Everything is very good, clean, the maid is responsive, and the girls at the reception are just super: they will answer all questions, help in any situation, give good advice. For us, the only drawback was very poor sound insulation. As it is, the hotel would be highly recommended. That's why we took off one star for the noise.

The numbers themselves. Old Soviet renovation. The absence of carpet. Cold. Problems with hot water. Everything is scarce. It's scary and dirty. They don't clean it up. Tiny bathrooms, that knees on the toilet rest against the door.
But this is all explained by the price. Very cheap. Therefore, in principle, it is expected. But the most unpleasant thing is the lack of Internet. Wifi didn't work for 6 hours. This is critical in the hotel business.
