It is not the first year that I have been using the services of the Grand Auto company buses on the Mogilev-St. Petersburg route. The buses are comfortable:it is possible to charge the phone (USB sockets), Wi-Fi, the seats are pushed back and unfolded - everything works. The bus is clean. Sanitary stops every 3.5- 4 hours at gas stations where there are toilets. Buses arrive on schedule.
Convenient online booking and seat selection system.
The drivers are polite and careful on the road.
Passengers in a drunken state are denied transportation services even on boarding.

The bus is great at first glance, new, TV, WiFi (catches when everyone is asleep), very clean, comfortable seats. But it's mega tight. You can't stretch your legs forward. The distances between the seats are minimal. Also, the score is lowered because of the disgusting driver. To say that it is completely inadequate is to say nothing. He yelled at people for nothing. The trip was on July 31 from Gomel to St. Petersburg. There are no questions for the co-ruler as a person, he is pleasant. But as an employee, there is. There is no organization for the trip - there is zero information about which stops and when.

From the nuances of the trip: there is not enough toilet in the bus to shorten the parking time, TVs work until 22-23h at night, there are no tables, with the booking of tickets back, not everything is so simple

Firstly, you do not warn anything when buying tickets that there will be transfers halfway along the way, and you have to make a circle to the place of arrival, this is said only in fact, when you already got on the bus, you did not even hear about blankets in the cabin apparently (this comfort was present during the previous trip) the toilet didn't work at the gas station, I asked to stop at the nearest gas station, the DRIVER said to be patient for 3 hours!

He refused, rudely replied why am I jumping around the salon (jumping-it means that I moved to a closer place ) and he said choose another mode of transport to which you are seasick
But again, I will repeat, I expected to go by bus, which I normally tolerate, and not in such ways !!!
Impressions of the trip are very negative

I want to repeat that the rudeness and arrogance of the drivers leaves much to be desired
I want to say once again that one of the bus drivers brazenly looking into my eyes said that I was drunk, that I had fumes and that he had dropped me off or transferred me to another place
My place was next to him and he obviously did not like the positive mood and after my good evening, he openly almost insulted me and appointed
After that, another driver asked me to transfer to the very back of the bus, I politely explained that I needed to go to work tomorrow and I would arrive tired and they would drive us, we would write you a certificate
I was amazed by this attitude

I have been using Grand Cars from Gomel to St. Petersburg for more than three years , my children and I go three times a year . We are very satisfied. The drivers are wonderful people. It's just too bad that they don't pick up passengers from Mozyr, they have to get to Gomel separately. Tell me, is it possible in the near future to make a flight to St. Petersburg from Mozyr. I have been traveling regularly with this company for three years now and personally know the flight crew with whom you traveled to your native country, which for some reason did not please you all.
So, as for the drivers:
These are excellent experienced professionals who will never stoop to the level of rudeness and aggression, much less swear. I always travel only with them.
And I know perfectly well how drivers communicate with passengers.
And if the driver made a remark to you, then you should have thought about your correct behavior and communication.
And slandering, insulting, and even more so writing malicious comments and threats as an evidence video is a sign of narrow-mindedness.

We read a lot of bad reviews and it was scary to go). But everything went well. I booked seats on the website, paid for the bus. We were traveling from a boarding house in Belarus to Moscow. We were picked up directly from the boarding house by minibus and then in two other cities by other people, then transferred to a large bus in Gomel. There was a charging connector, pillows and blankets. It's not cold, the jackets have been taken off. The TV was not turned on because we were driving at night. It was cramped, of course, even for me, although I am a meniature person).

Terrible service. An inconvenient ticket purchase system. You must first call to confirm your reservation before 12.00, then go to the train station an HOUR in advance and buy tickets at the ticket office. The dispatchers initially say one thing, but another turns out at the place (before the trip to Moscow, I specifically called the company and clarified that I could travel using a notarized copy of my passport, but I could not buy a ticket at the train station in Moscow. The dispatchers replied that they could not say such a thing. I had to go with another, adequate company from another station)

02/19/2022 I arrived in Mogilev from St. Petersburg early in the morning. It was only the next day that I discovered the wallet was missing. I figured out to call the dispatchers, explained the problem and....It turned out that they had found it. Everything was returned to me on the first flight.
I use the services of this carrier all the time. Not when there are no excesses. WELL DONE!!!!

The trip from St. Petersburg to Gomel is long, about 13-14 hours, but it is well tolerated. There are enough sanitary stops. When traveling in June, I did not have time for a flight because of the blocked highway and traffic jams (economic forum), called the dispatcher, warned, said they would wait!!! I recommend this transport company to everyone!

I really hope that my review will be read by the company's administration.
I used the services of this carrier several times, until the last trip everything was at the proper level. Polite drivers who are attentive to the requests of passengers, clean interior, comfortable seats.
At the end of June 2021, during my last trip on the Gomel-Moscow route, there was not just a tactless attitude on the part of the drivers, but simply boorish.
The light was on in the cabin all night, and my request to turn it off was answered: it does not bother anyone (it was said in a rude way) and in general, they added to me, according to the rules, we must drive with the lights on in the cabin.
By the way, I travel very often for work (for the last five years every two to three months) and NOT ONCE, not a single carrier, turned on the cabin light throughout the trip.
I had to look at the interior lights all the way.
I don't want to say that all drivers in this company are like that, but the last trip with drivers who have mood problems spoiled the impression of the whole company.

In the center of the bus there is a cooler with cold and hot water, blankets and pillows. Clean seats, removable headrest covers, air conditioning in every bus.
