It is not the first year that I have been using the services of the Grand Auto company buses on the Mogilev-St. Petersburg route. The buses are comfortable:it is possible to charge the phone (USB sockets), Wi-Fi, the seats are pushed back and unfolded - everything works. The bus is clean. Sanitary stops every 3.5- 4 hours at gas stations where there are toilets. Buses arrive on schedule.

The bus is great at first glance, new, TV, WiFi (catches when everyone is asleep), very clean, comfortable seats. But it's mega tight. You can't stretch your legs forward. We read a lot of bad reviews and it was scary to go). But everything went well. I booked seats on the website, paid for the bus. We were traveling from a boarding house in Belarus to Moscow. We were picked up directly from the boarding house by minibus and then in two other cities by other people, then transferred to a large bus in Gomel. There was a charging connector, pillows and blankets. It's not cold, the jackets have been taken off. The TV was not turned on because we were driving at night. It was cramped, of course, even for me, although I am a meniature person).

You must first call to confirm your reservation before 12.00, then go to the train station an HOUR in advance and buy tickets at the ticket office. 02/19/2022 I arrived in Mogilev from St. Petersburg early in the morning. It was only the next day that I discovered the wallet was missing. I figured out to call the dispatchers, explained the problem and....It turned out that they had found it. Everything was returned to me on the first flight.

At the end of June 2021, during my last trip on the Gomel-Moscow route, there was not just a tactless attitude on the part of the drivers, but simply boorish.
The light was on in the cabin all night, and my request to turn it off was answered: it does not bother anyone (it was said in a rude way) and in general, they added to me, according to the rules, we must drive with the lights on in the cabin.
By the way, I travel very often for work (for the last five years every two to three months) and NOT ONCE, not a single carrier, turned on the cabin light throughout the trip.
I had to look at the interior lights all the way.
I don't want to say that all drivers in this company are like that, but the last trip with drivers who have mood problems spoiled the impression of the whole company.
