I used the services of this carrier several times, until the last trip everything was at the proper level. Polite drivers who are attentive to the requests of passengers, clean interior, comfortable seats.
At the end of June 2021, during my last trip on the Gomel-Moscow route, there was not just a tactless attitude on the part of the drivers, but simply boorish.
The light was on in the cabin all night, and my request to turn it off was answered: it does not bother anyone (it was said in a rude way) and in general, they added to me, according to the rules, we must drive with the lights on in the cabin.
By the way, I travel very often for work (for the last five years every two to three months) and NOT ONCE, not a single carrier, turned on the cabin light throughout the trip.
I had to look at the interior lights all the way.
I don't want to say that all drivers in this company are like that, but the last trip with drivers who have mood problems spoiled the impression of the whole company.
Thank you so much for your service and hard work. The company is good, I liked the trips because I work in Moscow myself. The drivers are polite. The trips are comfortable in compliance with all the rules. Only positive feedback from your company.

Comfortable buses. Polite and responsive drivers. On the way: St. Petersburg/Gomel-Gomel/St. Petersburg there are 4 sanitary stops in each direction. In the center of the bus there is a cooler with cold and hot water, blankets and pillows. Clean seats, removable headrest covers, air conditioning in every bus. An intuitive and simple application for booking tickets with a layout of passenger seats.
The seats on the gray bus are poorly laid out, it is not very comfortable to lie down. Wi-Fi is not working. And there are no outlets to charge the phone. This is very inconvenient, because everyone uses phones on the road. Overall, the drivers are doing well. We reached St. Petersburg faster than the specified time.

We use the services of this company not for the first time. On August 1, we were traveling on a flight from Moscow to Gomel. Boarding the AU in Moscow was without delay, everything was calm, without any incidents. I would like to say a huge thank you to the company that people who are not sober are not put on the bus, which surprised me very much and which I was very glad about, because we were traveling with a child, and I'm sorry I didn't want to breathe this fume all the way. I heard out of the corner of my ear that someone was outraged, allegedly there was no money for a return ticket… My opinion: if you find money for a drink, you will find it for the way back.
The drivers are friendly, stops as expected, for coffee, toilet, smoke break.
The road was easy and not noticeable.
There are pillows and a blanket on the bus, if anyone needs it.

The trip was superbly easy, even despite the carping of the traffic police, one lady was unbuttoned (((( it's a pity if the driver is punished. In general, I travel with you all the time, and I am always comfortable. Thank you for being there!!!

I ride to Moscow regularly, so I've gone through all types of transport and carriers over the years. In December, I had to leave urgently, I found a GrandAuto. I read the reviews, my hair moved, it's like a "branch of hell")) But based on the recommendation of friends (who are trusted more than the unknown from the Internet), I took a chance, I still had to go. As a result, we issued, consulted, and answered questions. They put me in, took me out, dropped me off. I got what I wanted. There is a slight delay at the border, well, all sorts of employees work there. The bus was Chinese, new (much better than our dead MAZs). The comfort is sufficient, efficiency and goodwill are present (maybe I'm an unassuming passenger, or maybe I'm lucky ... or maybe this is the norm). BOTTOM LINE: based on travel experience, I am satisfied, I recommend it! according to the amount of negativity in the comments, there is a suspicion that competitors are being active instead of improving their proposals)) The company is successful and it would be nice if the commentators could be authorized and find out if such a person was on the flight or invented everything for himself (this is so for the record). I constantly use the transportation services of the Grand-auto company for trips to Europe.
The route St. Petersburg-Gomel and back. We're getting there great! No transfers at the border☝ I really like long-distance roads. Cars, trains are my everything. Of course, the bus is not so convenient, but I would prefer it to the plane. Not because I'm afraid to fly, I just like these trips. Because it is not expensive compared to a train or plane, they have a convenient schedule and frequent flights, and quite comfortable travel conditions. There are two drivers on the "board" of the bus. The buses have Wi-fi, TVs, a blanket, a pillow, air conditioning. Every 3 hours there is a stop for 15-20 minutes. After each boarding, the driver checks if all passengers are in place. During my trips, my bus never broke down and there were practically no delays on arrival. Therefore, I advise you to use their services🚌

I want to thank the grandsutoby company! We were traveling with a child on the Gomel-Moscow route in December and Moscow-Gomel in January. The administrator took into account all the preferences for choosing a seat on the bus, the drivers are very respectful to each passenger, they answered all questions very politely to everyone. The bus is very clean, neat, warm, there are additional pillows for convenience, and if someone suddenly feels cold, you can take a blanket. The trip was calm and easy. Arrival without delay.

Gomel-Moscow. August 24. 2020. It's a complete deception. The bus is a Chinese wreck, instead of the promised comfortable one. The toilet is not working. Passengers are not allowed to sleep for up to 24 hours-the shift driver wants to watch a movie!!! turning on the sound for the whole cabin.
Double boarding: part of the passengers (half of the bus) sit next to the railway station. Apparently, according to the "left" tax-free tickets, which are sold either by controlled travel agencies or by drivers.(For the prosecutor's office and the tax service, please note). I will not recommend it to anyone!!! There is a bus from Mozyr via Gomel an hour earlier. Compared to the Grand Tour, it's not even heaven and earth. The Grand Tour is a "dungeon"!!!

I have used the company's services many times, recently the quality has dropped. They asked to turn on the WiFi - the drivers ignored it. When the requirements for entry into the Russian Federation were introduced (07/15.21), the carrier called on the day of departure (several days have passed since the entry), therefore, many refused and returned half the price for the ticket (they acted like rats). Not every bus has an air conditioner working properly. In general, as luck would have it, one trip is normal, the other with shoals.

These beggars refuse a paid trip, under the pretext that the border with Belarus is closed, then lie that this is not the case. Although, conversations with the driver who refused transportation from St. Petersburg to Gomel and conversations with the dispatcher are recorded. They don't care, they'll strangle themselves for 5 thousand!!! I attach a photo of the receipt that was given at the bus station that we were not taken on the trip for the above reason!!!

The Grand Auto Company Is A Nightmare!!! The horror!!! Hello everyone!!!
I still decided to write this review so that people would know who they are contacting.
I left Gomel for Moscow with them on March 7. I will remember this trip forever, because until 4 a.m. on March 8, we were kept on a bus in Novozybkov near the Border Control department. As a result, about 7 people left the bus. As I understand it, the Grand Auto company puts people on the bus and does not even look at the documents that give them grounds to cross the border with the Russian Federation.
Total: we arrived in Moscow at about one o'clock in the afternoon, instead of 7-8 in the morning. All plans are skewed. I advise you not to contact them. It's just a shame for the company!!
A good carrier! I have used their services three times and there are no complaints about the service! The buses are new and clean, and the drivers are cool and friendly! I recommend it to everyone!
I was driving before the quarantine. Moscow -Mozyr . from a warm camp. We boarded the pink bus at 20.45, at the first parking lot in the Kaluga region. Near the pancake house, they transferred us to a gray Hyundai, justifying that the first bus does not go to Mozyr.Okay.
We arrived in Rechitsa and again transferred to the green sprinter cargo passenger. 2 transplants is too much. I do not recommend this company to anyone!!! Avoid traveling with them if possible.
Buses mostly run at night and it is impossible to find out the exact time of arrival. There is no connection with the office or the operator. You either have to wait a couple of hours for arrival or the bus arrives 2 hours ahead of schedule. It would not be bad to reflect the bus tracking on the company's website.
Everything is fine, but on the day of departure, the operators did not answer the call for a long time. It is not clear whether the bus will arrive on time or not. You can send an SMS about the delay.

We always travel with this company from St. Petersburg to Minsk, Gomel. Always clean and good buses, excellent drivers. I really like everything!!!
