According to the quality of the rolls and appearance: the fish is the freshest, the rice is cooked perfectly, not a single raw rice, there are a lot of fillings, everything is delicious and fresh, the appearance is just a dump of the head, everything always comes beautifully packaged, the rolls in the box are beautifully cut, everything is always decorated
Baked rolls are an excellent kind of art. The cheese cap does not clog the taste of the roll itself, but only emphasizes it, giving it a cheesy taste.

You've wasted your time. I understand that all establishments have peak workload during the holidays, but if you realize that you cannot cope with the influx of orders, why take new ones?
The receptionist on the phone when ordering the set informed that it was possible to arrive at 18:00-18:30, the rolls would be ready by that time. As a result, at the place of arrival, we are informed that we will need to wait another 10-15 minutes, since the order is not ready yet. We waited for more than 30 minutes, after which we couldn't stand it, and came to ask the girl how much longer to wait for the order. Faced with total disregard, after which they still went to the kitchen to find out how much longer to wait, to which the chefs replied that the waiting time was about an hour. The girl replied to us, they say, the order is being prepared, and we will have to wait another 30 minutes or more.
When we were there, people turned around and left without waiting for the order, the appointed time of readiness does not correspond to reality. The request for a complaint book was not answered.
Customer focus is zero, in other places they at least apologize for the time spent, in this place it is not.

On February 14, at 14:00, I ordered sushi delivery from Philadelphia cafe via just eat.I ordered the delivery in advance by 19 00 in order to celebrate the Valentine's Day after work. I understand that the workload is heavy, but call me and let me know that the order will be later. No, I'm looking for an order myself at 19:50.
