A small but clean, cozy, modern airport. There are a lot of outlets in the duty free zone, you can finally buy, the consultants are polite and friendly and will immediately tell you the price if there is no price tag (you can buy goods for both Vietnamese dong and dollars, euros are most likely also accepted), you can buy food if you suddenly did not have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just hungry. Souvenirs and magnets are everywhere. In the arrival area, you can buy a local SIM card and exchange money, the rate is +/- the same as a bank, hotel or street money changer (yes, they also exist in Vietnam) huge queues for obtaining a visa and passport control (maybe I was so lucky and the windows were not all working)
Cam Ranh Airport is one of the most modern and convenient airports in Asia. I was very pleasantly surprised by its level of service, comfort and safety. All the airport staff were very friendly and professional, they helped me with any questions and problems I had. Cam Ranh Airport is located near the city, which makes it very convenient for travelers. I recommend this airport to anyone who plans to visit Vietnam.
Cam Ranh Airport is a good airport in the beautiful country of Vietnam. It is located in Khanh Hoa Province and serves both domestic and international flights. The airport is small, but clean and cozy, with clear navigation. Luggage is checked out quickly, and Nha Trang is only a 35-40 minute drive away. However, the control at the airport itself may be weak.
It's a great airport. Clear. Everything is intuitive. There are currency exchange offices. Everything is very well organized and the queue is moving fast. Friendly staff.
Minuses:
No Tax Free
A business lounge with very modest food. Doshirak, breakfast cereals, and everything is served for a very long time. Beer and lemonades. The coffee is sweet only, there is no normal one.
Upon arrival in the country, they went through passport control for a long time and waited for their luggage (almost 2 hours).
One of the advantages: a small, compact airport. There are 2 shops for those who forgot to buy souvenirs in the city. There is a currency exchange. We cleared the customs for departure very quickly.
My favorite airport in my hometown is Nha Trang. By the way, the airport is new - I still remember the old one in 2014. This one is certainly better and more convenient, although small. A bus to Nha Trang costs 65,000 vnd for January 25th.
Everything is clean and comfortable. There are shops with normal prices. The bathroom is clean. The ventilation and cooling system are working well. Lots of benches if you can sleep.
Not very large, but convenient and even "cozy", one can say, the airport - at least from the point of view of a Russian tourist: there is almost everything you need, everything is conveniently located, and on the signs - in addition to the Vietnamese, English and Chinese proper, everything is "duplicated" in Russian" (which is very nice!..); Russian is a rarity among the staff - but in general, everyone is friendly, polite, "contact"/"creative", and in terms of communication language, modern translation programs on smartphones help out perfectly!
The service was terrible, we were separated from the child, they staged some kind of circus, immediately offered to buy
seats together, they did not allow 9 kg of fruit in one basket, they took MY basket without my permission! They made me wrap my backpack and suitcase with a film! There should be type 1 baggage, there is no such thing in the rules, they more than cleared up the kg, they talked in raised tones! Although I am both xingyao and kamon, this is the worst service!
At the passport check, this Vietnamese employee was walking with a man with a badge and pointing at me and the child and saying something loudly in our direction!
They brought the child to tears! The whole vacation for the first time in this country turned into the worst because of such an attitude, she cried her eyes out and said she wanted to go home! Is this the land of smiles? NO, THIS IS THE LAND OF TEARS!
THEY HANDLED THE ISSUE VERY ROUGHLY AND DELIBERATELY DELAYED THE TIME, MY CHILD WAS STANDING FAR AWAY FROM ME, I ASKED HOW LONG TO WAIT? AS A RESULT, SHE LEFT HER PASSPORTS AND WENT TO THE CHILD!
THE CHILD SAID HE DOESN'T WANT TO COME HERE ANYMORE!
THANKS TO THE POOR AIRPORT SERVICE! THANK YOU FOR LETTING US BEHAVE LIKE THIS AND YELL AT US, DISCUSSING IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE AND LAUGHING AT US IN OUR EYES!
A FALSE SMILE IS A TRUE FACE!
P.S. we had a delay, there was nowhere to sit in the hall! Many were sitting on the floor, it was not designed for a large flow and for a regular plane, the departure hall (gate) was small!
It's a good airport. the staff is competent. The halls are spacious. there are many cafes, the prices are reasonable. Overall, I am happy with the visit.
The airport is normal. Customs procedures at the entrance are longer than at the exit, but not critical. There are dutiki, but the prices for rum are, say, 100,000 higher than in the city. There is a place to eat. Drinking fountains. I accept both dollars and dong
A modern airport, it is better not to use a taxi service at the airport. The prices on the meter are high, and taxi drivers cheat. It is better to use an analog of Yandex.Taxi, the local Grab service. The app can be downloaded quickly.
Fly to Cam Ranh - this is the airport, and the resort is Nachang.
Great hotels and beaches! In terms of price-performance ratio, Bali and Hainan were nowhere near.
Convenient airport, good navigation, close to the city. The staff is friendly, there are currency exchangers and sell pictures on the phone for communication at first
A small airport. Everything is convenient and clear. Clear. There is a little dutik. It takes about half an hour to get to Nha Trang. There are small cafes.
The airport is small. You can go to the center of Nachang (Yersin Street) by bus 18. The price is 60,000 dong. You can also take the same bus to the airport from the center from Yersin Street (there is a bus station here) every 30 minutes.
Everything is for people. From the polished granite walkway around the perimeter of the entrances and exits, to the signs inside the airport in various languages, including Russian. The business lounge is simple, but with a shower.
A long wait for suitcases, then a long queue at the airport exit.
I can buy a SIM card right at the airport, but I never needed it during my entire vacation. The shops are modest, you should not count on them, whether on arrival or on departure.
It is large, clean, there is Wi-Fi, there is a currency exchange - the exchange rate is really not very profitable, but if necessary, you can exchange a small amount - get to the hotel
A cozy, spacious airport. Of the usual European food, there is a Burger King in the departure area. The prices are in dollars, the combo is about 20. The atmosphere is comfortable, registration and control were quick, everything is on schedule.
The airport is small. There is everything you need, you can easily exchange money, but the exchange rate in the city is better.
We waited sooo long for the luggage - more than an hour.
A clean, convenient airport and fast baggage claim. The main advice is not to change money at the airport's exchange offices. Exchange rates vary by 20 percent with the city...with 100 dollars, you can lose up to 20
Great airport! Free Wi-Fi and a faucet with hot water, if necessary, you can change money, excellent duty on departure with excellent prices! Lighters are strictly not allowed in the luggage!
It's a very pleasant airport. Moderately cool are valuable as everywhere else . But we were pleasantly surprised by the trolleys , there is no need to carry hand luggage .
It's a good airport, the main signs are in Russian, it's roughly understandable, baggage is given out very quickly, passport control is a bit slow due to the small number of open windows.
There are few people, because few planes arrive here). Decent, passport control was passed quickly, suitcases were received quickly. Right at the airport there is an exchange and local SIM cards (not profitable).
A convenient airport, small, with clear logistics. On the downside, prices are high in cafes and shops after the inspection area, on the plus side there are free fountains with drinking water, you can put it in your bottle on the plane.
The airport is far from perfect. The queues to go through customs are huge. It works on 2 windows. Online registration was completed, but there was no place to print coupons, it was impossible to use the phone, so there was a queue for registration. I didn't like it.
The airport is at a minimum, there are queues everywhere. Check-in is very slow, they seat you, although not by charter (they require additional fees to board you together) In fact, the plane is half empty and it is a scheduled flight to China. The staff is of course sullen and arrogant
We were on a domestic flight to Hanoi, so instead of the beautiful building of the international terminal (it is in the photo), we were in the neighboring one, which is not so beautiful and new at all
A small provincial airport 37 km from Nha Trang city. There are two terminals between which you can walk without using a taxi.
Delays are a common occurrence, sleeves are not used, there is a constant reconstruction of the runway and construction. The airport is relatively clean and well maintained, there are restrooms, toilets are sad.
The internal terminal is very dull, small, souvenir shops, one operating out of four business halls. If you want to have a snack or drink coffee, it's better to do it in the city. The inspection is formal, hand luggage is not weighed and dimensions are not checked.
The international terminal is a new building, clean, there are very few people, airport staff practically do not speak English. We can say that there are no Duty Free zones, there is a meager selection of cafes and restaurants. There are two business halls.
P.S. You can get from the airport by air-conditioned shuttle bus, number 18, until 19:55. The cost is 65,000 VND. Taxi – it is better to order through the GRAB or MAXIM app, the cost of a trip to Nha Trang is 270,000 - 350,000 VND. Do not listen to bombed taxi drivers who will assure you that the trip costs at least 500,000 VND. In Vietnam, the parking fee at the airport is paid by passengers, the cost is not more than 10,000 VND.

Nice quiet airport! There is no fuss, it is cool and clean.you can have a snack and sit quietly. Of course, the prices are high, as in all airports.
It's a good airport for a small town. There is a Dutifrey, with a limited assortment, but still. There is a cafe . It's clean enough. The inspection was quick.
I do not advise transferring flights to local airlines. Constant delays. We experienced maximum stress, as we were almost late for the docking in Ho Chi Minh City.
It's a good airport, but we waited forever for our luggage upon arrival. We left, the plane was delayed for 4 hours, there was enough room for everyone.
