Good afternoon. The wedding was celebrated on 08/09/2024. We came to the guest house more than once and discussed the menu and other nuances. We agreed that we would be alone (that is, the institution would be completely closed for us). As a result, our parents come, not only that there is no loaf. So there were 2 other companies That is, there were 3 companies in the restaurant, at least we agreed that it would be just us. There was a hot dish steak with mashed potatoes. As a result, the parsley was dirty and with cobwebs, apparently the institution does not wash anything. Then not all the snacks were taken out, sandwiches, which should have been 30 pieces, there were 10 pieces, where everything else is unclear, at the buffet, which was paid for by us, guests of other companies ate, also danced and set any conditions for the DJ and presenter, who were paid by us. To which the director of this institution said that they danced and so on, and why should we pay for other guests not ours? These owners, or rather no longer owners, apparently spoil the reputation of the new owners. Half the evening they said that we had not ordered any loaf, and then they said that their production had broken down. That is, first by shouting to us, communicating that we did not order, and then saying this. Then the owner of this establishment said that we had brought rotten cucumbers, which once again turned out to be their lies. Just like if you wanted to be alone, you had to pay 6,000 rubles on top, you know, during that time we went 4 times and they told us not to pay anything for rent, you will be alone. There is no relationship to people! There were also strange grapes planted, although we bought good grapes. Nobody gave us any checks either. The horror!!! Apparently, a fine of $ 300 thousand is not enough for you (the old owner said that they were given such a fine) I doubt very much, because you live on your lies, as promised, the necessary plumbing stations will take care of you

It's a disgusting place. The service is disgusting. Disgusting food. It's a pity that we only found out about it the second time we were there. 05.07.2024 there was a memorial table for 70 people on the occasion of the funeral, everything was not bad, except that they did not have time to cook all the pancakes, but they gave them to us frozen with them and made a small discount. Also, we were NOT issued an invoice or given a check after the payment was made, in fact, the payment was made in our pocket. A bell for the tax service! Today, 08/11/2024, an extraordinary situation has occurred! There was a memorial table for 26 people (40 days), the time was agreed at 13:00. We arrived in advance, but we sat down at the table itself at exactly 13:00. The table was half empty and the dishes were served for some time. Instead of the ordered salad "Vegetable", they brought us vegetable plates with spoiled, dirty (with sand and hair) and cherished vegetables (I attach the photo below). The hot dish "Fish with vegetables" was raw (photo below). When this was pointed out first to the waiter, and then to the kitchen worker, and as it turned out, concurrently to the director of this institution, a scandal occurred, and it was she who began to talk in raised tones. After our complaints, the CHEF DIRECTOR started shouting "GET UP AND LEAVE! So that you won't be here anymore, you don't have to pay!" - it's just terrible. All the guests heard her screaming and, as you can imagine, the memorial dinner was ruined. No one apologized to us, the co-founder and part-time husband of this woman ignored the incident and tried to make us look guilty. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection", Article 11 - we refused to pay for raw fish with vegetables and a vegetable plate. Please also note that we had to beg for a check. It turned out that they did not have a social menu in the program, and they could not calculate the final cost for us. They gave me an incomprehensible receipt with incomprehensible positions. I ask the relevant authorities to take this fact into account. The most unpleasant thing in this situation is that parents who buried their child 40 days ago had to live through all this horror, hear such unpleasant words in their direction and be "kicked out" along with people who came to share their grief. And not even to hear an apology from the staff of the cafe "Guest House". I ask you to consider this review as an official statement to the authority. There is also a corresponding entry in the book of complaints and suggestions. I believe that this institution should not function with these employees.

I had a good impression only at the time of booking and compiling the menu: the DJ is free, there is enough food for everyone, that you can bring your own, we also discussed. As a result: for a DJ 50 rubles, for the fact that MY caviar was smeared on a baguette I bought another 100 rubles😳 the food is really arranged, as written in other reviews, not evenly, everything is at one end of the table, and practically nothing at the other… How is this possible!? One person makes the order, and another person is at the banquet. It is a pity that the parents, out of ignorance and modesty, paid for everything..
