The hotel is conveniently located on a mountainside, a 10-minute walk from Karon Beach (its south side) and a street with shops and cafes, so the area is quiet, near the forest, birds chirp in the morning, cicadas chirp at night. The territory is very green, well maintained, clean, several pools with sun loungers, a bar and umbrellas. The staff is polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions. Room cleaning every day. They clean well. Tips for cleaning were sometimes left, it's up to discretion. I think even Alyonka's chocolate bar will be nice, because chocolate is available in stores for the price of a bottle of whiskey. There are 2 sets of towels: white only in the room and beige, which can be taken to the beach and pool. There are slippers, bathrobes in the room, toothpaste and brushes, soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. There is also a safe, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea, coffee, water, a box with napkins. The room was 1231 on the 3rd floor, nice. the furniture is in good condition, clean, with a balcony. There is light in the room, air conditioning and sockets work through the "control panel". There are Russian channels on TV, you can watch them on a special sheet - everything is indicated. The balcony overlooks the pool and garden. Meals - breakfast (buffet: eggs, cereals, pastries, yoghurts, jams, cereals, vegetables, fruits, fried bacon, sausage, cheese, pastries, bread, stewed vegetables, fish, coffee, tea, delicious freshly squeezed juices - guava, orange and pineapple). The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, but according to the menu and price list. The hotel hosts days with buffet dinners for 500 baht. On the day of departure, there was a late departure, at the reception, suitcases were waiting in the lobby for their departure, and we asked for things (hand luggage) - we put them behind the counter. There is a relaxation room where you can drink coffee for free. There is a toilet and a shower on site, and a towel is provided at the reception. The hotel had a children's corner, a gym, and a spa. Overall, I really liked it.

I suddenly liked the hotel. We bought it by accident, there were no new reviews, we knew that it opened in November. The territory is gorgeous, the cleanest pools, the staff is responsive to any request. Any issue could be solved in minutes. Starting from the TV remote control and ending with extra towels in the room. Of course, I didn't really like that the waiters in the restaurant were standing and watching, no matter what you took with you, but they rather take care that animals are not bred in the rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious, we had a view of the pool, and we rented two rooms. At the request, they settled nearby. I really liked that the staff takes off their shoes when entering the room. The receptionist, the maids, the TV service. They speak English at the reception, and a Google translator helps. Upon arrival, they take a deposit for a minibar, even write down the bills and numbers, and give them back when the room is checked in. They don't return it in advance, even if we asked for the minibar to be removed upon arrival. The breakfasts are very decent. Lots of fruits. The food is European, delicious. The beach is 5 minutes away. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, and a market nearby. Kata Beach can be reached by shuttle, a 40-minute walk. We swam on Karon, this is the edge of the beach, there are few people and it is very picturesque. At the end of March, the water is amazing.

We stayed at the hotel from May 14 to May 25, 2025, as a widow with an adult daughter. I read the reviews beforehand and was a little worried, but in vain. I really liked the hotel, a solid four for a fairly reasonable amount of money. But first things first. We arrived at about 11:00 a.m., it was raining outside and it was terribly hot, we were checked in immediately, we were offered a glass of ice juice at the reception, we were presented with cute flowers, we were given free certificates for massage at the spa and a 25% discount on visiting the restaurant. The reception is decorated in Thai style, very beautifully. There is no language barrier - everyone has an electronic translator. He was escorted to the room with an umbrella. When checking in, they showed that the minibar was paid for, which was free, and an unpleasant story happened when checking in, I'll tell you later. We lived in 2105 with a view of the pool. The room is large with two huge single beds. There is an additional couch, table, bedside table, two large closets, all necessary appliances - refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, safe. Bathrobes, slippers, soap and soap accessories. They noted the quality of the shampoo, the hair after it is just silk. The light throughout the room is powered by a "master light" - a device on the bedside table from which you can turn on the light in any scenario anywhere in the room, including the balcony, is very convenient. On the first day, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, whether of dampness or mold, it is not clear. To let in the air, I opened the balcony door- mosquitoes swooped in. I went to the reception with a request to be told where and what kind of mosquito repellent to buy, explained the situation, and the issue was immediately resolved: while we were on the beach, the room was treated for mosquitoes, something was tampered with in the air conditioner and there was no smell. There are two armchairs and a table on the balcony, there is a dryer. The bathroom is a little tired, but everything is working fine. Cleaning every day. Towels are also changed every day. The bed linen is snow-white. To change the bed, you need to put a special card on the bed. As many times as you put it down, they will change it so many times. The cleaning quality is, well, Thai. You can't walk barefoot on the floor. But there's such a relaxing atmosphere that it doesn't bother at all. The maid did not leave a tip with money. I took several bars of chocolate with me on purpose, so in response, they began to lay out bouquets, palm twigs, and small change on our beds, but it was nice. The territory for Tai is large, very beautiful, well-groomed, Thais are constantly sweeping, cleaning, caring for plants, the cleanest pools, God forbid a leaf from a tree falls into the water-they immediately run with a net to collect everything. The water in the pool is warm, and there are always free sun beds. However, we had a feeling that the hotel was 10 percent full, there were no people at all, although maybe we just didn't cross paths. Birds are singing, cicadas are chattering, pleasant forest sounds. On the first and last day there was a bullfrog concert. The croaking sounds like the mooing of cows, funny, this is the first time I've heard it. You walk through the territory, they're huge, the size of a palm, you'll meet snails, then iguanas are small, lizards are some kind of different colors, and of course geckos, where can you go without them. She was so cute, they kept grabbing her phone to take pictures. Our tour price included only breakfast, we were quite satisfied with the quality of the food and the assortment: eggs of all types of cooking, and omelets with different fillings and fried and simply boiled, pastries, yoghurts, fruits, vegetables, green beans, sausage sausage, 4 types of second courses, salads, different cereals, muesli, juices, tea and coffee, in general, you will not stay hungry. The waiters are very attentive, as soon as the plate is empty, they immediately clean up, everyone smiles, they try their best. We visited the hotel restaurant once for lunch and had a delicious meal. Live music is played in the evenings, it's a pity that there were almost never any customers in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is very convenient - the southern part of Karon is just 100 meters away, though downhill. The slope is steep enough, but short-lived, so climbing back is not critical, at least for us, although I am not an athlete to put it mildly. But if a very elderly person goes, it will probably be difficult. There is a shuttle that runs according to the schedule to Kata and back. You'll go to the left- a sea of cafes, shops, exchangers, 15 minutes to the Cat. To the right, go a little further and also eat and buy fruits and pancakes-ice cream. The entire hotel staff is attentive, smiling, and the guard at the entrance salutes no matter how many times a day they pass by him. There is a fountain near the entrance to the hotel's territory- to rinse your feet after the sea from the sand. I really liked the massage at the spa, we filled out a health questionnaire beforehand, clarified the degree of application of the massage force, which areas to pay attention to, in which places to be careful or not to touch at all. They gave me some tea, gave me a refreshing napkin, and created a pleasant atmosphere. There is a fitness room on site, so sports enthusiasts have a place to practice. There is also a children's corner on site, bright, with entertainment, slides and games. There are no visible or audible repairs on the premises. Everything is clean, neat, and beautiful. In general, my stay at this hotel left a very pleasant impression, if not for one thing. The day before departure, when I returned to the hotel late in the evening, I noticed that 2 packages of instant soup and a pack of chips had gone missing from the mini-bar. We don't eat this kind of food, it was all on the shelf with free groceries, so I didn't pay much attention, I thought it would be very early tomorrow, they probably took it to another room, which was a waste of two weeks. But that was not the case. It's good that we came to the reception early this morning. We are being billed for 100 baht for these products. And it began. I'm proving that we didn't take it, they don't know anything, here's a photo that these products don't exist. In general, it took 15 minutes to find out, in the end, when she said that the baht was gone anyway, and she gave $ 100 as a deposit, the money was returned. It was very unpleasant. For the future, I made a note that there are such cases, although I did not expect Thais at all. To avoid such troubles, I advise everyone who is going to this hotel to ask that paid products be removed from the mini-bar. That's such a fly in the ointment. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel, and I don't even rent a star. It's impossible to spoil a vacation in Thailand with such a small thing.
