A novice and dishonest hotel that I would definitely not recommend.
First of all, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they tried to give me a different room other than the one I had booked. When I refused, they told me to contact Ostrovok. Although I insistently told them that I had a long flight and that they should give me the room I had booked, they directed me to the site I had booked. I told them that I would not accept this and that they should show me my reservation on their screen. They tried to deceive me by showing me someone else's reservation. I immediately realized this and after I told them they were liars, they gave in and gave me the right room.
But the problems did not end. One midnight at 3 a.m. the fire alarm went off and we were woken up in a hurry. We called the lobby and asked for information but the phone was hung up on us. After waiting for a while, we went to the lobby and got information and they said it was a system error and apologized.
Apart from these, I was not satisfied with the hotel at all. We were given 2 single beds instead of a double bed and the beds were constantly separated from each other and there was a gap between the beds. Our sleep was not pleasant at all.
Room cleaning was done in a sloppy way. When we first checked in, I saw that the toilet and shower were dirty and cleaned them myself.
So in summary, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. I had a very bad experience.

Clean and nice hotel. The one older lady working at reception knows everything about immigration laws so doing your registration as a foreigner is no problem at all.

Расположение отеля выше всех похвал!!! До метро 3 минуты, до Невского также 3 минуты, до эрмитажа 10-15, рядом Екатериниский сквер и много ресторанов. Очень удобная теплая кровать, вылезали из нее с очень большим трудом))) Чистое приятное белье, удобный матрас (даже спина прошла). Номер чистый, современный, светлый, теплый и по факту больше, чем представляется по фото, мебели достаточно. Также в номере все необходимое есть: фен, тапочки, гель, жидкое мыло, шампунь, зубной набор. Порадовал отдельный вход и рядом с номером кулер. Завтраки хорошие в комфортной обстановке!!! Выбор не большой, но все вкусное и качественное, единственное не хватило каких нибудь котлет или сосисек (мяса). Шумоизоляция нормальная, если рядом адекватные соседи. Наши с 7 утра как будто плясали брекданс, катали чемоданы и делали перестановку))) Дозвониться на рецепшен, чтобы разрешить этот вопрос неудалось. В течение 40 минут трубку так и не сняли. Но зато с улицы никакого шума! Персонал в целом незаметный и приятный! Из мелких минусов это сильно вонючие средства для уборки, но через час все выветривается (в целом терпимо). Также прохладновато в коридорах, из за того, что сильно дует из входных стеклянных дверей. Также нестабильная горячая вода, иногда еле теплая течет (видимо несправляются бойлеры). Тем не менее отель очень достойный и Хороший! Цена-качество соответствует! Обязательно вернусь! Рекомендую!
