I really enjoyed my stay in this wonderful place "Irene"Beautiful territory, delicious food, cheerful and positive atmosphere, sea chic. I definitely want to come back again. Of the disadvantages, we can only note the lack of sun beds and umbrellas for hotel guests, because in similar hotels in Gagra they are already included in the bill and are provided to vacationers for free (both stationary and portable umbrellas), the benefit is that beach towels are provided and on the shore you can hide from the sun for a while under the mighty pines. Well, I probably wish there was more food))) since those who do not fill the queue 15 minutes before, something may not get at all. It probably can't be perfect, but overall everything is fine. I forgot about the lack of Internet in the rooms, you can survive this, but if you are going to work, then in the heat on the territory or in the lobby on a shared sofa it is not very convenient (Internet is only on the territory, but it could be done in the rooms)

We rested several times. The rooms are new and clean, each room has air conditioning, suites have 2 rooms, a large bed, and slippers. There is a cubicle in the bathroom and a hairdryer. In a regular 2-bed room, everything is the same, only the beds are connected and the shower stall is smaller than in the suite. The Internet is only available on the ground floors and in the cafe area. The dining room is a buffet (modest, monotonous), but you will not stay hungry. You can come by car, the hotel has its own fenced area, there is a lot of space. The beach is across the street, there are few vacationers on the beach (the private sector is further away), you can freely lie and swim. We have always seen dolphins from the shore, and once we even swam very close.
The year 2024... I do not recommend going!!!! All the good things that were already in a dead state. We have introduced bracelets for vacationers without them in the dining room is impossible!!! One guard even asks for a bracelet on the premises... It's like we're not vacationers, but prisoners... It would be better to put the rooms in order, the Internet would catch in all rooms, clean curtains and new towels, not washed ones... We won't go any more!

I was vacationing at the Irene Hotel in early August 2024. I really liked the hotel. Clean room, comfortable beds, everything you need. Home cooking, there is always a choice, they cook delicious. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Well-maintained territory with lots of flowers, fruit trees. In the evening, everything is highlighted very beautifully. There are many benches on the territory. Friendly staff. I would like to wish the hotel to have its own beach and free sun beds and umbrellas. And another minus is that there is no elevator, and the hotel is five storeys high, we lived on the fifth floor. I had to go up and down the stairs 6-8 times a day. It's very inconvenient. But despite this, I will come here again. Thanks to the hotel staff for their excellent work!

The staff is attentive and polite. Communication with transport organizations is well organized.
However, there is one urgent wish for the owners and employees of the hotel: to pay attention to their guests not only at the time of booking seats, but right up to their departure. It's just that after vacating the room and before the arrival of the transfer, the guest is no longer interesting to anyone and is left to himself. And we must take care that the transport is not late, so that the waiting for transport is comfortable. Observing this simple rule will greatly enhance the favorable impression that comes from staying in this cool place.

Good afternoon. We rested from August 4 to August 12, 2024.
By the standards of Abkhazia, a wonderful hotel. Good location ( 4 minutes to the sea ) + surrounded by pine and eucalyptus trees . Well-maintained , large , protected area in flowers and fruit trees and shrubs .
Cozy rooms with panoramic views ( we had a view of the mountains ) .
Three delicious meals a day . By the way, you can live in hotels without food.
There are no queues and they are always available ( as soon as the dish is finished, they bring it immediately )
Polite staff .
Cleaning and changing of towels on demand ( I have never been refused )
But there are also disadvantages .
1. The food is delicious, homemade , BUT not varied,A LOT of chicken, chicken every day ( we thought we would start crowing)) in different variations , we ate pork once ( and it was happiness ) or it is in the soup , There was fish ( but pollock ) . At the end of the rest, we had lunch in a cafe outside the hotel.
Please develop a more varied menu )
2. Lack of animation - when I booked the hotel, they said there was animation (which is also included in the price of the tour) upon arrival, it turned out that the animators were fired ( when I gave the rest of the money , for some reason no one took this moment into account ) .
It 's a bit boring in the evenings .
3. The beach.
I agree with the previous comments that there were not enough own sun beds and umbrellas.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 years in a row in 2022/23/24. We liked everything very much. The most beautiful nature around. The room is cozy, everything is clean. They cleaned every day. The food was delicious, homemade. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, very beautiful, conducive to a pleasant stay. Video surveillance on the street and floors. There are umbrellas and sun beds on the beach for a fee. The hotel's beach is sparsely populated. This is a big plus. There are plenty of shops around, 20 minutes to the market, 10 minutes to the center of Pitsunda.
In the last check-in, a pleasant bonus was the courtesy and responsiveness of the administrator Dmitry (an offer to carry a suitcase to the room, friendliness, etc.)
Full-fledged Wi-Fi only on the street, it would be more convenient in the room.
In communicating with vacationers, you will find out that many people come here more than once or twice every year, which means that people really like this particular hotel and despite some of the negative reviews (after all, you will not please everyone), if you yourself came on vacation with a positive attitude, you will definitely have a great rest.
In general, I recommend and thank you for a pleasant stay, next year, if to Abkhazia, then only Irene.

We rested at Irene with our family from 01.07-07.10.2024. We liked the hotel at first glance and were never disappointed! A large well-maintained territory, Pitsunda pine, palm trees, flowers and many fruit trees grow. The room is clean, cleaned daily. The receptionists are very polite and friendly! The food is very tasty, varied, everything is fresh, no restaurant is needed! The sea is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is large, a Pitsunda pine tree grows along the beach. The sea is very clean.!!! Every evening, before sunset, we admired dolphins! Animators work with children every day, and there is a disco in the evenings. Silence at night, only the rustle of the waves is heard! Romance! There are a lot of cafes, shops with a wide range and reasonable prices near the hotel. The territory is guarded, there is Parking. We rested with our son for 13 years from 06.06.24 to 11.06.24. In principle, we were satisfied. I'll tell you about the pros and cons:
Pros - the hotel is new, fresh, clean. The rooms are clean, without mold. Very beautiful territory, greenery, palm trees, flowers. There is a nice big shop, restaurant and bakery nearby. The beach is 3 minutes away, clean, not many people. The food is not varied, but very tasty. If you are going on an excursion, then you are given a dry bag.rations, which is very nice. The staff is attentive and pleasant. During breakfast, lunch and dinner, a very nice woman sits next to the dining room, who offers excursions, tells everything, advises, organizes, for which I thank her very much.
In the evenings, we all played mafia - it was fun.
Cons - there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms and in the lobby, which is not very convenient, since after the tour you want to lie in the room and share beautiful photos. In general, Wi-Fi is only on the street (in the yard). The time allotted for breakfast is 1.5 hours from 8:00 to 9:30. Lunch from 13:00 to 14:00, dinner from 18:00 to 19:00. If you gather at 9:00 for breakfast, then you will not be able to eat almost anything, since everything is already ending. It's the same with lunch and dinner. There are not enough places in the catering area. I have to sit down with others. Well, if you want to eat normally, then it's better to go out by 7:50 and take a queue in the dining room. The floor in the rooms is tiled, so it's cold, there are no slippers, so take your own. Take hygiene products with you too, as they practically do not give out anything, only 2 small bags of shower gel and 2 of the same shampoo. This is taking into account the fact that there are 2 people in your room and you have arrived for at least a week. And so we wish you a good rest!

A wonderful nostinnitsa by the standards of Abkhazia! We rested for 28 days! Of course, as everywhere else, there are pros and cons. So, the pros: very tasty food, homemade), although monotonous (BUT my little girl ate with pleasure, and there are many cafes around); clean linen; comfortable mattresses and pillows; wonderful staff; clean room, without mold (although they say in other rooms it is); a "private" section of the beach with free umbrellas and paid sun beds; a 3-minute walk to the beach (very calmly); a very beautiful, well-groomed territory with benches and its own summer cafe; some kind of playground ...
Cons: mold in the dining room of the second building!! ; ala-animation, there is no animator this year, to put it mildly, for the whole month we did not wait for a children's animator ( although this is only this year; the sea... there were quite large waves (there are no breakwaters); not so far away the Bzyp River flows into the sea and, if it rained, garbage floats in the sea (sticks, glasses, etc.), respectively, the water is also cooler than in the bay.
By the way, the contingent there is "age-related", families with children or the elderly, and many of them came to Irene 2, 3, 4 and even 5 times!

We had a vacation with my husband in June 2024. Among the advantages is a beautiful territory and a great beach within walking distance. The room was like nothing, you can sleep. Now I will write about the disadvantages of this hotel. It was terrible to be in the toilet. The shower stall was leaking, eternal dampness and the stench of sewage and mold. It was not comfortable to take a shower, as the water did not go down the drain well. Cleaning was done every day, but during the 10 days of arrival, towels were changed only once, while the tips that we left were taken without refusal. Now about the dining room. To eat, you need to stand in line and it is not a fact that you will get a place in the dining room since there are few tables for one building. The food is ordinary, you will not stay hungry. This is my opinion about the hotel. But the nature, the sea, the mountains are beautiful here. I will definitely return to Abkhazia, but I will find another hotel.

One of the advantages is the excellent location. Nearby are the ruins of a Roman fortress, markets, shops, cafes, pitsundo-Musser nature reserve. Its own beach, 200 m from the sea. A large, beautifully maintained area. We were settled quickly. Rooms without frills. There was a room with two balconies, none had a clothes dryer, no ropes, no table, no chairs. The room was cleaned. Shampoos, gels in a one-time version upon check-in. It is unclear why they are needed at all, you still have to buy them. The floor is tiled, in June it was cold and unpleasant to walk on it. They did not find the claimed slippers, they asked at the reception, they initially refused us, then they brought them anyway. The owners are clearly saving on food. It would be possible to take it without food - this is the best option. Tasteless, not diverse. The only thing that saved us was the 2xl cafe, located across the street. There's some yummy stuff in there. Elementary, even the compote is the same. Is it really impossible to buy dried fruits, rosehip, Feihua, tangerines. In Abkhazia, it's all for free, to somehow diversify the menu. No baking, nothing at all. Of course, I would put up with it if the hotel put up the price tag as an economy, but the price for it is under 200 thousand for 3 for 7 nights. Somehow this price must be matched. The dining room is in a terrible smelly basement, well, make a summer porch outside in the summer, everything will be more pleasant. There are no salt and pepper shakers on the tables. Is that how it is? There is no desire to return to this hotel. The territory is large, put sun loungers, let people lie down to rest, even in cheaper hotels it is, and here they are on the beach for a fee of 200 rubles per person. In general, the management still needs to work and work.The guests are here on their own, no one from the staff smiles or greets you.

Location:
It is located 40-45 minutes from the border. At least we took a taxi for 40 minutes. Two buildings, a view from the windows to the garden, to the mountains, to the neighboring building. Excellent well-groomed and illuminated area. Its access to the beach, which is across the street in a three-minute walk. There is a parking lot. We did not use it, but the neighbors said that the cost is 100-200 rubles. Per day.
The hotel's website states that the price includes the use of its own beach and its equipment, BUT we arrived, as it turned out, out of season. For them, summer begins in July, as it turned out. We were surprised to see an ordinary wild beach, like everyone else's. And it was only on the last day of his arrival that he was assembled: they put a locker room, a shower, umbrellas and laid decking for walking. We were lucky to get only beach towels. By the way, like other towels, they must be changed on the 4th day of arrival, which we only found out about when we ourselves asked to replace them.

But better is the presence of one or two small balconies, well, apparently, and the view. We had room 46 on the 4th floor. With two balconies. From one there is a view of the mountains, from the other there is a view of another building. There are ropes and clothespins on the balconies for drying. The hotel room is very "tired" and the furniture and especially the bathroom. There is a tiny refrigerator in the room, as well as a small TV. There were two beds connected into one. In principle, they are more or less convenient. A big plus is the snow-white linen. For me personally, the bathroom was a nightmare, I am very squeamish, everything is stripped, barely alive plumbing, the shower cabin is all in mold and there are gaps between the panels, I had to pour water on myself in the direction of the wall so as not to fill the entire floor. My husband could hardly fit in there at all. And this smell.... The cleaning was daily, but light. Just a vacuum cleaner and a toilet paper replacement. Although after three days they stopped reporting her. My husband had to approach, they gave him without question.
After about eight in the evening, mosquitoes fly into the room, we had a fumigator, but somehow it did not work on them. I had to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner.
There are no elevators in the hotel. So if you have health problems (there were elderly neighbors watching), then it's better to choose the first floor, apparently. It wasn't a problem for us.

Very polite and helpful girls at the reception. Yes, in principle, all the staff were ready to help. Thank you.
Internet:
I would like to write that it was not from the word at all. It hurt. But of course I'll lie. There was Wi-Fi, BUT it was not in the rooms, they could hardly catch the messages while standing on the balcony. The connection between the periods was better in the hall and in the garden. In general, if it was necessary to communicate with someone urgently, then we had to go down to the street. It seems to me that this is not normal.
Food:
When choosing a hotel, we read reviews on this topic and were prepared for the worst. But the food turned out to be very tasty, homemade. You could always choose what you love. Very tasty pastries, the rest of the guests were of the same opinion. Only the process is a little unorganized. A small period of time (for example, breakfast from 8-9 and lunch from 13-14.00) and when there are a lot of people, they cannot all be accommodated at once, since the room is small. So people will be able to eat everything in two stages. Food is reported, no one goes hungry. Otherwise, many of the reviews were read, they came before the opening and tried to get food on the run, and suddenly they wouldn't get it. This is complete nonsense. Everyone will be fed. Rations were given out before the excursions. Check the details of the issue at the reception
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but due to some details that are important to us personally, we will most likely not return to this hotel.

There is no elevator! Take a room no higher than the 3rd floor. We lived on the 5th floor , and it was hard to climb. And do not run into the room if something happens quickly.

For connoisseurs of delicious food, there is a mini restaurant on site. This place is a real find. Go there without hesitation. The portions are large, the dishes are beautifully served, the food is very tasty. I will note cocktails separately. Take the breeze right away. Bruschetta with a pear is necessarily just for a cocktail. Lick your fingers. The bartenders are polite, they know the menu, they are always friendly. We went into it on the first day, so we ate the whole vacation in it.
The sea is a three-minute walk away. As always in Abkhazia, it is clean and beautiful. Sunsets are simply magical
In general, the golden mean. We have not regretted and would not refuse to come here again.

We rest from 01.07 to 14.07. together with my son, 11 years old. We live in the second building, 5th floor, standard room. It's my first time in Abkhazia, I really like it, it's warm, clean and very beautiful here. The advantages of the hotel, it seems to me, is a beautiful, well-groomed territory, there are palm trees, pomegranate magnolias, roses bloom, there are many places for beautiful photos and relaxing in the shade of trees. There are a lot of benches, well-made and beautiful. There is also a cafe - veranda on the territory, the menu is varied, but not cheap. The standard room corresponds to the photo from the description. But the furniture is not Soviet. Bed linen is changed, towels are provided and beach towels too. They are cleaned regularly.
The dining room for each building is on the ground floor. The menu is like in the dining room, I'm not moody, and I immediately set up that I'm not in Turkey. For breakfast there are 2 types of milk porridge, cottage cheese, fruits (banana, orange, apple) cheese, sausage, ham, small donuts, cottage cheese casserole, sausages, buckwheat, small cutlets, cucumbers, tomatoes. Tea bags, instant coffee. For lunch there are 2 soups, 2 types of meat, salads (olivier, mimosa, herring under a fur coat), for dinner about as for lunch. Many children are naughty, after all, this is not mom's food. It is very convenient and pleasant to walk to the beach, just 2 minutes through the pine forest. We had a rest in August 2024. The only advantage is the proximity to the beach. However, in this place there is a beach with large stones. Umbrellas and sun beds are paid for 200 rubles.

The nature of Abkhazia is 5+ as usual. I ordered a 2-room suite: there is black mold in the shower cabin, the staff is especially different, who asked every time whether the room needed to be cleaned or not... why did my mouth open in surprise: bring a bucket of garbage (to the entrance), I'll take the garbage. The buffet is "lame"-the choice is meager, the food is not heated, there is a large shortage of teaspoons. I was disappointed only by the hotel, the sea, the Pitsunda pine - everything is on top. We drove from Adler Airport to the hotel by transfer for about 4 hours, stopping at hotels along the way and dropping off passengers. It is better to take a taxi in 1 hour. It turned out to be such a vacation, but I'm still happy.

They have already given up, there was enough butting with underwear. The territory is large, in summer you can make sun loungers and a summer veranda for the dining room. And then you go to some kind of basement. At first, the crowd was hungry, so after 40 minutes they went. The main plus is the sea nearby, the hotel is fresh, the air is clean.

The house has two rooms, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a kettle, three glasses and a decanter, a small set of dishes for three people, a TV, terry white bathrobes, disposable slippers, a dental hygiene kit, gel and shampoo. The house has a large double bed, a large pull-out sofa. The hotel has a large well-groomed territory, there are places to relax, the cuisine is delicious. We were full, we didn't even want to go to the cafe). One disadvantage is that the food is in the basements, there are few tables, you have to queue outside to eat. There is an outdoor veranda - restaurant on the territory, but we did not manage to sit in it, it had not yet been opened by our departure. The hotel is within walking distance to the infrastructure of the city of Pitsunda.

The food in the hotel is disgusting, monotonous. You need to come to the beginning of breakfast, lunch or dinner, this is in order to have time to take something from the food, but it is not a fact that there is enough space, there is a chance to stand in line, and if you come later, then there is no choice from the food. The question is why we pay over 90,000 rubles for 8 nights of rest (2 adults + a child). The animation for children is just disgusting, the girl in the costume, which is constantly dirty, the program is boring. There is no Wi-Fi in the room at all, to use the Internet, you need to go downstairs. In the evenings, this can be easily checked by tourists who are sitting on benches outside the hotel. the beds in the rooms are dirty (they are covered with light fabric).curtains too. I don't know who writes bad reviews...On my own, I will say that we liked the hotel!!!
1) The hotel grounds are just great!It is clean, cozy, there are many benches where you can sit and relax, there is animation for children and a place to put the car, and another important plus is to walk 2-3 minutes to the sea!
The hotel has its own beach with cool sun beds and umbrellas and by the way it's clean

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's quiet, the sea is nearby.
Well-maintained territory. There is a lot of greenery both on the territory of the hotel and around it.
Beach. Spacious. There are umbrellas (free for hotel guests), sun beds (150 rub), shower, locker room. The hotel provides beach towels and soft beach mats.
Meal. It's delicious at home. Lots of meat, fruits. You won't stay hungry.
Minuses:
Terrible room cleaning. The plumbing is in poor condition and it is not washed. We have never been washed in 11 days of our stay. Linen and towels have never been changed. The floors are not washed, but wiped with a damp mop, on the last day of our stay they did not even do that.
The staff is not all friendly. The girl at the reception in the first building is always not happy and is not verbose.
Strong audibility in the rooms. You can hear any bee in the next room.

We had a rest with my wife in the period 07.07.24 to 07/25.24. For the first time I am writing a review about something, but the impressions of this vacation prompted me to share my impressions. Moreover, they came to Irene for the fourth time, although after a six-year break.
The sea, the air, the magnificent pines, the boxwood remained of the good.
The Irene Hotel was very disappointing. For 5,500 per day per person, you will receive an "Uzbek" service. The main service personnel are Uzbeks.
Impressions began to form from the meeting and registration by the administrator. It turns out that for the "guests" they introduced the wearing of a plastic (non-removable, disposable) bracelet. The need to wear it was explained by the fact that strangers (!) go to the dining room. There was an announcement (photo) at the reception desk where a fine was provided for the absence of a bracelet. When asked about the amount of the fine, the answer was: "at the discretion of the director (owner)." The next question I asked was what would happen if we could not pay for the director's wish remained unanswered, but the administrator referred to the fact that 5-star hotels in Sochi also have such a rule (it is the only one).
The food in the dining room is in the Uzbek manner, fatty without any seasonings, but with a lot of cumin. The food is monotonous, two menus that alternate each other. There was no slicing of vegetables, it could rather be called "chopping". Unlike slicing fruits (apples, pears, oranges), baking and casseroles. This is the first time I've seen such a cut (in the photo). Catering, which is declared as a buffet, is more like self-service in a scoop canteen. You need to clean up the dishes, the tables are not wiped.
I will describe the condition of the room. The furniture was originally not of the best quality and is now pretty worn out. The walls in the room are periodically tinted, but not the entire wall, but stripes, so they are two and three stripes. But even the tinting does not hide the spots on them. The toilet stinks of sewage all the time. The shower stall is in terrible mold. Black mold is everywhere on the tile seams, around the sink (pictured). One night it started to rain. The room had two balconies. When I woke up at night, I found that the floor was flooded with water. The reason is that the drainage holes on the balconies are clogged and as a result the water in the room. In addition, water flowed through a detachable box in the wall, which posed a risk of short circuit. By the way, the electrician never came to check. There is no need to talk about the cleanliness of curtains and curtains. Change of linen according to the principle: either we will replace it or we will replace it when you remind us that it's time to replace it.
The maintenance of the territory. The plantings are pleasing to the eye. But if you compare it with previous visits, there are fewer colors. Cleaning is extremely irregular. Example: traces of blivotine in front of the entrance to the building have not been removed for three days (photo).
The beach called "Irene" beach is actually a public area on which 20 umbrellas are installed and several wooden decking is laid. The cost of an umbrella is 200 rubles., a sunbed is 200 rubles. There is no cleaning service. The passage to the beach and the beach itself is littered. No one is responsible for security. There are no buoys, lifeguards, and rescue equipment on the water. There are no warnings about the danger of sea waves for swimming.

In the morning, exercises on the beach for everyone, classes with children in the playground area at lunch, and a mandatory disco for kids in the evening! We liked the rest in this hotel) we are pleasantly surprised that the service in Abkhazia is still there) (well, if you compare it with the defense industry of Pitsunda, then heaven and earth! Positive:Clean rooms, well-maintained territory, there is a bar, table tennis, trampoline, playground, board games, dancing area, toilet. Everything is included in the price.
In the room:The floor is tiled everywhere. For 3 family members, a folding bed, a hair dryer, separate shower and beach towels, mattresses for sun beds, shampoo and gel, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator.
The food is a Swiss table. The choice is minimal. Breakfast: cereals, 2 porridges, omelette or var. eggs, sausages, fruits, vegetables, pastries. For lunch: 2 soups, 2 side dishes, 2 meat dishes, 2 vegetable salads, 2 compotes, tea, coffee (solution.) dinner similarly without soups. If you want local cuisine, excellent khachipuri is prepared at the bar.
The beach is pebbly, in the heat you can hide in a pine forest or in a cafe on the beach, there is a swing on the slings. Well, the sea .....!!!!!! We got the most amazing photos and impressions from the gorgeous surf and swimming. The absence of numerous heads of vacationers on the beach made amazing shots of the sea waves!
Cons: the lack of a kettle in the rooms, an elevator (the hotel has 5 floors), paid sun beds, weak animation. If you will be in Abkhazia for a couple of days + excursions, I recommend it!

Cons: the reception staff is reluctant to communicate, the senior administrator allows himself to talk with disdain, does not solve any questions. The rooms are terrible (mold, sewer smell, old furniture), tiles on the floor, no carpets. The pillows are old, there are lumps inside, it's uncomfortable to sleep. In an additional place, the mattresses are old, thin, lumpy, and the cots are old. The Internet is only available on site. There is mold and flies in the dining room. There is no children's animation, animators are reluctant to communicate with children (they do not smile, they have a dissatisfied expression all the time, they talk through their teeth), they are busy with themselves all day, they do not work according to the program (it is unclear why it is compiled and what people get paid for?). We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for the fifth year in a row. Pine grove, Apartments in Gagra, Musser and the last two times in Irene, i.e. there is something to compare with. Irene liked everything so much last year that we decided to return here this year. Especially for this, at the end of January, we booked a cottage.
The location of the hotel is fantastic. If you go to the sea, it takes 2-3 minutes to cross a strip of ancient, very beautiful forest. There are significantly fewer people on the beach itself, if you look further in the direction of the center of Pitsunda. It is also very close to the center, within walking distance of various shops and cafes. The territory of the hotel is also very carefully monitored, everything is very clean and beautiful.
This year, the owner of Irene completed the cafe. Apparently, for this reason, only one memory remains of the beautiful dining room. The food this year was TERRIBLE compared to last year. Everything is very monotonous and with little choice. Of course, you will not stay hungry :-), there is always rice, potatoes or buckwheat... but for 260,000 rubles. for four (two children) in 12 days, I would like to get a different service. I could paint here in colors what soups or salads consisting of 20% mayonnaise were offered to vacationers, but I probably won't do it, it's disgusting to remember. Dishes are washed poorly when they took forks or spoons, they repeatedly came across dirty ones. Yes... and is it really difficult to put an ordinary salt shaker on the table ???
This year, light outages have been added, which means that you will not have water for some time after turning on the light. We have never encountered this before.
In general, Abkhazia has been very disappointing this year. Absolutely nothing is being done in terms of infrastructure, except that new rental housing and cafes are being built. Prices have increased, and the quality of service and services provided has remained at the same level, and in some places it has become even worse. I think if everything continues to develop in this way, they will not be able to leave the sea and nature alone.

A wonderful place, the best vacation was here!!! Starting from the very beginning: the accommodation is fast, they gave the room right away, despite the early arrival, the administration is very friendly! We were worried that we would get the upper floors (and my parents are not so young to run to the 5th floor), they pre-empted the 1st floor without any requests, for which special thanks!
