The kitchen is not very good. The pilaf is so-so - instead of meat, there are pieces of fat, and the kebab is full of veins, bones and fat. What is mutton that is beef?
I don't know what the waiters/chefs might not like about me at the entrance to the cafe, but they gave me this. I've always been used to eating everything to the end, I didn't really want to eat here at all. It's a pity that such an impression will remain on the trip about Tashkent cuisine

And then, to my utter disappointment, I ordered Samarkand pilaf for the first time here - I didn't like it at all, my friends ordered Khan's tea and festive pilaf - I also tried something completely different from what I expected. And the price for a simple dish is not normal, judging by the bill, I could go to a restaurant at the level of favor or vachach, while pilaf in these establishments is much tastier than what they ate here.

I really love this place, several types of pilaf, Samarkand (there is rice and roast separately), Choikhona Osh (they add chicken and fry it very much, the pilaf seems to be burnt) and Wedding pilaf, just right for me, not greasy, not overcooked. We were here with friends last year and ordered zigir osh food because the waiter told us how Samarkand pilaf is prepared, although they had three more pilafs of teahouse, tuyon and sitor. But we chose zygier because not all chefs know how to cook it. Their tortillas and tea were delicious. At the expense of pilaf, I can say that I can only put 6 out of 10 points, and this is wonderful. There are disadvantages, but they did their best. When we went there, there were a lot of people and a lot of tables besides that there were separate booths, but we were told it was busy because of the large hall, it was very noisy and I don't like this noise much. The staff worked smartly and quickly, the tables were clean, we ordered tea with lemon, ayran and sour grapes (for appetite)
