Really loved this hotel and will definitely come back there again. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the restaurants provided various and very tasty food. Private beach is great and there are lots of options to eat during the day. Swimming pools were clean and enough space not to feel overcrowded. The team put a lot of efforts to organise good animation. The territory is of a good size too and there lots of paths to walk around. Really great hotel for kidswith their own kids room.

Great hotel. Compact, green area, everything is very thought out, there is no pandemonium anywhere, there are always free tables, sun beds, etc. A good beach, the entrance to the sea is sandy, there are almost no pebbles. Delicious, varied food. I especially liked the restaurant on the beach, very cozy and cool view. In general, I consider the Gloria chain hotels to be the best on the Antalya coast.

This is probably the best hotel in Turkey so far, where we managed to have such a cool vacation!
The food is beyond praise!Seafood (crabs, mussels, crayfish), delicious breakfasts.Even picky kids always found something to eat.
Room service is also top notch.We came across one maid who was very smiling, of course we left her a couple of dollars every day, but she was always so cool at our place, she always asked if we had enough, if she needed something, she brought it to us immediately. Our room was in the citrus paradise.There were trees with limes growing everywhere.The beauty is indescribable!. The beach is perfect!Sun beds were always available. I really enjoyed the Activities on the beach.We loved playing darts!The children played soccer on the playground and basketball. On the last day of vacation, the eldest son forgot his watch on the beach.When we were on our way to the airport, we realized.It's good that we have friends at the hotel, we just met at the darts and I immediately wrote to them.They found out at the reception that the staff had actually found the watch on the sunbed the day before. In general, they took them away with a receipt that they had indeed found the owner and they would be handed over to him.And after a couple of days we met in Moscow and the watch returned to its owner.🙏🏻

The hotel is magnificent in every way!
The food in the restaurants is excellent! Fresh meat and seafood (including shrimp, octopus, and various types of sea fish) are cooked on the grill every evening.
The family room is very comfortable for children and parents, with access to a shared attic.
Lovely girls who teach various activities! I especially want to mention the Auk yoga coach! The presentation of the material is very easy, but not simple! We were happy to study every day!
We really want to come back here, although we haven't left yet)

A wonderful hotel for families and for families with young children.
A wonderful kitchen (themed kitchen every evening), a separate children's table, a large green area, a spacious beach with snow-white sand. A nice pool for children with slides, a large playground.

The hotel is great, the cuisine is great, national dishes of a new country are served every day on the outdoor patio. There is, however, little children's entertainment for children from 2 to 6. The water park is really small, but there is nothing else, and there is also a tiny playground in the water park area. You can take a train to another hotel on the same grid, about 15 minutes, but that's it. In short, if there are children from very small ones from 2 years old and up to 5-6, then they are a little boring. But it's a great beach.

The hotel is in a great location, lots of greenery, even in the lobby of the hotel, a decent hotel for a good rest. The hammam is pleasant, pantone, there are always places in all locations, restaurants. For a complete ideal, the indoor pool would be chlorine-free, there may be another treatment facility.

We stayed at the hotel for a month from the end of October to the end of November, we liked everything, especially the service, the territory, the food was varied, there were enough fruits and vegetables, the kitchen cooked very tasty, the hotel is old but everything is very well maintained and of good quality

One of our family's favorite hotels. We have already visited it 6 times and plan to continue the tradition.
On our last visit, we booked two rooms: a standard room for parents and a two-room deluxe room in the main building for three adults and a child.
Check-in: promptly (but we arrive after 14:00, so the rooms are ready). Filling out a questionnaire, welcome drinks on request (that is, there are no buffet tables).
Rooms:
deluxe- chic. Two rooms, each with a private bathroom. The only thing that was noted this time was that the rooms (and the hotel, in principle) needed repairs.
the standard is on the level. BUT (!) a small closet.
Excellent mattresses, pillows- we get enough sleep.
A baby's bathrobe and shower accessories were provided upon request.
A minibar. Here was the oddity- it was replenished every day, but very selectively. That is, something was set, and something was not. I had to call and ask (our child is a milk lover, but he was delivered only 1 time, and the rest (6 times) only after our call).
Cleaning. Great!
The territory is small, but very beautiful. The only caveat is the very high rise to the sea. My parents are retired, so we walked with stops. You can rent a golf cart for a fee, if it is very difficult.
Animation. Unobtrusive- thanks a lot for that.
Food and drinks. There are no words. Amazing quality! We went to the grill bar for lunch: incredibly delicious entrecote, shrimp, ribs. And pasta... is just a taste pleasure. According to the quality of food and drinks (in our opinion) they are higher than in the Golf (hotel of the same chain).
The beach is clean, and there are plenty of deck chairs. I really like the "anti" seating system: if a towel is lying for a while (without a tourist), then it is removed.
The SPA area is for adults only. There is an indoor small pool where you can swim with children, and the rest of the space is 16+.
Children's club. It is located near the beach- the guys work great. Next to it there are children's water slides and a pool with a sandy bottom. There is also a water park for adults.
Evening animation. The day before last, we didn't go to it - we turned on the music incredibly loudly (we wrote this remark at departure). We haven't missed a single show this year. Thanks to the hotel for listening to your guests. After the show, the evening activities are transferred to the Neptune Bar (on the beach) and the Lobby bar (in the main building of the hotel): great music, a great opportunity to spend the evening with friends.
I definitely recommend the hotel to visit. We went with friends, a total of 10 people, all planning to return again.

The area is very green, although its location is of a desert type... the beautiful arrangement of the landscape and the original structure of the building. A large greenhouse is located in the center of the hall. The bar in the greenhouse is just a bomb... as well as a musical game scene. The restaurant is right after. A pastry shop, a game room with vending machines near the greenhouse. In a second's walk from the lobby there are shops, cafes, guest relation (gastrolation) and an Italian restaurant nearby (unlike other hotels, ITALIAN cuisine is REALLY here, not pizza and spaghetti bolognese from the bottom of the main restaurant)))). There is also a French restaurant (we haven't been there). There is a very large number of places in the restaurant at any time, both open and closed type of building (breakfast, lunch, dinner). THE STAFF is highly qualified, punctual, responsive, hardworking, neat, attentive, And AWESOMELY polite...
Antalya. Belek is open in a different light, or it would be more correct to say it AGAIN, to be honest ...
SERVICE: Scales ... everything... well, or almost everything that is available in the hotel is FREE ... BUT!!! YOU HEARD RIGHT... free... You begin to understand the quality of service at the exit!!! from the bus/ car/ general transfer... and while relaxing, all this time at the hotel (Golf/Serenity) you always feel it and you don't have to forget about it... it's just divine...
Bars: THERE ARE A LOT OF bars... Cocktails for every taste and color, tea, coffee and even dancing.... and daaaaa.... It's all free... ALCOHOL IS REAL/ ORIGINAL.
Family / children's programs: daily and diverse, groups of music, dance, etc. perform DAILY!!! A mini water park for kids and for adults, well, for men (children under 50 years old)
SPA, pool, gym is mandatory ...
A pool with relaxation areas is chic multi-level with a bar from below and above.... yes, it's just a FIRE...
The room is spacious, I don't remember where else I would have met such people, but we have been resting steadily once a year for 15 years. Everything a person needs for daily self-care and even more. The mini bar in the room is also full of everything interesting and delicious for both children and adults.
Beach: there are always enough sunbeds, the beach is cleaned accordingly, there is a large convenient pier with sun beds!!!a bar and a place for diving enthusiasts. For an additional fee, you can arrange a VIP gazebo for another day or even 2 types of them with excellent sea views. Nearby is a center with jet ski/parachute rentals, JetCar and banana rides. As well as photo and video shooting and editing at the rental center... In general, the hotel is A CANNON BOMB ROCKET... if we return to Turkey again, it will be Verde, Golf or Serenity... positive emotions are definitely worth the money...

Just a wonderful hotel. It is clean, the territory is well maintained, and for golfers it is close to paradise. The rarest case in my experience: a three-course buffet - and at the same time everything is delicious, beautiful and healthy. There is no better place to stay in Turkey, the complex consists of three hotels, we lived twice in villas, the food is top-notch, the second time you will not be served what is left from the previous visit. Alcoholic drinks are only of the highest quality, a chic spa, vacationers are only from decent people. Guys like, we're from Chelyabinsk, you won't see drunk in this hotel. Everything is fine: check-in, rooms, food and drinks, staff, so I will describe only the roughness. There is a small closet in the room - there are practically no shelves, or they are tiny. You even need to order morning tea and coffee in the restaurant, which is not very convenient, especially with children. There is no towel service on the beach. If you forgot to take it by the pool on the way, you'll have to come back. Wet or the child got dirty, again a trip to the pool. And so a wonderful family hotel. I recommend.

It is not clear what this hotel is for. There are no buildings with sea views. We lived in a trout suite, located almost on the road. The rooms themselves are like rented accommodation in Anapa. The audibility is excellent, the size is small, the interior wants to be better. There is no territory as such. The contingent is all over 60+. There is not even any music during the day. The only plus is that the kitchen is no worse than in Indiana or Max Royal. But it's about the taste of the dishes, it's clear that the service and the interior suffer. It always felt like being in a 3-star hotel. You go to the sea in the morning and come back in the evening. YouTube, phone and headphones to help. Because they are reluctant to return to the room. They seem to make cocktails in bars, but the boredom is fucked up. It's like a wake. I've been to many places, but this is the first time I've experienced such feelings from the hotel. ... I thought about the advantages. As I said before, it's food, drinks, but that's it!!! The eye has nowhere to stop to look at something. If you don't believe it, look at it. But it's better not to if you're not over 60.

A small, intimate hotel, cute and cozy. The rooms are modest (we took the Family Suite), a small bathroom, there were also questions about cleaning the rooms, but this is perhaps the only minus. There are 2 ala restaurant cards (French and Italian), where it is advisable to register in advance. The food is delicious, the staff is polite and very friendly. Kids club and a small water park for children. There is a good beach, there are gabana houses. They can be rented for more comfort. Golf course within walking distance, zoo (if you really want to, but not close)Also, if desired, you can get to Gloria Serenity and Gloria Golf. Shuttles run between the hotels. It's convenient)

Everything is very good. The staff is trained, everyone is smiling, you feel like a dear guest. The rooms are clean, quite fresh. The restaurants are great, you won't stay hungry even at night. The quality of the dishes and the assortment are on the "top five".
For tourists, a tip:
You will be welcome everywhere if you do not turn on the "I am the king and everyone owes me" mode. Smile and be polite! And you'll see how welcome you are.

This is not the first time in this hotel. But definitely the last one. This visit showed that there is no particularly good attitude towards regular guests, your loyalty does not mean anything. It's a pity, because this was the fourth time and we used to really love and advertise this place to everyone.
I am traveling with an elderly mother, we took a suite room, I wrote in advance about early arrival, about preferences in the location of the room, but alas ... no one settled us before the due time, then they tried to move us into a house by the road overlooking the roadway. We flatly refused. No options were offered, except for a more expensive room (but not for free, but with an additional payment of 130 euros per day and check-in after 21:00). I had to call the CEO - they gave me a room in the main building, but still with a view of the road of the neighboring hotel 😱
The room cleaning is of poor quality. The balcony is not cleaned at all, even the dirty dishes have not been cleaned.
In the bathroom, shampoos and other things are put on for 2 people one day, the other for one. We asked for a second blanket - we are waiting for the second day.
There are not enough waiters and by the end of breakfast / lunch they no longer clean the dishes, do not take orders.
Bartenders are not all equally qualified. One is good, the other does not know how to do anything at all.
We used to feel like dear guests at this hotel. But this time you have to fight for something all the time. This is not a vacation…
We will look for alternatives.

Great hotel! Small, everything is clean, compact, very tasty, polite staff. The standard room has everything, if something is missing, you can ask, they will try to do everything in their power. Good shows in the evening- we didn't miss anything, it was interesting. Towels without cards. The coffee is delicious and so is the tea. Fresh orange juice for breakfast and in the spa area. I don't know about alcohol - I didn't drink much, they didn't even use wine in the mini-bar)). The champagne was delicious. Ice cream and desserts are very tasty, seafood is fresh and delicious. The hotel is more for adults, in my opinion, although there were enough children, but for them, especially in this heat, there are no awnings (shade zone) over the children's pool and playgrounds. And so there is a children's club, children are engaged, in the evening there is always a mini disco traditionally. The spa is small but comfortable, we went there before leaving, we were pleasantly surprised by various details that are aimed at a comfortable visit. I really liked the hotel! I recommend it, we have never regretted that we chose him! We had a rest in July 2023.

Nice hotel, excellent service! The food is beyond praise - fresh fruits, seafood, tongue, fruits, wonderful grilled dishes! The waiters are the best! The room stock is tired, but everything is clean, without extraneous smells and sounds! There is a lot of greenery in the hotel, but I would like it to be well-groomed, and not cause a state of sadness with withered leaves! The beach is great, the mattresses on the pier are very comfortable, easy entry into the water, but after a few steps the depth! The hilly area will be difficult for people with sore feet to walk, but you can overcome it! Not a bad SPA center, but for me both saunas and hammam are cool, but a pool with warm sea water and hydro massage compensates for this nuance! The nature of the golf courses is fascinating and allows you to add walks to the beach holiday menu! Thanks to the hotel staff for their attention and hard work! They really value their guests and the guests feel it!

This hotel was chosen in one day, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel is for those who appreciate courteous service, high-quality cuisine, unobtrusive animation. Cool parties for adults, on the pier, in the evening by the sea in the bar, stylish, fun and not long-lasting, which is pleasant and not too much (here you will not have a drunken frothy mess)
Very well-groomed, beautiful territory, lots of pine trees, buildings are located in such a way that even in the evening the entertainment program (no feathers and belly dancing, very stylish and professional rooms) does not interfere (if only neighboring hotels had also thought out the location of their scenes)
I was very pleased with the food, a daily choice of several meat dishes, three types of fish (minimum) seafood, and this is only on the grill. In the main restaurant there is no effect of a dining room and huge rows of food. Which is also pleasing to the eye!
The suite is just right for two adults and two children. It is clean and there is enough space (only the bathroom is cramped, unfortunately).
Among the disadvantages are pseudo freshly squeezed juice at breakfast, tired furniture in the Lobby of the main building and the restaurant (but they promise to close for renovation in winter, very timely)
Well, the main plus is the staff, they are all very attentive, pleasant and create a special atmosphere for guests to stay at the hotel. And yes, after walking along the coast, it became clear that this hotel has a particularly pleasant contingent of vacationers who do not create the feeling of "Turkey Ala Anapa";))

I spent a week at the end of August, everything is fine! I work in sales, in the service sector, so I am sensitive to service. Gloria is fine with this! Well-maintained territory, everyone is helpful and friendly. The rooms are decorated with natural colors, cozy. The choice of snacks and dishes for breakfast/lunch and dinner is simply amazing! The dessert table is something. Lots of vegetables, fruits, pastries... the hotel team and the chef, bartender Mehmed - respect and thanks for the high bar and wonderful atmosphere! We visited this hotel in 2023. The impressions are good - there is everything for a comfortable stay: starting from a large area of green and well-groomed territory, ending with pleasant and courteous service. There are playgrounds for tennis, volleyball and many other sports. They are fed to slaughter and delicious, like in restaurants :) NOOOO.... terrible internet. If you need to work, then this is not about this place. You have to go to the lobby to have something. The channel is loaded all the time, even when the fast Internet option is enabled. I'm just tired, the administration can't solve this issue.

We've been there 3 times already. We used to be Gloria Verde Villas, we had a four-seater buggy at our disposal. And there was an opportunity to eat at all the other Gloria hotels. And since then, we really liked the service, the cleanliness, the aroma in the toilet is always there, the food and the waiters are very friendly, attentive. Games of darts, water volleyball , fitness, etc. Every evening there are children's animations, shows from different countries. My daughter really liked the kids' club.I think we'll come back again. We had a rest for 10 days this year, it wasn't enough for the children ... good rest for everyone and most importantly health.

The sea is cloudy because of the sand (this is not Kemer for you). We lived in a 2-room suite - excellent cleaning, daily, linen change every other day. The spa is beautiful. We lived in the main building, the 3-storey hotel building did not like it - near the road, noisy. The cherry on the cake is a wonderful walk in the shade along the golf courses 3 km daily. We took it because of this - tracking is important for us. Daily walks were a joy among the pines to the gol club and back! I definitely recommend it. from what I did not like - two lazy bartenders did not try to close the Neptune bar and carried Margarita for 10 minutes. Well, the entry into the sea is a little less comfortable than expected - a small pebble and immediately a generation - a little uncomfortable, but this is a trifle. I still give the highest rating

A good family hotel, the price-quality ratio is consistent. The food is varied, everything is delicious, there are fresh fruits for breakfast, avocado, fish, etc. 2 ala carte restaurants. The beach is clean, change towels at least every hour. There is a pier with an equipped area for sunbeds. We had a vacation in May with a two-year-old child
The hotel is quiet and pleasant. There are many European pensioners on vacation, few Russians. But the staff all speaks or tries to speak Russian.

The territory of the hotel is small and hilly, it is better to take a stroller. Through an underground tunnel you can access the villas and golf courses, you can walk there endlessly. there is a walking tracker to serenity 6 km away. Walking among the greenery. Or along the beach 1.5 km. In serenity, the territory is already more interesting, it is accessible to everyone. Also, with a shuttle transfer, you can get there in 10-15 minutes.

A weak program for children, in principle, there is little for children. There are only 3 shows in 10 days. It can be a bit boring here with children over three

There is no heated pool, this is relevant in May. The water park is purely nominal, it seems that no one has even skated there all the time
It is better to settle in the main building, so that without going outside you can get into a restaurant, an indoor pool, a bar.

Excellent staff and territory. A lot of good things can be written. The food is great. I liked everything. There is one Turkish dilution in the hotel: this is a photographer who sits between the main restaurant and the beach. The main thing for him is money. They wanted to take photos for $ 200 12 pieces, he refused, offering to take 50 pieces for $ 500. He doesn't want to earn less.

We were here on the 20th of October. Family of 4 people,children are adults.A wonderful hotel.Cozy rooms.Comfortable mattresses, good pillows.Cleaning and replenishment of the mini bar are regular.The staff is polite and friendly.Not many people speak Russian, they understand more, if English helped out.
The territory is not too large, but well maintained and green. There are many flowers, tall beautiful pines, palm trees, magnificent crowns of ficus trees, citrus trees under which you can lie in hammocks.

We never stay in the same hotel a second time. Even if you really liked it.

I am on the Gloria network for 6 times, specifically in Verde for the third time. To be honest, something changes every time, not for the better. The hotel is becoming more and more like a standard five. The food is still 5+, but the service ... the waiters are not efficient this season, some try, of course, but there are few of them. They are not in a hurry at all… So, of course, everything is beautiful and delicious, but this is already a merit of the past. The hotel is becoming more accessible, so the people are not very decent, and not only Russians. They behave untied, children are not controlled, the noise insulation in the rooms is poor, everything is audible. But the neighbors do not strive to make your vacation comfortable, returning from night shows, they are not particularly afraid to wake up vacationers. If you rest for a week, you can still put up with it, and if longer, you will have to survive all the neighbors and remain dissatisfied with the vacation. Noise insulation, of course, is a question for the hotel. Everything else in the hotel is fine, the pier with a bar, delicious food, fruits, alcohol, everything is on the level!

Well, what can I say? We visited Gloria Verde 8 times in June 2023 and this is probably the highest rating from us for this hotel. During these eight times, we were offered both an upgrade to Serenity and Golf, but we are always in Verde. We lived in different types of rooms and it is always clean. Separately, I would like to emphasize the care and impeccable work of the staff. During our visits, many of the bartenders and waiters have become managers, but one thing remains unchanged - they greet us like old friends. I do not know why some people talk about poor WiFi or a biased attitude towards Russians and others, it's not true - it's not according to Gloria's standard, but believe me, it's very high, I've been to different hotels.
Yes, the room stock is tired, but it does not creak, is perfectly clean and even adds its own charm.
Nutrition is a separate topic and it cannot be put into a review. Food in Verde is a cult, there is everything for every taste and pretension. It deserves the highest praise and a separate review.
Alcohol, just two words, there's everything and that's more than enough for me.
If you expect from Verde night parties, cool discos, performance of stars - You are not here, you are in Serenity.
Verde is a family-friendly hotel with children, where you can really relax! Everything will be at the highest level here, with excellent animation, but designed for people to come to relax and relax almost passively, and relax with children.
During our visits to Verde, we have made friends with whom we regularly cross paths on vacation and believe me, each of us is able to change the hotel, but we always return to our Gloria Verde.
I recommend the hotel to those who need silence and almost luxury, in a slightly tired room stock.

So, our family has been going to the Gloria Verde Hotel for more than 9 years, being regular customers of the chain, we received disgusting service this year. It started with the fact that having arrived at the hotel earlier, they refused to check us in earlier if there were available rooms, for this the hotel demanded 371€, and he didn't care how many times you were here or not)
When checking in, neither new guests nor old ones are told about the hotel, there are no welcome compliments as in previous years. Upon check-in, they gave a room in which the air conditioner blows exactly on the bed, they asked to change it, since for 9 years we know for sure that there are rooms where the bed stands sideways, gritting their teeth, the staff still fulfilled this request before saying several times that the air conditioner needs to be moved and will blow in the other direction (all these manipulations we we did it a few years ago and none of them helps)
The next item is dirty dishes in the main restaurant. Dirty glasses for lattes and other drinks, coffee in a clean glass was brought only the third time, breakfast plates were not only stained with dirt, which apparently was not washed by the dishwasher, and the staff does not control the cleanliness of the dishes.
The towels in the room were torn and wiped (I attach a photo), next to the pool the towel was washed, but in some brown spots, exactly what you would expect from a hotel that claims a high level of service.
In the sauna, which is the only one in the entire hotel, eucalyptus or mint is added to the water at 90 degrees, and caring guests give so much that it is not possible to be in this bath, and if you are allergic, then the hotel does not care about it. We approached the spa staff with a request to remove it, one day there was no oil, the next day the situation repeated.
The guest relationship counter works disgusting, they do not solve the conflict, but only act as an interpreter for dialogue with other staff, but if you already speak English well, you simply will not need their help.
The buffet is quite meager, there is practically no choice for lunch in the main restaurant, by the second week you will simply get tired of eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant.
The cherry on the cake was the refusal to extend the room for our family, again the same 371€ , we would have understood their refusal if there were no rooms, but there are available rooms for your money, whereas for other tourists the room was extended for free until 20:00 pm. What kind of selectivity is this?
As for the beach, surprisingly, right on the shore where children play and hotel guests come to swim, there is a dead fish lying around, I attach a photo.
The Gloria Hotels and resorts chain positions itself as a luxury five, while it simply cannot provide guests with a reverent approach and due attention to regular guests. Why? Yes, because they don't care if you or other guests come, the hotel has turned into a machine over the past couple of summers that siphons money without keeping the quality level.
And by the way, the hotel is also positioned as an ultra family hotel, but be prepared for the fact that Turkish and other foreign guests will smoke a lot and just everywhere, and the staff does not give a damn about it. You are lying resting with small children on the pier, but a woman is lying there and smoking not a single cigarette, isn't it cool?)
When we wanted to discuss the above-mentioned problems with the hotel management, it abruptly turned out that the manager, who defiantly walks around the territory all day ostensibly checks the operation of the hotel, in Istanbul and the General manager came out to us by working with guests, Nadezhda, who, instead of solving the existing problems, began to justify why everything turned out that way. She said that all comments were recorded and would be corrected, but instead of extending the room, we were offered a shower for an hour, that is, we would be given a room key for one hour so that we could take a shower and leave the room, while it was impossible to extend the room or give a new one, allegedly they had some accounting subtleties, which to be honest vacationers should not be touched, this is the responsibility of the hotel. What is the logic of the shower for an hour remained a mystery, because the maids would have to clean the room anyway.
The only thing you can really praise the hotel for is the animation team, whose management does not change and keeps the bar. Sports activities and evening events are much more interesting with them, as well as animation managers and animators themselves are very attentive and reverent to regular guests and new guests of the hotel. Yagmur, Erdem, Aru, Başer, Giovanni are the most friendly and welcoming team! I would also like to mention the waitress Ulyana from the main restaurant, who serves all the guests efficiently and quickly.
