I looked at it when the work was completed briefly, eyebrows and eyebrows. Moreover, the positioning of the master goes like a really Master of his work, who does not do it in 10-15 minutes just to do it, but selects eyebrows taking into account individual characteristics, ok, trusted the master and did not get into the work. I came home and was stunned: they are at different distances from the axis of symmetry, at different distances along the "piercing zone", at different distances relative to the corner of the eye. The difference in distance is about 3-4 mm!!! it looks disgusting. She waxed 3-4 mm of the "head" of the eyebrow, due to which this asymmetry was formed! Accordingly, since the head is shifted, the body of this eyebrow is much shorter. There is also a different thickness in the apex area, the ends are so different. About such "little things" as not completely removed "fluff" and uneven coloring, it's not even necessary to talk, that's okay.
The master did not draw the shape, just immediately applied dye and waxed the hair, tweezed something with tweezers, washed off the paint and only after that they gave me a look at the eyebrows. During the procedure, the master clarified what to dye (with paint or henna, I know that the choice depends on the type of hair, on the type of skin and therefore said "at your discretion"), as well as the master asked if it was possible to make them wider than they are, I was not against it. That's all, there were no more clarifying questions and no "approval" of the form.
When I wrote to the administrator on Instagram, at first she agreed, and then she began to accuse me that actually my eyebrows are not symmetrical. Okay, I sent the "before" and "after" photos. Of course, everything is obvious on it, and the administrator offered to refund the money. But for me, the question is not about money, but that these eyebrows are wildly asymmetrical and now, until this dye is washed off, I do not know how to even leave the house.... I wrote that I did not write for a refund, but for a human attitude. But even after that, I didn't hear a simple "sorry"... They accused me of saying "at your discretion", but it was on the question of the type of dye and the question of the width of the eyebrow! There is hardly a consumer who expects that at the discretion of the MASTER! - this is to make absolutely asymmetrical eyebrows of different lengths! If the master has a poorly developed glaze, then why not double-check yourself with a thread or ruler?
In general, it is worth going to this institution only if you are ready to face rudeness, ignorance and professional negligence.
