In fact, the cafe is pleasant and the fish is delicious and the salads are great too! The staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend going here at least once.
But let's explain 3*. It's really simple here: the price doesn't match the pleasure you should get.
I have written about the advantages in general, now I will write about the oddities.:
1. The prices here are not like in some chain cafe, good fish costs 6000 and more. At the same time, the fish is brought to you without rice or anything else. Well, for me, as a European and a person who has traveled 150+ countries, it's sooooo strange! Yes, you can get it separately, but you still have to pay extra.
2. Very rich flavor range and very sweet sauces.
3. The average design of the simplest cafe and the noisy flight deck against a noisy road where everyone is honking all the time, as if you are somewhere in a third world country
The verdict:
It's a strange place, expensive, but delicious. I would not go here every day, as there are many places where you can get food of similar quality and taste, but get at least some side dish and, most importantly, more pleasure.
If you're in the area, come in, try it, maybe you'll enjoy it more than me.

Our family loves this place very much. They always greet you with a friendly word and a smile. Friendly staff, excellent service. The kitchen is something extraordinary! It is not possible to put it into words, as it must be tried! If you come here once, you will be in love with the splendor of the dishes from chef Sergey and become a regular customer, as we have been for 5 years! All holidays and anniversaries, meetings with friends, or just whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, we spend here accompanied by light music in an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. Thank you all!
