I go to Gagra every year, and I always liked lula kebab here, the most delicate, very tasty, in the evening there was live music and cool (to goosebumps with an operatic voice) and just a man shouted, everything was. And here we are again, we went to a familiar, proven place, ordered an aperol spritz, and a chicken cradle (lamb, no more), a cradle that tastes strange, peppered and completely tasteless, a cocktail is also wonderful, apparently champagne is bullshit, but cocktails here (in Abkhazia) I've noticed for a long time that it's not worth drinking if you know the reference taste of a particular cocktail. The waiter is friendly, served quickly. I give 4 stars according to the old, memory, how cool it was before

I was with a guy at this place on August 24, just went to the first place on the way to have a snack. It looked super decent, but no:
1. When we visited, we did not look super presentable (disheveled, in casual clothes) and we were greeted like homeless people. No one said a word at the entrance, we walked in silence and sat down. We took the menu ourselves and sat for 10 minutes. We approached the employee at the bar ourselves, asked how long to wait - they told us that they would fit;
2. Long wait. It is clear from the message above that everything is super slow. We waited for the waiter for about 20 minutes. From the order, the aperol / compote was brought in 15-20 minutes, cream soup in 30, pizza in an hour ☠️
3. Politeness. I'll put this in a separate item - the waiter came up silently, just came up and waited for us to start talking first. He did not respond to the greeting and so the entire period of communication;
When the bill was paid (1600 rubles, including tips), I handed over 2000 and asked for the change back. The young man appreciated it quite emotionally with facial expressions
4. During the visit, we saw a girl with a cute corgi puppy come into the cafe, then they went into the kitchen together, where our dishes were being prepared (the kitchen is open, so you can see what and how). We didn't get poisoned there, but the dog in the kitchen confused us, even as cute as a corgi

Of the advantages:
1. The food was really delicious, the cream soup is just a bomb, the compote is incredible. In short, everything was delicious
2. The interior is beautiful, pleasant music, air conditioning
The general conclusion is that if you have a lot of time, good nerves and have a jar of Polysorb in stock - try to go. But I wouldn't recommend it.

There is a variety, but we were in another hotel, so if there is a barbecue, then from different meat, if cheese is sliced, it is also different, sausage, etc. The availability of fruits is varied. On the third day, the food was so boring that I didn't really want to go to eat... May, 2024. P.S.

I went to this institution because I was very hungry. I bought tom yam, because they usually serve rice with soup and there should be a lot of side dish in the soup itself. As a result, Tom yam was brought without rice, after 15-20 minutes, just broth, three mushrooms, three shrimps and that's it. There were no squid, mussels, tomatoes or other food. And all this cost a cosmic 500 rubles. Just for the spicy broth with 3 shrimps. I remembered for myself that I would not visit this institution again in my life.
And by the way, the attitude towards the guest is 0/5. The music is loud, the head starts to hurt from this, it is impossible to listen

We went to this place with friends in the evening, there were a lot of people, the waiters tried, they were polite, BUT still the service was at a low level.
We ordered seafood, which was very tasty, but the soup was terribly over-salted and it was impossible to eat.

It's a great place. The prices are reasonable (we have bypassed more than 20 cafes and canteens). Pizza 450r, Caesar 350r, kebab 250r and the most decent cappuccino 150r. Everything is very tasty, especially the pizza "fire", the dough is thin, everything is as we like. The cafe is not hot, the air conditioners are working. It is unclear where the bad reviews come from.

We took food with us. We took lula, 2 trout, khachapur. In the end, everything was burnt. It's a pity they didn't see it right away, they threw it all at the kebab maker and the baker. They burned it down to coal. Everything is bitter because of this, which is impossible to eat. The music is wildly loud, there is no toilet in this "restaurant", you will have to run opposite to the paid one. While waiting for the order, we noticed that all the tablecloths were stained. The price tag is cosmic for such an institution. Regular chicken noodles 400 rubles +10% for service. Are you serious? Gagripsh smokes nervously))) I understand that after the storm in the fall of 2023, it is necessary to beat off repair costs, but this is just too much!
Visited in February 2024.
Otherwise: the noodles are thick and quite edible, the music does not scream, the guys are smiling, warm, there were no other visitors.

We celebrated our birthday there, accidentally got into the institution, as it rained heavily and there was nowhere else to run, we decided to stay, have a snack and dance. As a result: a very large check per person, terrible food tastes, drunks who molested (and no one removed them from the institution), a terrible stench from the trash (which is open in the hall). When ordering Caesar, I didn't even think that it could smell SO BAD, as if it had been standing for a year. We sat like that for 15-20 minutes while waiting for the order. All desires disappeared by themselves, with such an attitude towards visitors. The meat was brought raw.They didn't eat anything. They just left. I do not recommend it.

The grill should wait from 35 minutes. Half of the menu is missing. The most disgusting Caesar salad in the world, with chicken, with salmon (it is impossible to eat with salmon at all). They ordered soup, brought it in a pot, but it was barely warm - 4 out of 10.
Tea with lemon is terrible, although, it would seem, how can you spoil tea? Yellow Abkhazian lemon - they are very tasty), but even here they brought such slices that looked as if they had been sliced last week. The waitress was only worried about the bill, and we were sitting at the table with dirty plates. They ate this "work" only because they were very hungry. Plus, tips are already included in the bill. It's a disappointment. Of the advantages, only a clean toilet. If you want to eat delicious food, then choose local establishments and canteens, there may be an unpresentable atmosphere, but always delicious food with caring hosts.

The order included two kebabs, mushrooms and French fries, we were with a partner. The place has a pleasant exterior, but there were surprises waiting for us inside.
When we arrived, there was silence, and it caught our attention. After placing an order, either the owner or the cook on the grill turned on the music very loudly. It was unacceptable to eat in such an atmosphere. As a result, the waiter invited this mister for a dialogue. This did not happen immediately, but only when I informed that I did not consider it necessary to pay a service fee of 10% of the check amount.
This cook or manager conducted a dialogue in a snide manner, reminding us that we did not come to some kind of dining room, but to his cafe-restaurant. I reminded him that the guests came in silence, and he turned on the music as loud as he wanted. We managed to translate this into a constructive one. By the way, music is also playing in the dining room and it is also loud.
After that, I cautiously eat my kebab, because I'm afraid that they won't spit in my portion. I suggest you familiarize yourself with what a 200 g serving looks like. (there are no extras except for the strange pickled onions).
The kebab was cooked for 30 minutes, the potatoes were brought 15 minutes later (where is common sense?)
I do not recommend visiting this place. I hope I won't run into poisoning after lunch.
P.S. the food is like in the dining room, and the attitude towards the guests will be worse

It's a pity that you can't put a minus sign! We walked along the embankment, went to this place. They gave us the menu right at the entrance and... they safely forgot about us. I would have understood if there had been a full boarding, but only 3 tables were occupied. The waiters, instead of serving customers, smoked hookah at the counter. We waited 15 minutes and left with nothing, without waiting for service. Do you seriously want 10% of the receipt for such a "service"? I highly do not recommend this cafe.

It was March 4th and 5th, 2022. The cafe is wonderful, the food is very tasty, the price tag is lower than in our hometown. They ate exclusively Abkhazian cuisine. The waitress (a dark girl) is just wonderful. Attentive, polite. We'll be happy to come back on occasion.

Although powerful air conditioners are installed and working in the institution, the door is wide open, so the room is stuffy.
There is a bartender and a DJ working at the cocktail bar at the checkout in one person, who turns on music too loudly at random intervals and makes some strange passes with his hands.
The waiters approach the table for a long time, they are unfriendly.
They only accept cash.
They include 10% in the receipt for service without warning.
When calculating, they asked to change the bill taped with tape, there was no other one. As a result, they took it away, but did not hand over the change, explaining that the bank accepts such for half the face value.
They spoiled the mood because of the proceedings with the bill, the waitress appealed to the bartender, the bartender supported her, probably out of solidarity. There is no administrator, the staff lives their own lives.
The owner does not think about reputation.
I do not advise going to this place, because it is stuffy, rough and long. There are many other options nearby.

I constantly try to eat in different places, but this is the only place I come back to. In this place, they cook the perfect shish kebab (there are no comments on other positions either, but their perfectly tender shish kebab is worth highlighting) I have not seen this in other places.
