2 Stars for the look, I probably recommend only desserts from the food; the smoked chicken salad is just tin , but I was hungry and ate it. Since only visitors of the site can come here, respectively, and the kitchen is like this, old products (I attach photos of frozen leaves, I no longer began to collect them on a plate), the waiter "brought" an answer from the cook to my remark on the dish: "everything is from under the knife", but the essence of the claim was not that. Draw your own conclusions.
And I recommend it for the great view, the food is not. And it's also funny the terminal is only on the bar , that is , you go yourself with a check and pay , I went with this book with a check - the check flew out of it, in short, it's fun. It 's a pity that the receipt is not 10-15 rubles and why shove this dry sliced baguette everywhere , it 's not only in my photo ; you can't eat it dry hard bread that can scratch the sky 🙈

I tried draniki for the first time in this cafe. And it was a pleasant acquaintance. the service is at the highest level, the waiter started talking to us in Belarusian, unfortunately we don't know him, but it was nice)) in the end, we were given several discount cards on a subsequent visit. We read excerpts from books to each other, drank delicious tea and ate sooo delicious desserts. Romantics are through the roof!! The view of Minsk is magnificent. We highly recommend it! Ask for a guest card at the end of the visit, with it a very large discount on subsequent ascents in the panoramic elevator.

A very tasty Belarusian menu with a wonderful view, cooked for 10-15 minutes if there is no excitement. You can go up to the floor above and enjoy the view of Minsk while your dish is being prepared.
The range of dishes is small - mostly pancakes with fish / chicken / meat + vegetables, or sausages with potatoes and vegetables. Very tasty desserts. There is an alcohol card.
But it is worth noting that at the entrance below you need to buy a ticket to the observation deck, otherwise you will not get to the cafe.
It is very interesting to visit this cafe with children, because the ascent to the 23rd floor in the cafe is carried out by an elevator with panoramic windows. My son and I skated 5 times, maybe more!

This cafe has excellent service!
I would like to mention Vladislav, a waiter who knows what he is doing by 101%.
The menu does not cause panic attacks when choosing, everything is concise, simple and delicious 👍🏽
And, of course, the view… The cafe itself is located on the 22nd floor.
After the feast, you can climb to the 23rd floor ( observation deck), where you will have a wonderful view😌

Nice beautiful cafe, spacious. The windows offer beautiful views, but because of the panoramic glazing it is very hot and stuffy.
We ordered two dishes with pancakes, they are sooo delicious. The portions are large, there is no chance to stay hungry.
Delicious tea.

A large group of 20 people gathered here and the waiter did an excellent job with the service. Food and drinks for your money are quite good. There was only one moment: a couple of times the waiter brought the dish and called it differently than it was indicated on the menu, which caused an awkward situation where the waiter brought the order, and no one knows whose it is, because there is no such name on the menu. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Addition. The entrance to the cafe is very "interesting". To get there, you need to take the observation elevator, and for this you need to pay 6p at the entrance (an elevator ticket and entrance to the library observation deck). A nice bonus to visit, of course, but at first it was strange when 20 people bought tickets to get to the cafe.

Our trip to this very Graphcafe was just a song. Even the cantata. From beginning to end.
The actors are four pensioners, three of them just not on crutches. With chopsticks, in honor of such an event. The occasion is the anniversary of one of them.
The first surprise turns out to be a cute poster at the entrance to the cage with the inscription "elevator for people with musculoskeletal disorders" or something like that - "sorry, the elevator is not working." We apologize and climbs the stairs to the floor where the ticket offices and the entrance to the panoramic elevator are located. A pleasant surprise is that in order to go to the cafe, you need to pay 10 rubles for access to the observation deck. And if I don't want to review?
Okay, let's get in a long queue at the checkout. I (without a wand) am standing in line, three with sticks are standing next to two fully occupied benches, waiting for a place to be vacated. Since the queue is almost not moving, it is possible to wait. Finally I reach the window. I've never seen such a cashier, and I hope I won't see one. It took her at least five minutes to give me a receipt for my "four tickets, card" request.
Finally, after standing in another queue for the elevator itself (only 7 minutes), we go. The elevator is half glazed, there are a lot of people (15 people, as expected), the stuffiness is terrible- there is no air conditioning. There is no impression of pisage, it is almost impossible to consider it behind other people's bodies. So if you are afraid of heights, use it! It's okay! The main thing is not to suffocate.
We arrive at a small platform on the 22nd floor, where a small crowd, partly consisting of brides, is rushing around. He's looking for his way to the cafe. The signs are well hidden, the saboteur did not break through. In the end, leaning my old people against the wall, I go to investigate and -hooray! - I find a cafe. I'm calling my group, let's go in. No one pays attention to us delicately, everyone is busy with their own business. We still manage to find out where our table is. Let's sit down. (The table is not too clean, the seats are uncomfortable). The sweetest waitress is interested in what to serve us. "Water! Or juice! Hurry up!" the jubilee babbles. "Yes, of course!" - the girl disappears. About 10 minutes later, when she runs by once again, I ask when the order will be delivered. "The juice is already being poured!"- She says optimistically.
Regarding the menu. It's very poor, draniki-cheesecakes-salads, but we knew the assortment, so there's nothing to complain about. Edible, nothing more.
A young man served us further, mmmmmm.... not too qualified. But he disturbed us extremely infrequently with his appearance. But he handed me a caramel at the end. I'll keep it as a keepsake. It's funny, but somehow they weren't very interested in paying the bill, it was even inconvenient for me to bother the busy staff.
Since the money was stolen, we stumbled (sorry) to the observation deck. Again, I had to climb a very high staircase, there was nowhere to sit down. My poor companions!
On the site itself there are cloudy plastic fences, concrete, and again - no frills in the form of benches, armchairs, etc. I mean, don't stay too long, citizens! Look around and get out of here.
In short, I do not recommend it, especially if you have had the imprudence to get used to good service and generally respectful attitude towards you as a client, as a guest, just as a person. A kind of uncluttered, natural rudeness

My favorite cafe. I have already brought a lot of friends here and everyone is delighted, they are happy to return and arrange cozy gatherings.
The cafe's menu is simple, not all dishes can be praised (meat, unfortunately, is often very hard and dry), but my friends and I have the most favorite dish - it's pancakes with salmon and Brownie dessert with ice cream. I want to note that the coffee is always excellent!!!

The lemonade is delicious:) Little things did not prevent me from enjoying the good weather, a great walk, a great view of the observation deck and a table by the window) I called the waiter for a long time to pay off.
