We chose this hotel despite the low rating. It is located in the center, which is very convenient for location. We took two Suites and a Standard room. The rooms are in good condition and clean. One room faced the courtyard of the hotel and the morning started VERY early because of the noise of unloading cars. I strongly advise against the hotel restaurant. The assortment is small and not tasty. Porridge, cold cheesecakes. Coffee has one name, the prices are high.

The room is spacious, the hall is decorated, beautiful, the linen is clean. But... There are so many buts that I don't understand how a 3-star hotel works. The room was not completely clean, there was dust on everything, on the doors, shelves, and TV. We put one shampoo, and a small piece of soap, that's all. I rented for 4 days, during which time the room was never cleaned, the trash was not taken out, toilet paper, shampoo, gel and balm were not reported, as well as there was no paste. How's that? Can you explain how to never take out the trash from the room at least? And another disadvantage, there was no hair dryer! This is the first time I've encountered this! This is the first time I've encountered such service since I've been on a trip!

A great hotel. It's not the first time I've stopped here. It is convenient when I return to Moscow. To be honest, I didn't expect it when I first settled in.
The location is convenient in the city center.
My rooms have always been neatly renovated and clean. Good air conditioning, bathroom without complaints. The windows overlook the courtyard, the city is not so audible. You can get some sleep. There is an opportunity to put your clothes in order. There is a tennis table in the hall. The TVs in the rooms are old, but who needs them in 2024? The Internet is fast.
I won't say anything about breakfast. I always leave at 6 a.m., I don't have time.

In general, they are normal, but there are nuances: - we booked a suite, usually there is always drinking water in the room, there was no one here, it is unclear if this is a one-time or permanent thing.
- There are complaints against the administration if a whole busload of children arrives, is there really no way to accommodate them so that they don't bother anyone, allocate a separate floor to them, especially if the rooms are booked an hour before arrival. everyone was accommodated on the same floor, and this is despite the fact that the hotel has 8 floors.
- there is a kitchen in the suite, but there is nothing to wash the dishes with and there is no kitchen towel to wipe your hands with.
"a kettle of scum!" You need to carry citric acid with you, because the maids don't know that kettles need to be WASHED!
- the Gourmet cafe at the hotel, 03/08/2025 was under reconstruction, and we found out about it upon check-in, although we need to report or at least write about it on the website!

I am very pleasantly surprised by the recent renovation in the room.
Booked from 01.02-02.02. King size room.
The room is clean, the dressing gowns are hanging, the tent is large, small and for the feet. There are body and hair care products, a hairdryer, a large refrigerator, a kettle, coffee and tea! I recommend it!

The sensations are mixed. The hotel
is conveniently located in the very center of the city. I booked through Ostrovok, the classification of rooms on Ostrovok and on the hotel's website differs, I will not go into details. 8 floors.
Advantages: location, friendly staff.
Cons: rusty water. The cold water was rusty at the beginning, the hot water did not try to drain. The bathroom is spacious and cool, I didn't dare take a shower. Breakfast. Rooms are not included in the price, there is another organization working in the hotel restaurant. It's fine in quality, but it's cold and somehow uncomfortable in the hall in the morning. The desire to have lunch did not arise.

Everything is fine, the hotel is clean, the room is not bad, the bed linen is new, the blanket is warm (the heating has not yet been turned on), there was even breakfast.

The standard hotel for the city of Orsha.Because the city has no more than 100 thousand inhabitants.I lived in a suite with 2 children for a week in February 2025.2 rooms,an extra bed for the eldest child, a single bed was provided in the other room, I am with the youngest child in the other room for 2 bedrooms.The room was warm, the blankets were thick, and there were wool blankets in the closet.Towels were changed every day, shampoo, slippers, soap, shaving kit, toothbrushes were all provided.Teapot, cups, glasses.Cleaning every day.The employees are friendly, sociable, courteous.There are no complaints.There is no breakfast, and there is a restaurant in the same building for a fee (porridge, eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes, and more).The smoking room is on the 4th floor.On the 3rd floor there is a billiard table in good working condition.
In general, we are satisfied.There's even a nice grandpa doorman.The only thing was that 1 elevator was working, 2 were constantly breaking down, apparently serious repairs were needed.

We were unlucky, I booked a room 2 weeks in advance, 2 days before arrival they wrote to me that there was no room, there was a suite with my surcharge. The suite was not very clean, there was only one bathrobe for two and there were no hand towels. But the most fun thing is the restaurant at the hotel, the music thundered there until 2 a.m., our complaint was answered, well, we have a restaurant, and the fact that the hotel has 8 floors of tenants is bullshit. The hotel is average, but there is not much choice in Orsha. Don't set foot there anymore.

There is an unguarded, but free-standing parking lot behind the hotel. You can also park at the entrance. Dnipro is within walking distance. The embankment there is simple, but it's nice to walk along the river anyway. And the city itself is pretty.

The rooms are very different from the photos, very much. We got into Grandma's repair. The TV is hissing, there are no channels. For such a price, it would be possible to make channels at least. The audibility is terrible, I could hear someone walking in the hallway, in the next room. You couldn't have breakfast properly, so you had to look for a snack in parallel. If there is a smoking room on the floor, run from this floor. There was nothing to breathe in our room. And also the renovation on the second floor . It felt like our walls were being painted.

Not a bad hotel to stay in. It's quite budget-friendly. Our room was on the fourth floor 407, the bed was normal, the TV was on, the plumbing was working, and the heat was on. We lived in eco-class rooms: clean, tidy. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, 3 towels. We stayed for a few days in the summer, there was not enough refrigerator in the room. We lived on the 4th floor, the refrigerator on duty on the 3rd.
And at exactly 3 a.m. the seagulls started screaming, there was no air conditioner, the heat, you couldn't close the windows, you couldn't get enough sleep.

Not a bad hotel in the city center. A comfortable bed. Good parking. There is a nice lounge cafe nearby. A great hearty breakfast.
On the downside: it was cold in the room. I slept under two blankets, although it was not completely cold outside. The doors of the rooms are probably a little lopsided. And everyone on the floor was clapping them to close.

The hotel is conveniently located in a great location. Walking distance to the railway station is 30-40 minutes, pleasant reception, EVERYTHING. The look made it clear that I was not happy to see anyone here. The TV doesn't work in the room, then why it's worth it, it's not clear, the bedding is a nightmare, not white, but milky. Food is heated in the microwave for a fee, an iron is also paid. Two out of five.

A normal hotel, a doorman at the entrance in a beautiful uniform helps with things, is polite, willingly tells about the locations of the town. Breakfast is porridge, pancakes, delicious and simple.
A full-fledged triple room, without an extra cot, but a separate bed, a large room, 2 windows, cornices and curtains are very beautiful. The view from the window is not very good, into the courtyard. A moth was flying in the room. The bathroom is tired.

If you spend the night, it will do fine. Tired rooms, and the hotel itself, but everything is clean and fully corresponds to 3 stars. The elevator jumps a couple of times when stopping, don't be afraid. The restaurant has one name, there is no buffet in the morning, with 2 tables occupied, they did not come to us in 20 minutes, you cannot approach the menu yourself. And if the person in the hotel is trying, then there is no speed in sight.

The food in the restaurant is terrible. You can't call this place in the hotel a restaurant. Our grandmothers, setting the table, added greens to the dishes. That's horrible. Nightmare. It's not even a dining room. The level of the hotel itself is 2 stars maximum, although the staff does not seem to be bad sociable. We moved to a hostel not far from the sky and earth ice arena.

Of the minuses (for some who are nostalgic for the USSR - a plus). The Vityaz TV with a cathode ray tube, which cannot receive a digital signal and shows "snow". Blankets from the Soviet era. However, there is an Indezit refrigerator, which froze the mineral water into ice by midnight. In general, I liked everything!
