To be honest, I am shocked by this bank, it creates just the illusion of helping the client - in fact, zero: starting from managers who never know what to answer and run to consult.
The personal manager does not work on weekends.
This bank is gaining momentum. The department is good. As you enter, the polite boy always stands, prompts if something is not clear. The bank repeats all sorts of chips after others, but so far there does not seem to be anything individual.
Sluggish and sleepy managers. They can't give an unambiguous answer to the questions asked, apparently I got caught by experience. And so the bank is wonderful, I transferred all my partners to it for convenience.
I tried to withdraw money from a foreign bank card, the money was debited from the account, but the ATM did not issue it. In fact, the bank stole $300 from me. Be careful and avoid the ATMs of Forte Bank.
Also, information on exchange rates is not updated on the bank's website, there is one exchange rate on the website (profitable), you come to the office at a completely different rate (unprofitable).
The most frequently visited branch of this bank. There are almost never queues and employees do their job fairly quickly. The disadvantages include the fact that the cashier often closes and you have to wait 15-20 minutes until the exchange rate is changed/ recalculated, etc.
