We lived in a beautiful suite. Not bad. Beautiful new hotel. Clear. Quietly. Large refrigerator, microwave oven. There is a stove. The staff is helpful. A small minus for the buffet. Pretty sparse. There are no fruits at all, no slicing, no desserts. But the rest is quite tasty, you won't be hungry.

One of the best hotels in Pavlodar. Spacious and cozy rooms, helpful staff, delicious and hearty breakfasts. There is an underground parking for guests. Very good location (close to the waterfront).

Nice apartment hotel . Plus - 1) tea set 2) dishes in the rooms 3) fresh towels 4) cleanliness in the room 4) fresh bed. Minus: 1) the price is too expensive 2) There is no ramp, the stairs are high 3) There are no signs that could be left (do not disturb, change the bed) 4) there are few outlets in the room 5) it's cold in the room, if there was an air conditioner you could turn on 6) a huge chiffonier , but there is no handle, there are only 2 hangers inside and only 2 hangers 7) There is no additional protection on the front door 8) the old bed and mattress thought it would fall but it's okay 9 ) There is no bedside table and sockets near the bed.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly, the rooms are large, there is an opportunity to cook in the room - there is a small stove. There is a buffet breakfast. The choice is not very big in terms of food, but it is there, you can choose. The most important thing is that there is an underground parking lot, no extra money is charged for it. Next time I plan to stay in the same hotel - before that I was in Pavlodar in two other hotels.

Excellent hotel - I travel a lot, there is something to compare. I put an estimate in advance, but I am sure that the irregularities will be corrected.
The room I lived in is new, big. Clear. But! There are a few points that need to be slightly improved:
1) Near the bed there is only one outlet on the right and left for night lamps. It is better to put triple sockets - for a lamp, a phone and a laptop.
2) To turn off the light in the room, you need to go to the corridor -- move the switch to the bed, or put a pass switch.
3) There is also a box of napkins missing - a trifle, but it is not here, and in other hotels this is already the norm.
4) Air conditioning - it is there, but how it will work in the summer.... After all, he is in the corridor, not in the room. It is advisable to postpone it until next summer.
5) The wardrobe is great, but.... there are only two hangers in it, I couldn't even lay out a suitcase and hang shirts and suits.
6) Breakfast. Yes, they are normal, the minimum is provided, it even suited me quite well.
7) Staff. There are no complaints, everything is fine. At the first request, they helped, they were customer-oriented.
8) Everything is clean, neat, even the brick at the entrance holding the door, and that one is in cellophane.

The bathroom has gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and shaving kit. Full-fledged slippers, not disposable rags. A good breakfast, but the time breakdown is a little annoying. Excellent location almost in the center.

The rooms themselves also look like two-room apartments, but everything is quite comfortable, there is even a kitchenette, in general everything is clean and tidy. 3 stars due to food poisoning after breakfast, greatly overshadowed the experience.

We stayed at this hotel on July 7 with the whole family and stayed overnight on our way from Novosibirsk. Special thanks to the administrator! for understanding competence and kindness, unfortunately, I did not remember the name, but I think it will be clear by the date.
The hotel is very nice, I liked everything.
