We couldn't even evaluate the establishment - our reservation was simply given to other people. We arrived and ran into a completely unfriendly receptionist, who did not even try to smooth over the situation and at least apologize. The question arises, if punctures in service begin at this stage, what to expect from the restaurant as a whole. I recommend going to another restaurant from the same owner - Umami. It turns out that his rating is higher for a reason.

Yesterday we decided to visit the institution.
In short, the dishes are delicious, the portions are just small. The saddest thing is the service🥲 the dishes were not cleaned, the napkins were both used and lying, the appliances were brought to one dish, the cocktail glasses were empty for 15 minutes. I'm ready to understand everything, but there were only 4 tables in the place, including us…

The prices are probably average Minsk, a pleasant atmosphere, without the pathos of the wild, but there is still some kind of Flair. Portions are on the verge of course, it is difficult to overeat, but the taste does not exceed modest portions.

The hostesses confused the booking time. They did not apologize, offering to wait at least 30 minutes, not even at the bar, but just in the wardrobe. No compensation was offered either... Plans for the day were disrupted.

I specially came to the institution to book a certain table for an important date on March 2. The receptionist circled the table in front of me on her form, indicating the date, time and my name. With a calm heart and full confidence that the table was ours, I drove to the restaurant. Entering the establishment, we had to wait for the hostess for 5 minutes, when they deigned to approach us, they told us to go to the wardrobe and they would take us to the table, which, by the way, was still free when we entered. After leaving the wardrobe, we did not find the hostess and waited for another 5 minutes. While we were waiting for her, our table was in front of our eyes, she gave it to a larger company, and another waiter came up to us and offered to sit at a different table. Our argument that we had booked a large round table did not work on them. There was an answer: "yes, you have booked, but we cannot provide it to you" and a brazen grin in your face. If your BOOKING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK, then why declare it. I have never met such a boorish attitude of the administrators, the desire to be in this institution disappeared completely and we went on vacation to another place. The level of the interior does not hold up at all for the evening, the maximum that is suitable is breakfast. The only normal table, and that is not subject to reservation.

The sauce for the poke turned out to be strongly mayonnaise, lemonade was mixed up, but this is not critical because it was immediately replaced. The atmosphere was strange, it felt like we were sitting somewhere in the dining room, and the tables were super close, you were eavesdropping on other people's conversations, but again, this is the new Minsk fashion to place tables so close.
