Excellent 24-hour bank, not all employees understand Russian, but this is not a problem. We lived nearby and very often went to change bills. On weekdays, the staff told us how to get a ticket. And then we figured out how to switch to Russian in the terminal and get a ticket. They can change any money without any problems. If you change a large amount, they ask for a passport, but only a phone number is enough.

I brought 25,000 drams in coins for exchange, 500, 200, 100 (50 drams was only 1000), put them on the table, they said that I should put all the coins of the same denominations into packages myself, and they would accept. I've never done this in my life, considering that they have a very small table on the client's side - it's disrespectful and absurd. I went to another branch of the same bank, there were no problems.
