We chose this hotel despite the low rating. It is located in the center, which is very convenient for location. We took two Suites and a Standard room. The rooms are in good condition and clean. One room faced the courtyard of the hotel and the morning started VERY early because of the noise of unloading cars. I strongly advise against the hotel restaurant. The assortment is small and not tasty. Porridge, cold cheesecakes. Coffee has one name, the prices are high.
The room is spacious, the hall is decorated, beautiful, the linen is clean. But... There are so many buts that I don't understand how a 3-star hotel works. The room was not completely clean, there was dust on everything, on the doors, shelves, and TV. We put one shampoo, and a small piece of soap, that's all. I rented for 4 days, during which time the room was never cleaned, the trash was not taken out, toilet paper, shampoo, gel and balm were not reported, as well as there was no paste. How's that? Can you explain how to never take out the trash from the room at least? And another disadvantage, there was no hair dryer! This is the first time I've encountered this! This is the first time I've encountered such service since I've been on a trip!
A great hotel. It's not the first time I've stopped here. It is convenient when I return to Moscow. To be honest, I didn't expect it when I first settled in.
The location is convenient in the city center.
My rooms have always been neatly renovated and clean. Good air conditioning, bathroom without complaints. The windows overlook the courtyard, the city is not so audible. You can get some sleep. There is an opportunity to put your clothes in order. There is a tennis table in the hall. The TVs in the rooms are old, but who needs them in 2024? The Internet is fast.
I won't say anything about breakfast. I always leave at 6 a.m., I don't have time.
The hotel is in a convenient location. You can park your car in the parking lot at the entrance, there are always places. The rooms have beautiful wooden furniture. No complaints. The staff is silent and serious, as they are everywhere in Belarus. It is better not to use the restaurant at the hotel, the money is thrown away.
In general, they are normal, but there are nuances: - we booked a suite, usually there is always drinking water in the room, there was no one here, it is unclear if this is a one-time or permanent thing.
- There are complaints against the administration if a whole busload of children arrives, is there really no way to accommodate them so that they don't bother anyone, allocate a separate floor to them, especially if the rooms are booked an hour before arrival. everyone was accommodated on the same floor, and this is despite the fact that the hotel has 8 floors.
- there is a kitchen in the suite, but there is nothing to wash the dishes with and there is no kitchen towel to wipe your hands with.
"a kettle of scum!" You need to carry citric acid with you, because the maids don't know that kettles need to be WASHED!
- the Gourmet cafe at the hotel, 03/08/2025 was under reconstruction, and we found out about it upon check-in, although we need to report or at least write about it on the website!
I am very pleasantly surprised by the recent renovation in the room.
Booked from 01.02-02.02. King size room.
The room is clean, the dressing gowns are hanging, the tent is large, small and for the feet. There are body and hair care products, a hairdryer, a large refrigerator, a kettle, coffee and tea! I recommend it!
The sensations are mixed. The hotel
is conveniently located in the very center of the city. I booked through Ostrovok, the classification of rooms on Ostrovok and on the hotel's website differs, I will not go into details. 8 floors.
Advantages: location, friendly staff.
Cons: rusty water. The cold water was rusty at the beginning, the hot water did not try to drain. The bathroom is spacious and cool, I didn't dare take a shower. Breakfast. Rooms are not included in the price, there is another organization working in the hotel restaurant. It's fine in quality, but it's cold and somehow uncomfortable in the hall in the morning. The desire to have lunch did not arise.
Everything is fine, the hotel is clean, the room is not bad, the bed linen is new, the blanket is warm (the heating has not yet been turned on), there was even breakfast.
There would also be a hair dryer in the room and a clean 5. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their hospitality and carefully attentive attitude.
We stayed at the Orsha Hotel more than once. I am very satisfied with everything: the location, the prices, and the service. Very friendly people working at the hotel.! Everything is fine. I advise and recommend it.
The standard hotel for the city of Orsha.Because the city has no more than 100 thousand inhabitants.I lived in a suite with 2 children for a week in February 2025.2 rooms,an extra bed for the eldest child, a single bed was provided in the other room, I am with the youngest child in the other room for 2 bedrooms. The room was warm, the blankets were thick, and there were wool blankets in the closet.Towels were changed every day, shampoo, slippers, soap, shaving kit, toothbrushes were all provided.Teapot, cups, glasses.Cleaning every day.The employees are friendly, sociable, courteous. There are no complaints. There is no breakfast, and there is a restaurant in the same building for a fee (porridge, eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes, and more). The smoking room is on the 4th floor. On the 3rd floor there is a billiard table in good working condition.
In general, we are satisfied. There's even a nice grandpa doorman. The only thing was that 1 elevator was working, 2 were constantly breaking down, apparently serious repairs were needed.
It's worth the money, it's clean and cozy. Of the disadvantages, the audibility of the corridor is high. Very good staff, friendly, helpful.
A big plus of the hotel is that they accept guests with a dog.
We were unlucky, I booked a room 2 weeks in advance, 2 days before arrival they wrote to me that there was no room, there was a suite with my surcharge. The suite was not very clean, there was only one bathrobe for two and there were no hand towels. But the most fun thing is the restaurant at the hotel, the music thundered there until 2 a.m., our complaint was answered, well, we have a restaurant, and the fact that the hotel has 8 floors of tenants is bullshit. The hotel is average, but there is not much choice in Orsha. Don't set foot there anymore.
The hotel is very nice, cozy, polite and smiling staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, a good variety, and most importantly delicious and satisfying.
The staff is friendly. The rooms are quite comfortable. There is an electric kettle in the room. Depending on the room, there may be a microwave and refrigerator. The 2-bed room had a bathrobe and slippers. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. There's a coffee machine in the lobby downstairs. The room is clean.
A good hotel. Magnetic room keys, everything you need is present in the rooms themselves, the room was clean, there are no complaints here. There is an unguarded, but free-standing parking lot behind the hotel. You can also park at the entrance. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have an inexpensive and delicious breakfast in the morning.
Dnipro is within walking distance. The embankment there is simple, but it's nice to walk along the river anyway. And the city itself is pretty.
In the city center, which is very convenient. The rooms are not bad, everything works. We had one failure bed (the second one was good. The staff, unfortunately, wishes the best, neither hello, there is no politeness, but because we were only a day and asked only 2 questions about the Internet and the elevator, both times we received an answer: read everything here and the elevator is there, we generally stood it)))) and the mood has not deteriorated 😆😆😆
The rooms are very different from the photos, very much. We got into Grandma's repair. The TV is hissing, there are no channels. For such a price, it would be possible to make channels at least. The audibility is terrible, I could hear someone walking in the hallway, in the next room. You couldn't have breakfast properly, so you had to look for a snack in parallel. If there is a smoking room on the floor, run from this floor. There was nothing to breathe in our room. And also the renovation on the second floor . It felt like our walls were being painted.
The hotel is located in the center. Nearby are the main attractions: the Jesuit Collegium, the Museum of the history of the city, the settlement.
In the hotel itself, everything is on the level: clean bed, towels. Soap-shampoo-shower cap. Teapot. There was no refrigerator (standard room)
I didn't have enough heat. The battery is hot, but small for the room. But I'm a creep. So this is not an indicator) and there was an extra warm blanket in the closet
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant has very friendly waiters and chefs. There will be an opportunity to visit your wonderful city again, we will definitely stop right there.
Many thanks for the warm welcome to Sergey Adamovich 🤝👍🏻
A very cozy hotel. Friendly staff. The cafe has delicious, almost homemade food, the portions are very large and hearty. The rooms are different, from beautiful elegant "apartments" to the usual "housekeeper" to spend one night. It is convenient that it is located in the city center.
A very comfortable hotel in the city. You can move to any point in Orsha and drive to Vitebsk or Mogilev is also not far away. There are shops nearby, almost the city center. In the evening, silence and comfortable beds, large rooms.. It's great for your money
Not a bad hotel to stay in. It's quite budget-friendly. Our room was on the fourth floor 407, the bed was normal, the TV was on, the plumbing was working, and the heat was on. There is no refrigerator, hair dryer. For me, it's a plus that there's a smoking room right on the floor. There is also a self-service room (ironing board, iron).
We lived in eco-class rooms: clean, tidy. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, 3 towels. We stayed for a few days in the summer, there was not enough refrigerator in the room. We lived on the 4th floor, the refrigerator on duty on the 3rd.
And at exactly 3 a.m. the seagulls started screaming, there was no air conditioner, the heat, you couldn't close the windows, you couldn't get enough sleep.
And so the staff is attentive, the location of the hotel is excellent, there are many shops and beautiful places nearby
Very convenient location of the hotel in the city center. There is Parking, there are many shops nearby, which is also very convenient. The hotel has a cafe and a restaurant, as well as many beauty workshops in various directions. There is the only eyebrow specialist in the city who can restore eyebrows!
Friendly staff. Delicious food in the cafe, the waitress girls are very nice and courteous. The interior is not stressful, you don't need anything else to relax. Considering that it is located in the city center, I did not hear any noise. Everything is fine!
Not a bad hotel in the city center. A comfortable bed. Good parking. There is a nice lounge cafe nearby. A great hearty breakfast.
On the downside: it was cold in the room. I slept under two blankets, although it was not completely cold outside. The doors of the rooms are probably a little lopsided. And everyone on the floor was clapping them to close.
But overall, a great hotel
Excellent hotel of the USSR times, clean rooms at an adequate price, a good cafe, polite and responsive reception staff. There is an unguarded, but with video surveillance, free Parking. The city center, within walking distance of the main attractions of the city, shopping center "Orsha City", market, all kinds of shops, cafes for every taste and banks.
I stopped on the way from Moscow to rest on Lake Naroch. Not far from the M1 highway. A decent quiet hotel. Nice rooms, mattresses. Bed linen. We had a great night's sleep. Thank you.
The hotel is conveniently located in a great location. Walking distance to the railway station is 30-40 minutes, pleasant reception, EVERYTHING. The rooms are tired, the beds are small, there is no air conditioning, the showers are broken, I was in two rooms with single beds. The staff certainly tries to keep things clean.
Convenient location for a tourist who is used to exploring the city on foot. The rooms are clean, everything you need in the room is available and even too much: I had a two-chamber refrigerator there (by the way, low noise). The staff is polite. There is a good cafe at the hotel. But it will be possible to have lunch there only later in the evening: this is the schedule. But there is a restaurant in the same building, which is better to write about in another review. In general, in terms of price-quality ratio and monopoly position in the city, it is impossible not to recommend a hotel.
I don't want to start on a bad note, but the girl at the reception, probably works the first day, gathered a huge queue, everyone waited without understanding what she was so busy with, after a certain number of minutes, she said she was closing the shift, it was about 18:25. After rudely and reluctantly began to ask who was on the reservation, she was answered, apparently not hearing the answer, she rudely asked: Whoooo??? The look made it clear that I was not happy to see anyone here. The TV doesn't work in the room, then why it's worth it, it's not clear, the bedding is a nightmare, not white, but milky. The blanket was generally surprised, woolen and even not tucked into the duvet cover. Of the advantages: there is a kettle, everything. Food is heated in the microwave for a fee, an iron is also paid. Two out of five.
A normal hotel, a doorman at the entrance in a beautiful uniform helps with things, is polite, willingly tells about the locations of the town. Breakfast is porridge, pancakes, delicious and simple.
A full-fledged triple room, without an extra cot, but a separate bed, a large room, 2 windows, cornices and curtains are very beautiful. The view from the window is not very good, into the courtyard. A moth was flying in the room. The bathroom is tired.
The location of the hotel is top, the center is close to shops and attractions.
It was from June 11 to June 15, 2024. Very convenient location. At my request, they checked into the room earlier. The price of the room corresponds to its quality. Quietly. Calmly. There is a good buffet on the second floor. I was satisfied with everything. I recommend it (if you have a lot of show-offs, you don't need to settle here).
Clean hotel, freshly renovated, shower pressure is just a bomb, in the very center of Orsha. On the 2nd floor there is a wonderful Gourmet cafe, the prices were pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly.
The staff is helpful. The rooms are not new, but they are clean and have everything you need. A big plus is the location of the city center. Everything is within walking distance.
Minus there is no refrigerator in the room.
I liked everything, it's clean, there are all the toiletries.I especially liked the buffet on the second floor, the food is delicious and varied, the chefs are specialists, well done!I will stop whenever possible.“thanks.
If you spend the night, it will do fine. Tired rooms, and the hotel itself, but everything is clean and fully corresponds to 3 stars. The elevator jumps a couple of times when stopping, don't be afraid. The restaurant has one name, there is no buffet in the morning, with 2 tables occupied, they did not come to us in 20 minutes, you cannot approach the menu yourself. And if the person in the hotel is trying, then there is no speed in sight.

The hotel is located in the city center, it is the most convenient place! I liked the hotel itself, the rooms are clean and most importantly not expensive. We drove from Brest to Moscow and stopped for two days to rest after a hard road, which is very convenient. I definitely recommend it!
The food in the restaurant is terrible. You can't call this place in the hotel a restaurant. Our grandmothers, setting the table, added greens to the dishes. That's horrible. Nightmare. It's not even a dining room. The level of the hotel itself is 2 stars maximum, although the staff does not seem to be bad sociable. We moved to a hostel not far from the sky and earth ice arena.
The light switch in the bathroom does not work, the TV remote control does not work. There are very few TV channels. A microwave is needed in the room. The room is clean, there are no questions for the staff.
In principle, everything was fine. Mainly because of the price/quality ratio. clean, comfortable bed - in my case it was a double bed. One of the obvious disadvantages is the lack of air conditioning. It's stuffy in hot weather, there are no screens on the windows.
The room is clean, comfortable, has a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, TV. The Internet is good. The service is very friendly. The location is convenient, everything is nearby.
The rooms require renovation and furniture changes, especially the bathroom.Mattresses are sagging, Saving on slippers and air fresheners. There are no dental supplies. They can't even make tea with sugar for the guests. It's a small thing, but it's nice.
Nice hotel! The rooms in the hotel are clean, the toilet room is small, but in good condition. It also has a good location in the city center. The main sights of the city are within walking distance
As expected from the room class that was booked - in general, everything is fine ...
Thank you to the administrator who checked us out on the morning of August 24 for the friendliness and responsibility (unfortunately, we did not remember her name) - in accordance with the standards of hotel service.
We wish the rest of the staff development and improvement in this direction :)
The town is not crowded with tourists. Therefore, there are no problems with parking the car. The hotel staff is friendly, no complaints. The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable. Of the minuses (for some who are nostalgic for the USSR - a plus). The Vityaz TV with a cathode ray tube, which cannot receive a digital signal and shows "snow". Blankets from the Soviet era. However, there is an Indezit refrigerator, which froze the mineral water into ice by midnight. In general, I liked everything!
A ruined room with remnants of blinds, cobwebs, falling sockets, dirty radiators, stains on the walls. The bed is terrible- there are better pillows on trains. It is unclear why a doorman is needed. He just sits on the couch all the time, doesn't open the door, doesn't carry things. There was no cleaning in the room either.

Very helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there, You can eat in the restaurant nearby. Breakfast options: pancakes, casserole, fried eggs, sausages.
