they don't really care what they do, constant walks with ready-made positions around the kitchen (the young man took bytes and screwed 4 circles around the stove), just because they like to eat cold, it doesn't mean that visitors like it.
Secondly , once they gave nuggets with ice inside , asked to redo them , they gave others with less ice , thank you , of course , but the result is not what they expected after the request .
And of course, the number of napkins may already be excessive pickiness , but it also happened that they were not given at all , but they gave one wet one for which they did not pay , but that they would not be too happy , one for two .
The service time is slower than in other large cities, but it is less important than a cold meal all the time.
I give 3 stars to the KFS , and 2 stars to those who work there. And then 2 stars is a certain shift of workers who only once did everything perfectly with warm food and a number of napkins .
And I would like to fix the order board . Because sitting and listening when your order is shouted at the whole hall or standing near the counter is not the best option.
