Hello!
About a month ago, I ordered two computers from itBro. We chatted on WhatsApp and discussed all the details of the order. I warned the staff that I live in another city, and we agreed that both computers would have the same white case. The delivery took three weeks.
When I got the computers, my girlfriend and I unpacked them. However, to our great disappointment, one of the computers was assembled in a black case. It was my girlfriend's computer, and she was building it for herself, so we were very upset. Unfortunately, we cannot bring this computer back.
I wrote on WhatsApp about the problem with the white case, but after that, itBro employees stopped contacting me. I wanted to be reimbursed for the damage, but they don't answer my messages.
When the computers were assembled, they sent me a photo of a white PC and informed me that the second one was already packed. I didn't ask for a photo of the second packaged computer because I trusted the staff and didn't want to bother them.
On my computer, they forgot to remove the film from the video card. It wasn't a disaster, but it was unpleasant. Cable management turned out to be average.
I play PUBG, cyberpunk and CS. During the week, there were no problems with temperature and load.
My main complaint against itBro is related to the disrespectful attitude of employees and the unwillingness to admit their mistakes. If my questions had been answered, I would have had no complaints.
After a week and a half, I was told that it was the manager's mistake, and offered compensation. I replied, but they continue to ignore my problem. Ignore it very much!
Addition: After another week, they replied and sent the promised compensation!
+ one more addition:
When I called the manager, I asked him to pack all the boxes of components together with the PC. They didn't do it, but I didn't want to bring it up either, because all the attention was on the jamb with the color of the case. And if they hadn't ignored me, I wouldn't have brought up this topic. But as a matter of principle, in addition to compensation, I demanded boxes. But they started ignoring me again, and eventually they answered and said that I should have indicated this in the chat...
I strongly advise against the ITBRO store. Until the moment of purchase, the seller responded almost instantly, during the dialogue I clarified the information about the power supply and the motherboard in more detail. Next, the seller suggests replacing the processor with a more powerful one, while saying "you don't have to pay, although the difference is decent, but we'll give you a gift," as if hinting at something. Well, a gift, so a gift. Also indirectly in a voice message (not of the best quality, please note) I mentioned the upgrade of the motherboard, however, ATTENTION, there was not a word about replacing anything else. And then the most interesting thing begins: the seller, despite all his busy schedule and the much later delivery date, sends the goods exactly on December 29, in the evening. I, happy and naive, inspect the goods in the package and see that the power supply has been replaced WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Moreover, it was a real downgrade, that is, it was replaced with a worse option. There was an 80 plus platinum, and it became an 80 plus bronze, as well as the noneim company. You can see the correspondence in the photos. As a result, after trying to get away, the seller apologized and offered to replace the PS with the original one. At first, I accepted the offer, but because of such a replacement, I decided to issue a refund. The store's courier picked up the goods on December 30, called the store in front of me to assure me that everything was in order, and asked if any confirmations or signatures were needed. The store manager replied that everything is done exclusively through Caspi. OK, the courier picked up the goods, I texted the seller, to which he replied "everything is fine" and disappeared. Since then, on December 30, the application has been hanging in the status "the seller will contact you and pick up the product for inspection," as if it had never been picked up. I am writing this review on 07.01.2025 at 11:00.
I would like to warn all customers not to deal with this store, especially regarding the purchase of such expensive goods (975 thousand tenge). This is without taking into account that all their assurances about "novelty" and "unused components" are only in words. Yes, there is a piece of paper called a warranty card, which allows you to replace a failed spare part for free, subject to certain conditions, but no one guarantees that the components have not previously been used for mining, the processor is not overclocked, etc. If you want a computer, build it yourself from scratch, buying all the components yourself in factory packages with seals/seals. I still hope that the seller will stop blatantly ignoring and fulfill his duty to accept the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (they even mention your right of return in their warranty card), since the PC was not used, opened, opened, or connected to the network. Hell, she couldn't even get out of her film.
ITBRO is not a bro.
I ordered 2 sets of computers. 1 came. As a result, they promised to deliver the second one. But the phone is turned off, SMS messages in WhatsApp are being read but not answered.
